Met with LC Sharon and had such a wonderful experience. From the beginning she made you feel comfortable and there was no judgement. Extremely knowledgeable and helped up tremendously with feeding our prem baby where the hospital couldn't.

Almost wish I could leave two separate reviews. I would be saying five stars for the amazing massages. The staff that worked with me were absolutely wonderful and I had such an amazing experience. But then the experience ended on a sour note at the end due to admin staff, so I feel like giving a one star! I’ve settled for somewhere in the middle (3 stars) to try and be as fair as I can. In regards to the one star part, I was very upset at being blamed for an admin error. I made an initial phone call, provided my voucher details and had the three separate bookings made by whoever was on reception that day. I did a few reschedules over the months due to pregnancy reasons, but other than that, I just showed up each time for my massages and left. But the final time, I received numerous phone calls asking why I hadn’t paid. I had to then spend 15 minutes on the phone explaining that an admin error had been made and that I wasn’t trying to not pay. I was made to feel awful. I had to extensively argue not to be charged, when no error was made on my part. I don’t take issue with the reception staff, who have been nothing but polite during my visits and during the initial phone call. But the senior receptionist was the one who kept demanding I pay and then was quite rude on the phone. There were no apologies on their behalf. They finally gave in and said that I didn’t have to pay in the end. I can’t believe that I had to argue in order to not pay, when it was their error! A really disappointing experience! The error was entirely theirs and if they had profusely apologized, I wouldn’t be leaving a negative review. I hung up the phone nearly in tears feeling like I was made to be a liar. I’m a good person and I follow the rules, and it’s such a sickening feeling to be accused of something you haven’t done and have to spend 15 minutes on the phone justifying someone else’s mistake and explaining things. Errors happen, I wouldn’t have taken any issue with it if the senior receptionist had been polite on the phone or considered apologizing. Such terrible customer service! Such a shame because the massage staff were absolutely amazing and I’d otherwise really enjoyed the experience. Now I will never be going back. And that is really sad because it’s really only the actions of one person, and the rest of the establishment was amazing :( Edited to add - I do appreciate the kind apology phone called I was given the next day from the owner.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to Tony for I have been in sheer pain for awhile now and through this period have had numerous opinions from others ranging from you need new glasses to your just getting old , but when I met Tony this had all changed my perspective on things . Not only was he so welcoming but he was also that person that made you feel that he really did care about you and what you are going through and that he was listening to everything you said . In this decade it is hard to find a genuine person that does this and follows exactly what you have mentioned and gives impressive service with professionalism to then give you the end result your looking for . I walked in broken to the point I struggled to just give my baby girl a cuddle , I managed but was in sheer agony for I didn’t want to disappoint her , to now walking out a fixed man with clarity, peace , focus last but not the least more love for I feel loved if that makes any sense . Once again to all see Tony for he is just not another physio for he has walked the walk ( he has had the injuries ) therefore he knows exactly how to treat then manage . Thanks Tony for getting my life back on track . Peace

I’ve been going to embrace life for my chiropractic care for years now, first seeing Fiona and now seeing Caireen, I’ve had a great experience with both. The reason for my review is I’ve been seeing Dr Fernanda Thomaz one of the naturopaths for stomach issues, she diagnosed me almost within the first session and after two months of treatment I am on my way to being a new person with my health and my body has transformed so fast and I cannot thank her enough, I highly highly recommend seeing her!

I cannot recommend Sharon the lactation consultant at Embrace Life highly enough! After 4 months of painful feeds, having an appointment with Sharon made all the difference for my breastfeeding journey. She was supportive and understanding, and gave me the advice I needed to breastfeed without pain!

I won a massage voucher from the Teddy Bears Picnic at John Oxley Reserve and came in the evening the week before last for a beautiful hot stone massage with Paulina. It was so relaxing and felt amazing. Highly recommend and I can't wait to return for another!

I couldn’t recommend Sharon highly enough! I first met her when my son was 8 weeks old after seeing 2 previous lactation consultants! Their techniques worked for a couple of weeks and then I was back to excruciating pain. Sharon saved my breastfeeding journey! Next weekend my son will be 5 months old and I am finally completely pain free (have been for a month or so now). It was a long road to work through lots of precious nipple trauma but Sharon was happy to answer my multiple questions and give feedback on positioning whenever I needed it. If you’re struggling with breastfeeding and need help do yourself a favour and visit Sharon before quitting. She is a lifesaver!

Embrace life are amazing. Dr Fiona has been amazing with assisting my daughter in some issues she had after coming out of a pavlik harness. Dr Fiona is lovely and gentle. Could not recommend her more for the assistance she has provided us. Embrace life have been wonderful with communicating and assisting us with appointments when they became available so we could get my daughter in sooner.

My family have attended Embrace Life since they opened which is a few years ago now! We have always been looked after very well. We use both Chiropractic and Massage services. Dr Tim is our Chiro and we love him. Very helpful, gets straight to the cause of the symptoms and you are always in good hands. The reception team are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. My daughter booked a lymphatic massage for me with Paulina at Embrace Life North Lakes. I had badly swollen feet and lower legs. After just one treatment, I felt a tremendous relief. My legs were no longer feeling heavy. The skin felt softer. Paulina had managed to move the fluid and I felt more comfortable. Absolutely amazing, best remedial massage I've ever gotten, Melinda has magical hands and could immediately tell old injuries that's are still impacting my body (without xrays), I walked out of there feeling 10 times lighter and being able to lift my left leg - something that I had gotten so used to that I did not know needed fixing. I highly recommend Embrace to anyone - with previous injuries or if you're looking for something relaxing. I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.

Highly recommend Sharon for Lactation Consultations. She was our last stop before giving up breastfeeding and she saved the day! From the moment I walked through the door I felt comfortable. The staff were attentive and eager to help me. The consultants were amazing, caring specialists in their fields. I had the Chinese traditional massage by Dave and all I can say is I feel like a new person. His knowledge, the respect, and just how he conducted him self was beyond professional. It was the first massage I had from a male and I was abit hesitant at first but he made me feel very comfortable and safe. Have been to physio there huge number of times, always great service and treatment. First time with massage (gift voucher), but again was easy to book and the treatment was really good. Comfortable environment.

We took our three year to see Sharon about toilet training and some behavioural concerns. Sharon provided us with some good advice and feedback which helped us feel more empowered to progress with toilet training and curb behaviours.

Embrace Life is a wonderful place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Joseph and Heidi for Chiropractic services. They are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They work with my newborn and myself. My now 10 week old son has had multiple sessions over the last 4 weeks and his pain has reduced and neck and and head movement has increased. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I booked in to see Sharon (Lactation Consultant) after not being able to breastfeed my first baby even with the help of other LC’s. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she is kind and listens to your concerns. Baby #2 is 10 days old and thanks to Sharon and her guidance he’s thriving. Can’t thank her enough!

Recently had a remedial with Melinda Roe, absolutely brilliant, from the moment I stepped into Melinda’s work space, I felt relaxed, after a couple of weeks of extra long hours in front of my computer for work, my shoulders and back were super stiff, Melinda released all my tension and knots without make me feel like a piece of dough, the whole experience was super relaxing and she even did some jaw work to help with my sinus. Left feeling super zen and will be rebooking with Melinda for all my future appointments - 5 Stars
