    RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, INPATIENT, NO CUSTOMER SKILLS at all, FALICITY from north lakes store should not be working in the sales industry, the manager of this store clearly does not know how to manage his own store. If you take a product back, expect a hard time, go for a jog, clear your head, because you can expect the worst, FALICITY at the counter will make you feel as uncomfortable as possible, just don't give up, just a heads up, I know you will appreciate it.

    Some of the laziest and worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Went in to look at an air purifier in the small appliances and waited 15 minutes to be served. When nobody came up and approached me I decided to go to the checkout desk where there were a group of staff on their phones laughing and talking about god knows what. I asked if they could help me out; a man who seemed beyond disinterested in looking for my item, walked off with no warning and left me stranded yet again for 5-10 minutes before I decided to just leave. Appalled by this customer service, especially coming from someone who also works in the industry I’m disgusted.

    This store is the epitome of why people do not shop in person any more. The inventory system is always wrong. If it says a product is in stock, it often is not. You are then tricked into attending the store, and being forced to experience the terrible customer service if the item you came specifically for is in the locked cabinets. Once you find one of the two staff who are not too busy to help, they rudely inform you that that product is out of stock. Somehow they always know instantly it is out of stock but haven't been bothered to adjust the count in their system. Almost like they intentionally leave desirable items marked as In Stock to attract customers into the store, then they are forced to browse due to inadequate amounts of staff.

    I was checking security cameras there and was surprised with the quality of the service and support in making a decision. Bought everything I wanted and had a confidence that I chose what I really needed, because the variety is insane and drove me mentally sick. Thank you for making my life easier!

    Went in to buy an expensive phones asked for help as soon as the person couldn't answer a question she left so we tried to help ourselves. A manager approached and verbally attacked us and then when we tried to talk and explain she continued berating us. She was horribly unprofessional and lost them a sale. Don't recommend this place at all.

    Even though the air-conditioning was down for over a week. The up beat staff, smiles and the manager on duty went out of his way to make our enquiry answered, and came home with a purchase... friendliest store I have been to

    I went in to buy my son a record player and had no idea what to buy. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful carefully explaining all the options. I came away with a great deal. Super happy

    I spoke to a lady in computers checked she worked in there before I ask my questions. Walk away no sale was not that helpful. I wanted a screen and connectivity. Will spend my money else where. She seemed .ore happy to dust the computers than to make a sale

    Phil is so helpful and personable. Felt really looked after and had a great genuine experience. Went back to purchase a second item for our home when it died and specifically dealt with Phil due to his great customer service. Awesome job and definitely will be back. Cheers

    Very busy store. Lot's to see and do and it's also quite cramped with stuff everywhere. There had to be 200 people in the store itself.

    Usually have no problem however the guy in computers/games wad talking to his friend for whilst I waited patiently for him to show me where gaming stuff was. He acted like I interrupted his chat with his mate and pointed vaguely that they were "over there somewhere" he saw me trying to find something and just kept watching. I was happy to spend $500 and over however I wont spend money in a store with rude employees.

    Great customer service, we called ahead and had a Nintendo Switch put aside at the front counter. Price matched as promise. Might want to talk to staff about dress code, my wife said "don't need to see unbuttoned shirts that low"

    not happy. purchased the Samsung Watch 4 on 11 Sept 2021 in store at North Lakes during the $50 gift card promotion. month later tried to follow up with online support - told can't help go to the store, went to the store and told the account has been closed.. and they'd be in touch - week later and nothing... very poor service and false advertising

    Great experience being attended to by Bec at North Lakes store. Never have I witnessed such patience,kindness and understanding of our lack of Tech knowledge. (Both over 80yo.) We purchased a mobile phone and an Annual plan which completely suited our needs. Thanks again Bec. You are a valued member of Staff.

    clean, easy to navigate, nice employees good range of alot of things, JB is often known as a good work place, and that id shown by how you are treated here. there might br a bit of a customer service voice but i dont blame them, its my default voice sometimes hahaha

    Not a bad store, pretty diverse range of items albeit on several occasions I have ended up having to go to other stores as they don't seem to have stock. Staff numbers tend to be a bit hit & miss quite regularly and staff don't seem to engage with customer freely, those that do though are quite nice. I've been disappointed seeing their door security person eating full blown meals whilst working on the door. In general this IS a good store however is let down by people not playing their appropriate part.

    Bought a set of headphones at JB the other day. Reasonably priced, great quality, great service. After the 3 day mess-around with the Good Guys it was good to be back at JB. JB hifi owns the Good Guys now. Good.

    Always good here. I brought a little speaker for my grandson. Easy to find. Helpful service. The only downside was that I had to ask for the online price as the product had a different price. All easily fixed, and Grandson is very happy.

    Went into the store on Thursday to purchase an Ipad after we were disgusted with the service at the good guys. We were served by Jennifer, who organised a better price for us and made the experience very pleasant. Still not happy about the price, but that’s not really the store’s fault. Thanks Jennifer.

