I've been suffering from chronic pain for 3 years. Over that time, I've been to physical therapists, chiropractors, and a pain doctor. These people didn't give me hope nor were willing to really help me. After moving to the area, I found Stretch Physical Therapy. I am confident that I have finally found the place that is going to help me move past my chronic pain. The staff genuinely cares, explains/instructs very clearly, and are very knowledgeable. I also love that Stretch has a focus on total wellness. I highly recommend Stretch!

JORDAN IS THE BEST! Being a competitive dancer for 16 years, I have tried every type of rehab in the book! Jordan has been the only therapist that has been able to release my pain for good, rather than just temporarily. The process she uses is incredible. She is easy to work with, listens to you and your needs, educates you and is just a joy to be around. A lot of my past rehab has made me sore for a few days after, but I have never experienced that with Jordan's work which makes it just that much better. She has also relieved my mom and my dad of their pain that they've had for 10+ years.

I started going to Stretch when I was having such horrible arthritis pain in my left knee that I could barely walk. I had seen an orthopedist and he said my only hope was total knee replacement. I decided to give PT a try before going the route of surgery. After eight weeks, my knee was feeling much better and I was able to get out and start walking. I have continued going to Stretch on a mobility plan so that I make sure that my body stays aligned and I stay pain free. Jordan has done a phenomenal job of keeping me moving without pain. She addresses my whole body movement because once one part of your body isn’t moving properly the other parts of your body try to compensate. I am now moving without pain and walking several miles a day. I have my life back and am so glad I didn’t end up needing surgery after all! I am so thankful for Jordan and Stretch for keeping me on my feet and moving!

After suffering with neck and back problems for over 10 years, and doing traditional Physical Therapy several times, I wanted to find another option to provide pain relief. I am 57, but felt like a 70 year old. I wanted to live life and do the things I love without being in pain. I would see the Stretch Therapy sign, on my way to my Chiropractor. I finally made an appointment and discovered that they offer a unique way of dealing with muscle strain and pain to help give relief quickly. The stretching and mobility therapy has been key in helping relieve the muscle strain. On top of the stretching the Laser Therapy has added an element of healing to the process. When I started several months ago, I was struggling to do basic chores and daily tasks without having pain the next day. I was so happy that by the end of the summer, I was able to move both sons into college apartments, make beds, clean and not suffer the ramifications the next day. Stretch has given me back a part of my life that I thought was dwindling away. And, they offered a maintenance program that helps get me back to normal if I overdo, or have muscle strain, from the new activities I am doing that I thought were gone forever. Thank You Stretch Physical Therapy and Total Wellness. Pam Perrino

I went to Stretch Physical Therapy &Total Wellness due to issues with my lower back and neck. Jordan took the time to listen to my issues and develop a complete an holistic wellness plan for me. My plan level was a 9 when I began. Now its a 0 with daily stretching and strength exercises which Jordan trained me to perform properly. My life is 100 times better. My new mobility make wifey happy in the bedroom to.😉

When I first visited Sretch physical therapy I had a severe limp in my left leg and a lot of pain from my ankle up through my hip. I had seen chiropractors for several years because of back pain and sciatic issues which helped to a degree. Stretch was very personalized with their care and explained everything they were doing, planned to do, why they were doing it and always asked for my input on how each treatment affected me. After several visits I was no longer limping or having pain every time I walked. I was very much impressed with the care and concern about my health and not just getting me in and out. Of all the different therapy I have had in my lifetime I have never found a place like this one.

I chose Stretch PT for my therapy after spinal fusion surgery. I checked with family, friends and social media for recommendations and nearly all told me to go to Stetch PT in West Chester. I went to them for nearly two months and they not only helped to relieve my back pain, they helped my with my mobility and balance for my Multiple Sclerosis. I highly recommend them for anyone needing Physical therapy. Mark Keller Liberty Township

I came to Stretch to strengthen my leg before receiving a total knee replacement. Jordan is my therapist and the program that she developed is great. The exercises work both in the studio and at home so I can practice on my own between sessions. I’ve had my right knee replaced and am getting my left replaced soon and I will continue to see Jordan before and after. Both the staff and atmosphere at Stretch are fantastic which made it an easy decision to choose this program.

I have been going to Stretch Physical Therapy off and on for 5 years. I started going because I was having lower back issues. It was so bad that I was having problems driving, lifting my foot from the gas pedal to the brake. My next step was back surgery. As a last resort I went to a meet and greet informational session that Stretch had and the way Kim explained what was going on and how they could help I was convinced and set up an appointment that night. They were miracle workers and I am pain free. I continue going now for maintenence to keep my whole body mobile and to be able to keep up with my grand baby.

So grateful to have found Stretch Physical Therapy. I’ve had neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried massage, chiropractic care, and the list continues, but I could only get temporary relief. The team at Stretch cares about each individual. If you have pain, don’t wait or it could become chronic! Visit Kim, Jordan and the rest of the team!
