I work with these lovely property managers every day doing maintenance on the properties and I can tell you they all do such a wonderful job. They go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are comfortable and safe. I quite often get calls saying this tenant has small children and the door won't lock, can you please go around urgently and secure the property. I would make that a priority and just get it done for them. Between the owners, tenants and the maintenance team they have alot to deal with and do a great job. They are great to deal with, everybody in the office working as a team and looking out for each other ensuring everything is covered and getting sorted.

We have been renting our property through Aurora. We were just stunned about the way they handled us as their tenants. It always felt like we were valued and taken into consideration. When inspections were conducted they would notify us in advance and give us great feedback etc. If there were any issues which barely occurred, our property manager Brittany Willis would respond promptly and professionally. Christian is our agent and we couldn't be any happier with him. He is always willing to help with a smile on his face, replies straight away and gets things sorted very fast. He is always genuinely interested in solving any issue. It happened to us in the past with other agents that we felt as if we were annoying them, or contacting them for something and having to contact again and again for the same thing, that is never the case with Christian, he is so friendly.

Very disappointed! We purchased a house with existing tenants, and Aurora was managing the property. Despite being fully aware of the property sale, they continued to pay two weeks' rent to the previous owner after the settlement date on 12/12/2023. Following settlement, we reached out to them numerous times via email regarding the payment but received no response. Upon calling them, we discovered that none of their staff were aware of the change in ownership because the property manager responsible for our house was on holiday. This was clearly their mistake, yet they refused to assist, insisting we contact the seller's solicitors—who were equally unresponsive. It took the intervention of the real estate agent responsible for the sale to contact the seller and retrieve the money owed to us after 2 months of waiting.

I couldn't be happier with the team at Aurora Realty. They have been both professional and personal throughout the whole process of securing tenants for my investment. It only took them 3 days to secure new tenants! Over the moon with that result. Marsha & Brittany have both been amazing & enjoyable to deal with as an out of state investor, they have made me feel at ease with the way they have taken care of my property.
