My partner walked in randomly to source a diamond with his parents (without my knowledge). They were all so impressed with the staff and particularly Warren, that we've since had my engagement ring and our beautiful wedding bands custom made with Warren. We live in Sydney but I don't see us ever going to any other jeweller ever again. I cannot recommend Warren and his team's passion/knowledge enough.

Our experience by far exceeded all our expectations, Warren is a walking library of knowledge and shared so much of this with us. I even got to hold a large block of rose gold and we were given an amazing tour where jewellery is made, not to mention the endless range of choices in engagement and wedding rings. I could not believe how many I could choose from and could change and personilise. I am so glad this was the first place we shopped at for our wedding rings, we didn't need to look further. Possibly one of the only genuine jewellers left. I couldn't be happier in the knowledge that our forever rings are purchased from here!

I was blown away by the quality of repair to my broken sterling silver ring. I looked and felt everywhere on my ring and couldn't find where it had originally split. Ringleaders also polished my ring brighter than I have ever seen a sterling sliver ring, certainly more polished than when I had bought it and even more so that other polishing jobs had done through other businesses. Costumer service was wonderful as well. I can't recommend this business enough.

We found Ringleaders staff Warren and Leisa very patient and most helpful when were were trying to get the design and fit of our wedding bands exactly right. As we really dislike shopping-centre hype, noise and mass-production-line feel so it was wonderful to walk into the calm, highly personalised atmosphere of Ringleader’s spacious showroom. One month on from our wedding, we are delighted with the look and fit of our bands, and look forward to returning to Ringleaders early next year for the free annual clean. After visiting several jewellers in Brisbane to find a pink diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend, I was fortunate enough to walk into ringleaders and meet Warren. I ended up staying there for a few hours talking to him and ever since I would not even consider going elsewhere. Warren (and his whole team) are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the most incredible collection of high quality stones of every different type I can think of and a whole lot I've never heard of. I have spent many long hours at ringleaders designing the ring for my girlfriend and Warren has been very patient and has provided lots of good advice. The standard of quality that he offers is second to none and is surpassed only by his sense of ethics. My girlfriend (now fiance) loves her ring and won't stop looking at/stroking it. At ringleaders I feel total confidence that I am not being scammed or buying any of the low quality garbage that is so rife throughout the market today. We bought my ring from ringleaders 33 years ago and in all the time its needed just one repair for wear and tear. Today I brought it back for another repair, very minor and because Warren is a jeweller, he fixed it on the spot, instead of sending it away. There aren't many jewellers left in Brisbane, instead they are all sales assistants that wanted to send my ring away to be repaired. It is not a factory bought ring, it was made and designed by the wonderful craftspeople at ringleaders and has reflected the quality after 33 years (looks as good as new). Thoroughly recommend Ringleaders for anyone wanting quality and individuality.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I can't rate them highly enough. I called in looking for a wedding band after a recent dreadful experience in having my engagement ring resized at another jewellery store. Warren took the time to sit with me, chat, show me their ridiculously large range (such a diverse range too & not just the same old as everyone else) & really educate me about the industry and jewellery. His passion, experience, knowledge & expertise is obvious. At no time do you get the "hard sell" & during my second I narrowed down the wedding bands I liked to fit my unusual engagement ring from the trays & trays of options to my favourite two. Warren took the elements I liked from both with his guidence on proportions to design my wedding band. And the end product is absolutely stunning, if I do say so myself, I could not love my wedding band more. Thanks Ringleaders & Warren! These guys are master craftsman and make other retail jeweller stores appear like amateurs. Best customer service experience I've had with any store I've been in. They have more experience and knowledge than any other jeweller in Queensland. A must stop if you're looking for rings.

We purchased my engagement and wedding rings from Ringleaders. Their service was excellent at every stage of the process - they listened carefully to the unusual design that we wanted, helped us select the appropriate diamonds and sapphires from their collection, then made the most beautiful bridal set for me. I have now had both rings for seven years (nine for the engagement ring) and love them as much today as when they were first designed. I get so many compliments about them, and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I wholeheartedly recommend this company - not only are they exceptional when designing and making the rings, they provide ongoing maintenance too. In fact, I popped in to the store last week and they polished both rings so they look brand new and even tighened the settings around the stones for free. Now I just need to convince my husband that he should get me an eternity ring, then I'll be heading straight back to Ringleaders for the final addition to the bridal set!

Warren is a highly professional and passionate jeweller who explains to me in detail the difference between fine jewellery and mass produced commercial jewellery.
