Room looked nice but oddly stuffy to breathe. Bed comfy and decent pillows. Separate small kitchenette. Overall clean and well presented although a random cigarette lighter in a cupboard surprised me. No food at the hotel. Only one food place in walking distance. Biscuits and coffee at reception. Overall just OK and I won't go back

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, staff gave zero to no customer service skills, when I asked Jessica to help me with a problem she told me she couldn’t and that there was no one else there that could? After cancelling my booking multiple times, claiming that there are no funds in my account, after me using multiple different cards with funds they continue to cancel my booking, when I asked them to resolve the situation they simply denied my request and cancelled my accomodation the day of. They cancelled my booking at 7:37am the day of me arriving in Queensland I rang at 8:00am when I realised and they just simply shoved me along. I am now flying into Brisbane with no where to stay. Absolutely disgusted at the poor treatment for your customers and lack of concern.

Nice and new hotel but not much facility wise for the price! No Foxtel in room, has a smart tv but wasn’t working just kept saying error, if you want coffee that isn’t instant you have to go to the lobby. No pool or spa. Small size room, could hear everything. Literally heard someone sneezing. Would look else where, hotel down the road provides much more for same price.

The apartment itself is ok. We were located right above the daycare which was incredibly noisy so a sleep in was not in the cards on a weekday. A little small for the price but the staff were so lovely and accommodating. We needed assistance several times and never felt like we were a bother. It was very close to many lovely places to shop and close to Brisbane which was perfect for us.

Laundry and cardio rooms are available for the guests. Cosy place, easy access, and walking distance to the shopping centre. Everything you need except free parking.

I stayed with some1 who is in a wheelchair. So accessibility sucks. If there's an emergency. Can't go down 6 flights of stairs.

Recently stayed at Quest Hotel in Springfield Central, Queensland, with my child and a scooter and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We checked in for 2 people. Stayed 4 days there were 1 small carton of milk. There were no ice cubes and you pay for carton of water at reception. I stayed at Quest in Sydney they have an actual ice cube ⁶. People do get thirsty after a long day. All they want is water 💧 and ice 🧊 cubes But overall good.

This presents as brand new, a hand written welcome note from the proprietors was a lovely touch and receptionist was helpful and welcoming. This hotel is easily the best Quest I've ever stayed at and would definitely recommend.

Very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee in the foyer was a great touch as well. Staff were very helpful

All good but just a bit expensive compare to market price, yes you have coffee machine in lobby , gym and everything. But it's still overprice.

We spent the last 3 months at Quest Springfield due to water damage in our home. The staff at Quest were absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. The receptionists, cleaners, management and Franchisees are friendly, polite, helpful and genuinely interested in their guests wellbeing. We would reccemond Quest Springfield to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this area. Thank you Leanne and team, for making a highly stressful time in our lives much more pleasant to deal with!! (Except for Brian. He's bad! 😜)

Nice rooms, friendly staff, and a big help with our request for cots for the bubs. The only issue we had was trying to book for a longer stay. Was booked out, so if you can, plan well ahead as it's popular!

A great place to stay. Rooms were perfect sized and location to everything in Springfield and surrounds is ideal. Staff were super friendly and so helpful with all our enquiries. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I don’t often write reviews, but I would like to give my praise to Thalia, who is your hotel receptionist. She is such a delightful young lady and have an amazing first impression of the hotel. The stay was beautiful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Thalia made sure we were having a great stay and was very polite when we asked questions or needed advice on the area. Was there for 5 days staff always helpful, the cleaning was done everyday in the room which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend to go here if your down that way, not far from the shopping centre and the lagoon

We had a 3 week stay here while waiting for our rental + furniture to arrive from overseas. The staff were very friendly & informative. The coffee machine downstairs was amazing. My 3 year old also enjoyed the free cookies every morning as we walked out. The room was comfortable. Enough space to fit our double pram & pop up cot for our baby. The balcony was great and clean. The room was well stocked and amenities replaced as needed. Abundance of washing liquid and dish washing powder. Highly recommend Quest for your stay in Springfield. 👍👍

Staying in the 1 bedroom apartment You'll think you can park your car here with the price tag of 1200 for 5 nights Nope 15 dollars a night for 1 car street parkings are very full too Having to walk with bags of groceries With that said Everything is really clean Kitchen is bright and specious with absolutely everything you'll need including a dishwasher Separate AC and TV in bedroom and living room Water is awesomely hot in the shower Comes with washing machine and dryer

We stayed from 12 th till 19 th April seeing family in Springfield. We had a one bedroom apartment facing the street with mountain views we could see our daughter house in the distance it.was very quite. The apartment was very clean no dust it was covid free clean. The staff were great very obliging. There’s a free shuttle bus to the local shopping we used it. Also asked if they could take us to our daughter’s house gave address they said it was in the the radius of the bus. When we went at the time booked we had the boss take us in his personal car in his time off to our daughters they go out of they way to help and please you. We stayed over Easter there were Easter eggs in the foyer for guest to have free of charge little things like that made you feel you were important to them. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

We loved our stay at Quest Springfield. This was our home for our first 6 weeks in Australia. Darryl and the team was amazing at making us feel at home, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Although we were excited to move into our rental, we were quite sad to say goodbye to Quest Springfield and the staff. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us!

Would like to thank all the Quest staff who have helped me out over the past couple of days booking accomodation for our staff. Although the staff memebr had to cancel the accomodation last minute, the entire team was very helpful and accomodating to the cancellation. Bed very comfortable. Nice and quiet. Great helpful staff.

Rooms are perfect for 1-2 people. Has a cute little kitchen and bathroom along with a cosy lounge area. The owners are the most LOVELY people! I felt right at home there and very well taken care of especially while I was home sick. Room service is fantastic and I never ran out of anything. Parking for the guests was very secure and safe. I will definitely be visiting again :)

Stayed here just for one night on business, so I was only there for less than 12 hours and most of them I was asleep. But I really wish I could've been there for longer. The room I had was really well equipped, very clean, tidy and new and made for a pleasant sleep as it was very quiet at night. The staff were super friendly as well. Bit of driving around to find my way into the place and the fact that the carpark is on level one and reception was lower down on the ground floor sent me for a spin. But once I knew it was all fine. The general area is also really really nice. Not far away is a big shopping centre with plenty of dining options as well as parks, playgrounds and swimming pools for kids and families. I actually intend on coming back to the area with my kids so they can enjoy it all. Hopefully I get to return on another business trip.
