Tourist attraction Park

👍 Really nice, shaded, large riverside park. Has a lot of seating and the playground is massive so would be perfect for kids parties. There is a lot of shade which makes it more comfortable on hot days. There’s exercise equipment and a smaller playground a as well. It says no dogs but there is a fence... People often mention park, kids, great, play, area, Great, dogs, playground, equipment,

Really lovely park on it's own. My rating is so low because of the snobbery and strange, childish cliques at the dog park that appear from 4-6pm. I've lived in Moggill for over a decade, and had a dog for nearly seven years and I've never felt so unwelcome at the dog park at peak hour. I've tried to carry conversations with other dog-parents and have had people stop mid-conversation and walk off. O_o A couple who walk their purebred dogs here will not engage with you unless you look suitably well-off or have a dog that cost you less than a grand. 🙄 They make less than friendly remarks about other people's dogs and won't let their dogs play. Which is the point of bringing you dog to a dog park! I've never had any issues at this park outside of "peak hour" here or any other park I've taken my dog to. These people make the park feel very unwelcoming and I've felt I've had to leave early on multiple occasions due to the weird passive-aggressive atmosphere. There are some really lovely people here, but if you come after 4pm, try not to look poor, or you might upset the resident bourgeoisie. 🙄🤭

Whether you are taking the kids out or giving the dogs a run, this a great place. There is a great playground for kids (and kids at heart), with great variety, and the fenced dog park is big enough for even the most active dogs, and includes some dog agility training equipment.

Has shady fig trees, maybe not so great for kids younger than 3 without assistance. Can be a bit steamy in summer.

Shady and clean plenty of room, great for kids party, electric bbq available. Part of the play area involves some water sprayers, if your younglings finds this area be prepared with a change of outfit😀

Great little park. We had our daughters party here. It was lovely and secluded while still having play equipment. The kids had a great time.

Great park for smaller children. Not a lot to do for children over the age of 8. Good bike paths and water sprinklers (when the water tank is full). There are a few BBQs and tables. Two shaded qazibos for private parties, but are hard to get when busy. There is often litter and the bathrooms are often dirty. There is a very busy dog park next door, that can often add to parking congestion during the afternoons. Water bubblers available. Guide hut on the side is available for hire.

Great park with free WiFi. Also has a dog off leash area near the playground. The playground has a fort, swings, a flying fox and even a water play area. There is also a fitness area up near the road with workouts to try written on each piece of equipment.

Great park for all ages of children. The children's play area had lots of climbing equipment, slides, swings and was mostly shaded. BBQ facilities nearby to the park and great for picnics. A fenced dog park nearby too alongside toilet facilities.
