I was warmly welcomed on arrival by Josh at the City Caves Noosa. He led me to the softly lit and aromomatic relaxation room where an array of teas awaited me. The Manager/ Owner Sarah, stopped by and made me personally feel welcomed. After a little linger with a digest tea, Cass brought me to my float where she very professionally outlined how everything works to feel completely nurtured in your float space. As a woman who is always on the move, it can be difficult to let it all go. The float felt lije lovely point in space and time experience of release. I showered and returned partially unwound to the relax room where I was now peeled back a layer to sink into my pamper. Delightful Ally escorted me to the sauna. She advised of the infared sauna benefits, the colour system and how it benefits the body. 45 mins and a large portion of “ moon safari” played later I emerged glowing and smiling. Amazing! I don't know if it's because I so very much needed this kind of "care" and pause in life right now but I swear this was one of the most wonderfully relaxing 2 hours of my life! First the massage then the float. They were both utterly sublime. But it wasn't just those two key factors. It's also everything else there. All so thoughtfully considered. From the lovely staff, to the snuggly robe and beautifully clean facilities and towels. From the dreamy music (East Forest, a favourite of mine, and other similarly vibed artists) to the tranquil colour scheme, muted lightning, lush plants (fake of course in that light but glorious anyway!) tasteful and restful art work and furnishing. Even the teas, the small ceramic cups and Sukin products are perfect :-) I bought the special of the 45 min massage and free hour float for $99 and went home and paid for another 6 to use once a month before the sale finished! I think we ALL need something like this on occasion. And I can tell you I floated out of that place feeling like a new woman. Thank you City Cave Noosa - you have no idea how much I needed that experience :-)

Excellent experience at CCN. Sauna, float and then a massage. A great recovery package at an amazing price. The staff were absolute professionals, Simon was fantastic explaining everything and Dan was a wizard with the deep tissue massage. Facilities were clean and new and made the whole recovery experience feel very relaxing. Will be doing this every 2 months now for sure.

I've been several times and had a lovely experience here, unfortunately this time i had a massage that has caused strong pain in my left shoulder for over 2 weeks mwhen I had no pain going in, I also had to shorten my float as it kept going cold. Shame, not quite a previous visits and you.shouldnt feel this way after a relaxation massage worse I've ever had.

City Cave Noosa. So immaculately clean and well run. Friendly staff and very attentive and informative. I loved the infrared sauna and then had the most amazing massage by Melinda. I’ve had many massages but Melinda truly is unique and has amazing techniques. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you City Cave Noosa. Excellent local business. 🙏❤️

I could not fault the City Cave Noosa. The surroundings are super tasteful and immaculately clean, my room was quiet and peaceful and Julia, my masseuse was calming and obliging and gave me 1.5 hours of bliss. Highly recommended!

Dan has a very calm and holistic energy and the deep tissue massage I had from him was 10/10. This place is beautiful- new, very clean, equipped with a relaxation lounge with tea, and has moisturisers and skincare to use after your treatment.

Love the energy of this place. As soon as you walk in you feel any stress instantly reduce. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Love the floatation therapy and I had my first remedial massage with Melinda today which was amazing. Highly recommend all treatments. The staff are very welcoming too.
