    Great service from pre-purchase, purchase and post care (including warranty). Normally people will only give feedback if it is negative! However, through the experience between the Torque group (Ford and Honda) my partner and I have had an overall great experience. We purchased a vehicle and subsequently required some after care as part of warranty, which was handled very professionally. A thanks to Greta for the initial pre-sales and point of sale. Many thanks to Dee and Caroline for taking care of us post sale within the warranty period as a problem occurred and they were very diligent to make sure this was taken care for us.

    Took the car in for a service, I marked a wheel nut with permanent marker to the mag. When I picked up the car the wheel hadn’t been touched. They were supposed to change oil filter and rotate. Rotation was definitely not done and I question if the oil filter was changed since the front left was marked. I contacted Them and was advised the service manager would call me back, never received a call. Must feel proud to work at Ford when doing this to people. I will be taking further action.

    Extremely rude car sales man over the phone. Wouldn’t even give me a price on a car I wanted to buy. Just kept repeating retail price plus delivery fees and probably price increase after February. Thanks for nothing. Sale lost

    My car battery went flat, and was unable to find a supplier outside of Ford. After exhausting all options Ford was able to confirm supply. during trying times with their phone network and pure perseverance we were able to get my car in for a replacement battery.

    Purchased 2 wildtraks at a good price a few years ago,decided now to go with the next gen,I rang up to get a good price worked out and got no discount what so ever,talk about loyalty,i then decided to go down to the local ford dealer and he was $1150 cheaper,torque ford if you read this always remember to look after your customers because when the sellers bubble burst from demand you will be left with no one,you guys have lost me and our large family and friends.

    Take advantage of people they think don't know any better. Falsely advertised the vehicle I purchased as a 2013 when it was a 2012 (legally registered as 2012, finance says 2012 and insurance says it's 2012) - I specifically didn't want a vehicle that was already ten years old as it effects it's value and longevity. I would have asked for some money off the price had I known before purchasing. They couldn't even replace one of the tyres with an all terrain instead of a cheap highway terrain they'd put on, when the vehicle had 3 other perfectly good all terrains - they only offered to take my other all terrain tyre off the rear axle and replace it with a highway terrain too? they lied and said you couldn't get the all terrain tyre to match, but I bought the exact same tyre online myself and got my mechanic to put it on. How pathetic. Sent emails trying to get in contact with their operations manager and now they're just ignoring me. Can't trust this dealership and most certainly wouldn't trust their service centre.

    Highly recommend Conrad from Torque Ford. We had an excellent experience when purchasing our new Ranger Raptor. He was very informative and patient; always keeping us up to date and it was never a hassle for him to answer any of our many questions.

    Used Ford service for the first time after moving up from Canberra. The drop off was smooth and contacted us promptly for pickup. They arranged for the next appointment to rectify a broken part found during service. So much better then our previous dealer/service department.

    Do your homework when wanting to trade in a vehicle! Was hoping to do business with this dealership, however, the trade in price they offered for my vehicle was ridiculously low and they weren’t willing to negotiate. I ended up going to another ford dealership, got 10k more for my trade in.

    Great dealership. Took my Mach1 mustang there for its first service since I’ve owned it. Love that you can do a key drop easy in the morning so not waiting around. (We are early birds) Service didn’t flag any issues (as was expected on a near new car) ONLY thing I’d say they could improve, would be a quick wash after a service. I know it sounds picky, but I get this from Merc and Audi even on their free services. And it’s just a nice touch to pick it up gleaming. (Last Audi service they even vacc’d the inside Cz of the sand from my dogs last beach trip 😅) Other than that, fantastic service, and will have every comfort in taking the car there in future.

    Great experience - Bill coordinated everything for the customisation of the Duratray and accommodated all my changes/adjustments professionally. Very quick delivery time - especially considering all the custom tray work ordered only 5 weeks before Xmas! Highly recommend.

    Despite a long wait for our Ranger Wildtrak, the crew at Torque Ford kept us informed and made the delivery a special day. Bill and Shane were great right through, and on the day Jackie added more care. Spare parts assistance by Paul was next level as we worked on a couple of specific projects. Thanks team.

    Absolutley disgusting how we were treated after driving over an hour to look at the cars available as we had a really good experience next door at Torque Toyota where we bought a car 1 week earlier (same group of companies) and thought we would get the same amazing customer service. WE WERE 100% WRONG!!! Ask the manager at toruqe Honda why I would give a 1 star review. He knows all about the salesman who swore at us and was extremely rude when all we said was "we are just having a look for now thanks" No need to swear at us, be rude to us and argue with us. Luckily the car we wanted was next door at Honda. Will never recommend you to anyone we know. Torque Toyota just next door is MUCH better to deal with after purchasing a car from them it's amazing the difference between the two sites. I can only hope that salesman has been dealt with accordingly. Absolutely atrocious and left my elderly father appauled in his behaviour

    My recent purchase was ordered early 2023. Although I did have a few issues with the novated lease company, it was the complete opposite with Ford once they became involved. I was kept regularly updated as to arrival of the vehicle by email or by phone and I knew immediately I could rely on Ford. Dealing with Grant and Cynthia from the Northlakes office was an absolute pleasure. They were very professional but most of all, speaking to them was like speaking to a long time friend. Well done Ford and well done Grant and Cynthia. Very Impressive!!

    Terrible customer service. Took my car there 5 times for the same issue and they still haven't fixed it. This is no longer Ford. This is some embarrassing garbage version of the old great company. My family has always had Ford's and I have had 4 previously. Sad to see what the company has diminished in to. I'm selling my Wildtrak if anyone wants a piece of junk. Going to buy a Hilux like I should have.

    I did a 2 email enquires for some parts for my 2013 falcon xr6 recently and I only received 1 email response back. I’m really disappointed because i got a quick response for the first one and I never got a response for the second one and they were only a couple days apart

    Conrad in Used car sales was fantastic. Drove a car to us to inspect about 40mins away. Very friendly and professional and a decent bloke. Followed up and went thick and thin to get a great deal. If near northlakes and looking for a used car, go see him.

    Well what can I say. After the horror first couple of days Sue-An and myself had looking for a vehicle 🚗 it was a pleasure to come across Torque Ford. From the initial Enquiry and phone contact from sales manager Caroline to arriving and meeting Shane our sales consultant the whole experience was fantastic. Shane was so helpful and went out of his way to help. Shane and Caroline were willing to go out of there way to get Sue-An and myself into our Ranger. Peter from finance was super helpful Peter pointed us in the right direction, and Ginette was excellent when it came to window tint, Ceramic coating and seat protection. Ginette was not pushy and only recommended what we needed which in the end was window tint and nothing else. It was our decision to get the coating later on which Ginette was all to happy to help us with. So thank you Caroline and the team at Torque Ford. I will be back for my next vehicle 5 out of 5 from us. Thank you once again. What a magical experience Robbie B

    Tried to get my Ranger booked in for a logbook service but dealing with their reception staff eroded my confidence in their trustworthiness so much that I decided to take it elsewhere. As a trade qualified aircraft mechanic myself I don’t claim to be able to sign off on this particular vehicle but I can read a servicing schedule and know exactly what needs to be done. So, when they start using language that leads me to believe that some or many items in the authorised checklist may not get the attention that the manufacturers say they should…?!? You would be better off with someone else.
