This is the second time I have been to Studio de Velo for a bike fit in 5 years. The staff are exceptional, very patient and explained whatever I did not understand in simple terms for a non mechanical female. A very big thank you particularly to Ryan.

Like I was completely invisible, actually ignored me at the counter and went to serve “sir” who walked in about 5 minutes after me. There was only one other customer. I’ve been in other boys club bike shops but this was next level. It’s 2023 fellas, the ladies are riding and they have money to spend. Fix that

Brought my first brand new Specialized Tarmac SL7 Pro, the initial visit with Studio De Velo’s Riley was so informative. We sat down and went through where I was at and what I liked. He then introduced me to the Aethos and we talked through the bike. Then we looked at the Tarmac.. I was pretty much sold at that stage. A great bike and a great team. Thanks to Ryan and Riley for the experience, I would recommend this team to anyone from the beginner to the experienced for assistance.
