First visit to Duluth, primarily work and casual clothes. Prices are higher, but definitely better quality than most. Nice casual and work clothes, good selection of pants, shirts, jackets hoodies, underwear, both men and women. Shoes for men and women. Nice location, good parking, service was pretty good. Sale items are priced like regular stores Glad I went, got a pair of jeans on sale, will return. If you have not visited, give them a chance. If this helps, check "like" below.

Have been wanting to stop by here for awhile while on trips to Cincinnati. I'll admit it's a cool store. Was pretty disappointed the rest rooms where out of order, especially after I passed the interstate rest area cause I knew I was stopping here. The prices are phenomenal. Only $27.50 for a pair of underwear!! Now I know for certain why I go commando.

They didn't have what I was looking for, but it seems like a nice store for camping and outdoor gear.

We were coming back from a flea market in Kentucky and driving on I 75 and decided to stop in to this store. My wife was looking for some sun dresses and sun protection shirts. The store is really big and very clean and neat. The racks are well organized, and items are easy to find. The dressing rooms are central to the store for easy access. Prices are kind of high, but the quality of the merchandise is very high. Very name brand on almost every item. Good selection of outdoor wear. I am impressed and will be back for more shopping.

Absolutely love this store/brand. Whether ordering online or taking a road trip to get to the closest store, I am never disappointed.

It was my first time visiting Duluth. It's a beautifully organized store and everyone was friendly and happy to help customers and each other. Stacey provided a very unexpected personalized, concierge shopping experience. We had a great time while she helped me find everything I needed to stay warm AND fashionable for an upcoming Alaska trip. Exceptional customer service is a rare find these days in retail; KUDOS to Stacey and her team!

Their clothing is super cute and I love that a lot of it is gender neutral. It is very durable and comfortable, both the men and women selections. It is very pricey though, and I left unfortunately without buying anything. I've only ever gotten it as gifts, so I wasn't aware of the price point, which is my fault. But I can't spend $60+ on a hat :( I know the quality is worth it, but don't go in expecting anything super affordable.

I LOVE Duluth!!! The merchandise is expensive but "you get what you pay for". The quality of materials and workmanship is impressive. My family has had clothing that still looks great after 5+ years. And there is no skimping on quantity of fabric. Shirttails are long, preventing "crack-views". And sizes are "true" or better than "true". A cousin, who normally wears 3X from other manufacturers, can wear a 2X from Duluth. The store is a fun adventure: men on the right, women on the left, "fun" items in the middle and at the back of the store. The displays are nicely prepared and very "outdoorsy". I enjoy how they create color and pattern combinations on the mannequins. Great shopping hints! The central pay area, where everyone starts out in a single line from the counter to the back of the store, is so nice. It prevents competitive line jumping and helps the process flow smoothly. Plus, it give the idle shopper a chance to look at some little extras while waiting for their turn. I have to admit to making some purchases from the center aisle displays. Most of the check-out staff have been pleasant and friendly in the past but I have had one or two who have made me feel like I've inconvenienced them. I hope they improve their attitudes. During this specific visit we bought "house slippers", which my son loves, and has worn daily since he received them on Christmas. He likes how warm they keep his feet while working at his computer. The commercials and mailer ads are quite entertaining, and significant savings can be found while shopping during the discount events. The store gets crowded during those events but the savings is well worth the inconvenience of waiting for service or check-out. Sorry no photos!
