That was fantastic experience with Toto and Notch! We had a great time and they were awesome at accommodating our extra people and were so much fun up in the air. If you want tricks and stunts but also Notchy made sure us nervous flyers kept a smooth ride. Loved every moment, highly recommend.

We had a great experience flying over Brisbane, everyone was accommodating and friendly. Would definitely do this again.

Wanted to give my teenage daughter a flying experience she had always wanted. Booked a 10min (longest available) flight at the Brisbane Airshow for 12:45 Waited until 1:30. Got told to come back at 2pm. Waited another hour and was then told couldn't have the flight or helicopter we had paid for unless we wait another hour again, now 4pm. Got told to go in a different helicopter and ended up being jammed in uncomfortably with a family with very young kids, The 'Experience' was now centered around the kids and was the flight ended up being frustratingly uncomfortable and dull. Staff did make apologetic noises about being busy, but from my perspective they we just taking as many bookings as they could $$ and the quality be dammed. Booking process was chaotic, rushed and poorly planned. Mistakes made with our payment and flight. Despite obvious delays they we still taking payments. Nothing enjoyable at all. I'm sure their personalised tours are probably fine but as for flights like this, not customer focused and no enjoyment at all.

Wow what an experience!! We did the coast pub crawl flight and I have to say WHAT A DAY!!! Pilots were amazing and the destinations were epic. Really customer focused and were give options throughout the day.. Can't recommend enough. Bucket list worthy 👌

What a great experience with Elite helicopters flying around Moreton Island with Hugo as a pilot, very informative and saw whales, turtles, sharks and dugongs. What a great time we had. Special day worthy of something different. Friendly greeting, great pre flight briefing. Up in the air and just cruising looking every which way. Landed at Spicers Hidden Vale for a great lunch. Outstanding second experience. Then the flight home, just as exciting as the first. Can not recommend highly enough...just do it.

Bought my folks a helicopter ride as a Christmas present. We turned up and the team let me ride along with them. Was a very generous treat by them. Was a nice smooth ride up in the helicopter, good times all round.

Our flight was completely spontaneous but that didn’t faze the guys at Elite. They were uber-friendly and we enjoyed a fantastic scenic ride on a perfect Gold Coast day. While he had a relaxed and friendly attitude with us, it was still clear that our pilot was a professional who takes his job very seriously. We knew we were in safe hands. I can’t wait until my next chance to fly.
