The place is nice but service is bad. You feel that the only interest is your money... There was a wedding below our window and no one told us anything at booking. Breakfast had not a single local product etc...

Secluded and quiet place with a great host. Nice big pool and great views. Breakfast is just the right size. Close to everything that should be seen. I would recommend the place. There is a great pizza restaurant close by too. Nice little town.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. it's so clean all the staff are so lovely . The owner is so helpful and kind . I am ready to come back already I will always stay here when i come to Italy I have enjoyed it so much . Thankyou lorenzo xx

Very friendly hosta. Nicely decorated rooms, what they say is what you get. In a strategic place for someone to visit pisa, Florence, san gimignano, siena. Breakfast could be a bit less Italian and more intercontinental, but this is individual opinion. For sure i would come again.

One of the best places ever I have visited. Clean, quiet and nice. More than welcome and friendly staff. Private secure parking. The restaurant is also top one. Just wonderful. Tasty food, excellent service and reasonable prices.Highly recommended to visit the place.