    If you want a masterclass on retail and customer service look no further. Went in and bought a washing machine, as soon as I installed it it started leaking a massive amount of water. Went back to the shop and Gary immediately recognized me and called me by my name. He was on my case straight away and got the manager on board to find a solution. In no time sash went and found a suitable piece for the issue my new washing machine was having, for whatever reason it did not have the stopper on the lint filter. They did what they had to do, did it in style, welcoming and friendly, prompt and perfect. Staff In there is happy and helpful. This is why I still buy in a store and not online, thank you guys!

    I like going to JB hifi very knowledgeable staff and the best deals plus prices around the area. They tend to have more brands than other certain stores in the area. I got to admit I tend to get all our big ticket electronic items there at very much lower costs than from others.

    Went into jb northlakes for a new wireless headset for my series s fella named James helped me out within 5mins got me a reasonable priced headset and I was on my way. Good work guys always a good experience coming in store !

    I had to phone the store to get a virtual receipt and the service member was extremely helpful. And when I’ve been to the shop in person, the staff are equally helpful and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

    JBHiFi Northlakes has the kindest Security Guard I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Each time I visited the store I always notice how Mark literally never fails to put a smile on every customers face. He honestly goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer including myself, feels warm and welcome, it’s refreshing to see such amazing customer service. He is certainly a fantastic person who I highly recommend saying hi to, if ever you get the chance :)

    I went there to purchase a product on their Black Friday sale day. the sales staff were superb under busy conditions and when they had run out of stock called another store where I was able to collect it that morning with no hassles. They were very helpful. Well done.

    Absolutely AWESOME service every single time from Clinton at North Lakes JB, I've been travelling here even though my local is Morayfield, because he's always willing to help find a product and genuinely cares about his job. If you're ever needing something from JB head down and speak to Clint, you won't regret it! Would give 6 stars if I could 😅 You're the best!

    A tail of two experiences. Went their one weekend to buy a digital video camera, was told the one I wanted wasn't in stock. Return to the same store one week later, see a diff. salesperson and get told yes there's one of them on stock. Turns out it was the display model which was placed as a different video camera which was $150 less. Happy with my purchase but not happy I had to see two different salespeople when the camera was there all along. If the guy on my first visit had done his job properly I would be much happier.

    Had one of the IT lady to help me with my refund at the store, I also made sure to ask questions when I called them before even going in for the refund, anyways, she had the worst attitude, wasn’t helpful at all. Coming from someone who works in retail, her attitude was disgusting, apparently she can’t politely greet me and can’t ask me to come over to help me at the desk (I was standing on the side until she arrived) no smiles, no greetings, no goodbyes.

    Went in to buy a catalogue item (advertised quite prominently in the catalogue) after not being able to click and collect. Found the last item on the shelf and had it in my possession only to have a staff member take it off me saying I couldn't have it as it had been promised to an online order. Marched out of the store soo quickly, safe to say I won't be back anytime soon. Store not only doesn't understand customer service, but fails with consumer law (they'll try to argue their way out). They could do with a brush up on the law - starting with bait advertising.

    Massive store with massive choice & crowds to be expected for its location. Excellent choice in anything to do with the home, appliances, entertainment & computing. Layout of the store in terms of isle space is cramped making browsing during busy periods a challenge. Staff, when you can find someone were most helpful & knowledgeable.

    I've been here many times and have made multiple purchases. Staff are always great. The line up to the cash registers is sometimes long and looks daunting but it usually moves quickly. I do like their purchase online and pick up in store option too.

    Went to buy a Sony sound bar the staff are worse than Bunnings as soon as they see a customer they disappear completely. So eventually after 30 minutes I found someone who half helped me he did the usual sales pitch and went to the dearest item then after asking for options I was shown some didn't actually get to hear them in action because apparently none were working. So finally decided to make a purchase and get told "I'll just check everything is here" after 10 minutes he comes back with a handful of items looks at the display unit and says " I can't get this off and you don't want to wait for Sony to turn up because god knows how long this will take so basically I can't sell you this " Well done JB Hi-Fi customer service 101 right there.

    Went in yesterday 20/08 to buy a series 7 Apple Watch 45mm with GPS and cellular. Website said available at North Lakes. Went in store and dude wearing the Apple shirt checked SKU and said system showed 6 units on hand in store. Low and behold, he could locate any. Best excuse I got was that too much stuck was out back and he couldn’t locate the watch I needed. Off to Apple Chermside tomorrow to get what I need.

    Nice big store. I wanted to stop in on my way through North Lakes to get the JBL Charge 5 so I called ahead, got through quickly and they had plenty of stock but old mate still threw a red one aside for me. I parked on the roof went down a few escalators and was in and out in no time. Happy days 👍

    Only given this place 3 stars because the "Pay Here" desk was difficult to locate, being almost at the back of the store with no signage, not that you'd be able to see a sign anyway. That said, great range, great prices. I'll know where to go next time.

    Went in to get a new smart tv as they had a few on special. Budget was at the low end but Sean in the TV section was great, no rush and took time to explain the different advantages etc of each tv I looked at. Great experience. TV is great by the way.
