When we first came to the shop, we were so impressed with the owner words that we thought this is the jewellery shop we are looking for in Australia, We thought of making every jewellery locally in kohinoor. With the sweet words and promise of owner Raj, we bought two gold necklaces of 22 carates at the same time. Owner promised he doesnot compromise in the quality of gold and brings all of the pure gold from dubai, if anything goes wrong with quality, he will refund it straight away.My wife was wearing the necklace only occasionally, small layers of chain started coming out, and only after wearing one month the necklace broke down. We went to back to the shop and asked owner to refund the money. The owner started showing another jewellery and said he will guarantee that is a good one and asked to add good money in it. We said himWe didnot want the other one. because the owner had lied already and we could not believe again to him. We asked to refund the money. He refused and said he will give only less than half price of the necklace. We were surprised how his words has changed only in one month. His so sweet voice started irritating us. We thought its better to take less than half money of paid price and never come back again at this shop. We found that the sarees and other cloths are cheap at this shop, but we cant believe this shop anymore for its quality. Thugs are everywhere and its good to avoid this kind of shop, who will attract customers with their sweet voice and a lot of promise. I will better pay a good price and buy it overseas instead buying in kohinoor jewellers especially.

Very rude Owners/staff. They runs a business in Australia but don't know the customer service. They have massive behavioural issue. Om Jewellers @ Sunnybank is the best- polite owner/staff with a fantastic customer service. Go there & get some training mates!

Don’t buy or sell ur gold in this place . This people fraud . His try to get cheap if you sell the gold . Very lie . I sell my gold 22ct and he said my gold 14ct . So be careful with Indian people in there.

I agree with the statement that... "Kohinoor is highly recommend jewellery shop" which, i have ever experienced. Kohinoor is the first shop i have visit which has Wide Range of excellent designs in Gold Jewellery like chain, neckless, bangles, earrings and many more. Last month, I bought a nice brecelet in 22 carat gold and i trade some old jewellery at very good rate. Trustworthy prices and quality ,Very good at trading even. I don't know what could be the problem of xyz person's, but i think there could be misunderstanding somewhere. I must say, Kohinoor is the best shop to buy 22 carat gold jewellery. GREAT EXPERIENCE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND......

What a disappointment 😌😌 Walked and stand there for 10-15mins not greeting or anything while the dot is locked system so the open it for us to enter and go out but still not a single word we hear from them during all this. The owner of this business gave me the wrong account name for his own business how stupid can you be not to know the name of your own bank account? I gave him a bank cheque. When I paid and picked up my jewellery he went back on our deal and did not honour our deal. Raj owes me $1000 which he refuses to pay.
