Ordered from Freddy’s website over 30 min in advance. Picked up order and found out when I got home that it was completely wrong: 1/2 of the order was missing, thus leaving 2 of my kids without the food in which I ORDERED AND PAID (OVER $50) FOR WELL IN ADVANCE. The items that were received were old, cold, inedible. Called immediately to express need for refund, was told I need to come into location to receive refund ("refunds cannot be given over the phone"). Obviously, FREDDY’S IMPLEMENTS A GREAT STRATEGY TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS DON’T GET REFUNDS. Deplorable business processes, and this is coming from a business owner. When given over 30 min to ensure an order is made, the order should be correct and certainly not missing items. When mistakes are made, then the same restaurant that is capable and willing to accept online orders should have the same ability to issue a refund online as well – especially considering it is due to THE RESTAURANT’S NEGLIGENCE. BAD FOOD, BAD SERVICE: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely inconvenient and frustrating on all accounts. (Also, before Freddy's replies with some generic message, I have already submitted feedback via the web form)

Since Freddy's is far out from my house, I usually only go once or twice a year--a treat if you will. This evening I had a horrible experience. I ordered ahead on the app expecting to arrive at the restaurant with my food ready to go. Insted, I sat in the store (there were no other customers inside) watching the employees and manager walk past me filling up condiment boxes, sweeping, etc. without speaking a word to me or my brother.  I even observed the employees scooping and serving ice cream out of uncovered and unrefridgerated cartons sitting directly on the main counter. Eventually, after waiting an additional 15 minutes I walked up to the front counter and asked where my order was. It has been sitting not on the mobile pick up location but on the counter right behind the exposed ice cream containers. The employee handed the order over without a word... no sorry nothing. My burger and fries were not even lukewarm, they were cold. Both of my ice creams were melted as well. Something even as simple as the straw for my brothers drink was missing from the bag. What was supposed to be a treat turned into a complete disappointment.

I normally don’t give fast food places anything over a 3 ⭐️ However, today this Freddy’s nailed it! It was the best burger I have ever had at this chain. Juicy, yet, seared properly and to perfection. Fries crisp and hot. Strawberry malt that tasted like it was made at a soda shop in the 50’s. I get it, yes, it’s fast food, however, nothing says it can’t be made well and taste good. Great job crew!

Alexis refunded my money because of a mishap with my order that got given out the window and they handled it very professionally very quickly and it was an amazing experience all around I got my food very quickly after I said something and there was no dilemma or anything like that great customer service and I will definitely give them my business again without a doubt I recommend you do too

The customer service was phenomenal. The food was phenomenal as always. I will definitely be coming back here with my family. My favorite is the triple with cheese with everything but lettuce and tomatoes on it and the french fries with cheese. Yummy..

Went there with my son for lunch. Personally I do prefer my burgers thick but their smashed thin burgers were still juicy yet crispy along the edges. The shoestring fries are my son's favorite and the shakes were great! 👍

Food was great, staff and service were great. Dining room was clean and pleasant atmosphere. Restrooms were clean as well.

The burgers are peculiar looking but still delicious, the custard is also great, and the atmosphere is very retro. It's also usually not too busy so it's pretty calm save for the music which is just a bit too loud.

We came through 09/27 at 9:40-9:45pm. I also came through earlier week. Last time I was here there was plastic in my shake. We came through again tonight and got shakes and a fry again. The girl in the drive through was rude right off the bat. She practically threw our drinks and food at us. The shake cups were covered in the shake so it was dripping down our arms. When we asked for napkins, she said, “we’re in a rush.” There were only 3 cars in line (including us) and zero people in the lobby. When we started to eat our fries after leaving, we discovered they were cold and had zero seasoning. No salt, nothing. We came back through to get fries with seasoning on it and we had to deal with the same girl. She was especially rude the second time through. She was huffing at us and rolling her eyes. She seemed very annoyed that we had the audacity to ask for what we ordered. The fries we got the second time tasted awful. There was something very off and there was only seasoning sprinkled on the top. Both fries were not full btw. We received them as pictured (2 fries total eaten from each). I am appalled at her behavior. Maybe she’s best suited in a position away from customers.

Staff at drive through were courteous and efficient. Worst patty melt I’ve ever eaten. It was not grilled well and subsequently was a beef patty between two grease soaked slices of soggy bread. I couldn’t even pick it up out of the container. Not a fan.

They gave me almost nothing in my fries order last time. It’s was practically empty. But I gave them another chance. Ordered fries again and only a few were sprinkled on top of cheese curds lol idk what’s happening here but they really don’t care and it sucks. If you like surprises, stop in, never know what you’ll get haha

First of what will be more visits. I'm from Foco, but drive through here semi-frequently. Today, I decided to try it. Certainly I can't fault another Fred. The burgers here are different, and I'm all about different. I like the thinner, wider patties. Mine were just the right amount of seasoned. I've never had cheese curds this way before, and didn't know I liked them. But I do. Fast and friendly service, and shout-out to ... well, the shout-out guy. The guy calling out orders, just had a voice that resonated in the place, and thus was easy to hear. There was a person circulating the dining area every so often, making sure everything was clean. I hear your ice cream is good, so I'll be having some next time. The flavors and options definitely look interesting. I'd love to get a Fredhead shirt.

I liked that service was fast, no line at the drive thru helped too. Friendly chatty cashier. Order came up right. Been a few times now and everything is just a little to greasy, or maybe I should say buttered covered. I guess it is possible to use too much butter. The pricing is a little more than I would think too, $5 for a plain hot dog this visit.

This is the 2nd time my family and 8 have gone to this restaurant..great service both times, food was correct and hot and made to order. I haven't tried your custard or concrete ice cream yet but I hear it is the best on the menu👌I recommend trying this establishment if you have never been here before. Same burger joint as the rest but they have some different food items like shoe strings french fries, fried cheese curds (which are tasty 😋) and their famous custard ice cream.

Another great Friday night at Freddy's. I have eaten at in-an-out in California many times but Freddy's has spoiled me. I think there double-double is better. Thank you Alexis and Marco and the team. My friends and I hope to see you soon.

Got complete opposite sandwiches of what I ordered. And they were dry and when I called to tell them I got hung up on 3 different times. Waste of money when it'd already so expensive to get food you don't like.
