Almost
wish
I
could
leave
two
separate
reviews.
I
would
be
saying
five
stars
for
the
amazing
massages.
The
staff
that
worked
with
me
were
absolutely
wonderful
and
I
had
such
an
amazing
experience.
But
then
the
experience
ended
on
a
sour
note
at
the
end
due
to
admin
staff,
so
I
feel
like
giving
a
one
star!
I’ve
settled
for
somewhere
in
the
middle
(3
stars)
to
try
and
be
as
fair
as
I
can.
In
regards
to
the
one
star
part,
I
was
very
upset
at
being
blamed
for
an
admin
error.
I
made
an
initial
phone
call,
provided
my
voucher
details
and
had
the
three
separate
bookings
made
by
whoever
was
on
reception
that
day.
I
did
a
few
reschedules
over
the
months
due
to
pregnancy
reasons,
but
other
than
that,
I
just
showed
up
each
time
for
my
massages
and
left.
But
the
final
time,
I
received
numerous
phone
calls
asking
why
I
hadn’t
paid.
I
had
to
then
spend
15
minutes
on
the
phone
explaining
that
an
admin
error
had
been
made
and
that
I
wasn’t
trying
to
not
pay.
I
was
made
to
feel
awful.
I
had
to
extensively
argue
not
to
be
charged,
when
no
error
was
made
on
my
part.
I
don’t
take
issue
with
the
reception
staff,
who
have
been
nothing
but
polite
during
my
visits
and
during
the
initial
phone
call.
But
the
senior
receptionist
was
the
one
who
kept
demanding
I
pay
and
then
was
quite
rude
on
the
phone.
There
were
no
apologies
on
their
behalf.
They
finally
gave
in
and
said
that
I
didn’t
have
to
pay
in
the
end.
I
can’t
believe
that
I
had
to
argue
in
order
to
not
pay,
when
it
was
their
error!
A
really
disappointing
experience!
The
error
was
entirely
theirs
and
if
they
had
profusely
apologized,
I
wouldn’t
be
leaving
a
negative
review.
I
hung
up
the
phone
nearly
in
tears
feeling
like
I
was
made
to
be
a
liar.
I’m
a
good
person
and
I
follow
the
rules,
and
it’s
such
a
sickening
feeling
to
be
accused
of
something
you
haven’t
done
and
have
to
spend
15
minutes
on
the
phone
justifying
someone
else’s
mistake
and
explaining
things.
Errors
happen,
I
wouldn’t
have
taken
any
issue
with
it
if
the
senior
receptionist
had
been
polite
on
the
phone
or
considered
apologizing.
Such
terrible
customer
service!
Such
a
shame
because
the
massage
staff
were
absolutely
amazing
and
I’d
otherwise
really
enjoyed
the
experience.
Now
I
will
never
be
going
back.
And
that
is
really
sad
because
it’s
really
only
the
actions
of
one
person,
and
the
rest
of
the
establishment
was
amazing
:(

kind
apology
phone
called
I
was
given
the
next
day
from
the
owner.
