Last time that I buy something in this shop. It is frustrating that I always have to claim the frequent feeder price. Otherwise, the staff charge me full price. In this opportunity, the cashier told me that the frequent feeder price didn't apply to me because I hadn't bought something in the past six days. Fine, you earned $12, but you lost one good client.

The girls in the grooming space are absolutely fantastic. Our Miss Coco always returns to us looking smashing. With the beautiful colours picked by the girls Miss Coco Chanel loves her visits and always turns plenty of heads.

The staff at Northlakes Petbarn are friendly and helpful. They help carry big bags or loads to the car if needed. They love visits from my dogs and genuinely love animals. Affordability is also great when you can price match, especially with three dogs.

Always great service and great price matching. Picked up our new cat bowls for my 3 older burms and 1 for the new little burm girl.

Came in carrying my new anxious puppy, scared because I'd never taken her anywhere before and figured here was safe. The staff were so lovely towards me and my little girl and gave her a teething treat because she was very nippy at the time. They said they can't wait to see her grow up over the next few months and to bring her in any time for pats. Thank you PB North Lakes. 😍

Every time I come here, customer service is fantastic. They are always helpful, outgoing, and just lovely. I've even been given treats and free samples for my dog. I couldn't recommend a better pet store.

Excellent staff, and amazing variety of products. The staff is great at telling you what you need and what you can do. But they all seem to have different opinions. Other than that it's amazing!

The staff at the store are very friendly and helpful. If you have questions on your pet don't hesitate to ask as they quite knowledgeable. Also they price match which is great.

They are one of the larger stores and have a huge variety of products. The Grooming Salon here is amazing!! I honestly cannot recommend them enough! They do get booked out quite far in advance, cause they are so popular. There are also 2 DIY Dog wash stations here which is super to keep your furbabies clean.

Our pup Hazel loves visiting pet barn.. they always give her a treat and she's allowed to sniff all the good stuff down low. Her fav is ziwi peaks amd prime rolls and this place always has stock. The staff are always plentiful and helpful.

All staff I spoke with were really friendly. The only for the 3 stars is when I got to the checkout with the product that one of the staff members had recommended - The staff member at the counter quizzed me about it and what I was using it for and it turned out that it was the wrong product and in fact they do not stock the appropriate product for my needs.

Such a pleasant pet store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were efficient and friendly and very approachable.

I dropped in to Pretbarn at north lakes on the way home from picking my dog up from surgery as she was not coping with the cone and I was hoping to get a inflatable one. Obviously I didn’t want to leave her in the car and as soon as the shop attended knew what I was looking for without me even asking raced off to get the inflatable cone and rushed straight back while the second attendant told me to use it. It was great to see such amazing care for their customers and I only wish I would tell their manager how great they were directly.

Brilliant all staff are smiling.well l think they are can't bloody tell because of masks but there all happy and they help you can ask where something is and they take you to it instead of just saying yeah it's up there in the second lane have had a lot of problems with our dog food wise they have been more helpful than our vet

Was at the North Lakes Petbarn counter today, whinging about the cost of Nexgard Spectra when was told, and shown, by staff member Fiona that Petbarn price match. Fiona took the time to help me search Google for Aust pet product suppliers. That 5min conversation saved me almost $60, allowing me to buy a 6-pack instead of the cheaper 3-pack. Great, friendly, helpful staff member. Thank you Fiona. Thank you Petbarn. I'll be back...

This store stocks everything as the other stores do and I don't really have an issue with the staff but they don't make an effort to offer you the website prices if you are a Petbarn member. Clearly I have been spoilt by the service provided at my usual store who now offer the website prices without you having to ask for it. My advice is when shopping at North Lakes check the website prices before buying and ask the staff if they can match it.

Izzy is the best retail sales person I have ever come across. She went out of her way to help me choose a product for my dog and was ,extremely knowledgeable, so pleasant to deal with! Don't lose her!

This store is great, the product knowledge of the staff, their friendly attitudes and welcoming smiles. My dog loves to visit this amazing store full of scents he loves. The prices are reasonable and overall, it is always a good experience visiting here.

I visited pet barn at North Lakes over the weekend for the very first time. I was greeted politely and served by a lady called Nikki, she had really good customer service, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me lots of helpful advice and information. Being a first time dog owner too I really enjoyed the free puppy pack and the booklet with information about being a new dog owner. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to other pet owners :-)

We took our sausage dog to get his nails clipped (he’s been a few times). We had the manager Niki do his nail clipping and she did an incredible job!!! She cut them right back and was so good with him. She knows exactly what she’s doing and he’s the biggest princess with his nails!

Nikki and her grooming team at Petbarn North Lakes are amazing! I have been using their services for many years and they take such care with the animals and the results are always perfect! My dog is quite anxious and Nikki is just wonderful with him and I know that he is in good hands when I drop him off.

Used to be a very well stocked shop but seems to every time you go there of late they never have any dog food that your after & when you ask any ideas when some is going to arrive you get Oh I'm not sure or I a couple of weeks. Think it's time to start ordering from online suppliers as I'm getting pretty annoyed with the regularity of this .

I went in to the North Lakes store last weekend and the staff were so kind and lovely. Helped us with everything we needed. Izzy helped us and she was incredible.

Unfortunately I can't see the value of a hygiene cut for $70. I can't afford that considering my normal grooming does a full grooming for $65. I'm a little shock actually trying to work out what $70 covers when picking my dog it was basic trim really. Staff are amazing and they are very helpful it's the price of the services that need to be reviewed.

Walked in for a browse before taking our puppy next door for his vaccination and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Even got a free nail clip while there. Will definitely be back in future.

I’m not going back sadly, Nick’s just around the corner is 5 x better. Here, the prices are up, and the quality is down. Went to buy some woodies for a beardie, they lasted 3 days as there was little to none in the container, also contained grubs of which I assume are a early form of the cockroaches. Not asked for, and there was also some mystery bug... not a woody. Customer service is good, though, keep that up

I Just had the most polite amazing customer service from Damien today I had made a double purchase by mistake Damien realise and called me to advise he would refund the double up absolute credit to Northlakes Pet Barn.

Disappointing, not cheap, over priced, found same item at another shop for 50 dollars cheaper,

I went in to find a plant for my aquarium and to hand in a resume. I was there for about 10 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked me if I needed help. They were not busy either so they weren’t attending to other customers, they were just chatting amongst themselves. Not a good first impression. No customer service at all.

A pet-friendly Environment and Was able To stroll Around the ample Floor space between product sections with no problem. Had a broad range of stock and new items and also offered a loyalty program which was great to see the friendly and happy staff promoting the program. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and took the time to engage with you for a personal chat which is always lovely. The only thing missing was a name badge as I forgot the name of the lady who served me and went out of her way to sign me up on the loyalty program
