Horrible experience. So disappointed. Purchased the special gift bag and limited edition drink and popcorn just to be told they cannot hand it out at the advance screening. The gift bag was full of just testers and leftover food expiring in about 2 months absolutely no barbie items what a disappointment

Absolutely disgusting, took kids to see trolls. Soon as we walked into the cinema it had a three week old garbage truck stink, chairs are gross. Whole place needs a massive clean out it’s so bad. For the price you pay 🤮 disgusting. Will stick to hoyts worth the drive to Sunnybank and least the chairs are recliners

Air condition system at cinema 5 require maintenance… is a health and safety hazard

Cinema 4 stinks like urine. Chairs are filthy with stain marks and a horrible stench. I can imagine how many germs there are here. You’s make millions a year and you’s can’t afford to update and renovate your cinemas? You’s should be forced to shut down. This is a health hazard.

Great Cinemas. Nice and clean. Cinemas sizing is quite small. Best stick to Loganholme Event Cinemas if you don't like small public spaces.

The cinema's equipment is old and lacks maintenance at the Browns Plains location. We could not manage to find our seats due to the reason that there was no clear label for the row and the wrong seating number, even more, there is no single staff onsite to assist when or if there is any question or issue. Highly NOT recommended if you and your family want to have a quality movie time experience.

My kids and I normally enjoy going to browns plains cinemas. But this time we were extremely disappointed. We went to watch the movie strays it was absolutely awful. Yesterday we didn't see the age restriction and it was not very well presented at allow and the staff member did not bring the age restriction to our attention either. I think the movie was a waste of my money. My kids and I were horrified, discussed and very disappointed. There were quiet a few people who went into the movie with their kids who did not see the age restriction and was not warned by staff about the age restrictions either that walked out of the movie discussed. I think the movie was sick minded and twist even for a adult to watch.

This place is pretty run down. My seat was torn and had stain mark on it. My drink holder was broken with sharp edges that when I first went to sit down it ripped my pants pocket. All in all not pleasant at all. can I pls urge management to spend some money in maintaining this cinema as if u don’t, customers will not be returning😢
