Terrible. No exam, just a couple of questions from across the room, I was talked over when I attempted to say why I was there. I guess being black and presenting with pain is a automatic drug seeker in their eyes. They didn't do any vitals at all, so any kind of exam or vitals in their progress note(if done) are fraudulent. Didn't call my prescription into the pharmacy, so now I won't be able to get it until Monday. II went out to call a cab and they locked the door...with an hour left until they closed. I want my money back. What a bunch of condensending arrogant "medical professionals" People like that should never be in the field. Unconditional positive regard...ever heard of it? Didn't think so. I have been in the medical field for over 40 years, the last 15 of my career as a ICU RN...been thinking about going back, but if this is what the majority of who I would work with is like, ...I shudder at the thought! I would like to give ZERO stars..but that's not a option.

Dr. Azhar Shakeel. You are a crook and an absolute joke. I came into your office Thursday 3/2/23, waited exactly 2 hours in the back room where I could hear the nurse ask if I was still there. 2hrs for you to swab me. Then less than 2mins of you actually being in the room. All for you to stand in the corner like a scared dog and tell me I had the flu. No listening to my lungs, nothing. $150 just to be told I have the flu and be sent out. I actually have double pneumonia after I went to the er and all they had to do was listen to me breath and order an xray. Admitted into the hospital for 3 days. You are a waste of time.

I have seen Dr Shakeel several times and never had a problem. The last 3 times I have gone Dr. Shakeel wasn't there. I ended up seeing the other physician. I was swabbed for strep, flu and covid. But the Dr I saw did not want to listen to my chest or look in my ears. I told the Dr that my ears were hurting. He then ordered a prescription that I'm allergic to and I told him I was allergic to it.

Extremely rude front office check in lady it's like all she cared about was that she was off the next day they need to allow both parents in with their sick kid and they won't let both parents stay with their sick child! I have NEVER encountered this anywhere else thank God I don't live here so I never have to put up with this place again! Run away from this place so so rude!!!!! Not professional at all

Care was excellent but the front window staff was horribly rude. People are being seen because they are sick so it would be nice to at least have someone pleasant greet them.

Terrible experience. Not clean. Mold on ceiling tiles and room is overly sprayed with cheap aerosol disinfectant spray. Provider did not check my child’s ears. He was diagnosed left ear infx the next day at Pedistat Urgent Care. Won’t return .

So please with the care I received here after going to st Francis and waiting 4 HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR NOTHING! MY ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED CORRECTLY HERE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE if you have an URGENT issue without the waiting hassle! 5 plus stars great people and doctor!!! Thank you!!

The Doctor is awesome very friendly and always takes care of family. However the lady upfront is very rude and hateful. I won’t be back anymore

I had come in for an infection that was in my foot and Dr. Azhar Shakeel the most wonderful bedside manner is by far the best that I've seen in a long time. The wait time was very quick and he seen me very quickly and taking care of my needs.

FYI… your so called Dr. I saw on Nov. 7 never even looked at my X-rays. I found out today from my orthopedic doctor that I have 3 broken fingers that your Dr. missed. I saw the X-rays today Nov. 20, and could clearly see the breaks. It is because your Dr. was too busy trying to take care of his personal phone call. This is malpractice. I have suffered since Nov. 6 with broken fingers. Now we are just praying that they will heal properly. I was not given any type of at home plan except being told it will take about 48 hours to get better. Well it’s now Nov. 20 and my fingers can’t move any better. God help any person who comes in with something serious to your center!!!!

I cannot express how greatful I am for Tyler and the staff who worked wirh him. I came in so sick from a UTI and was never so greatful for his kindness and quickly getting me seen and out the door.

My name is Bailey Reece I took my daughter Tamriel to urgent care off of 33rd Street here in Muskogee Oklahoma yesterday and the doctor said that he was going to send off a cream at the pharmacy for her rash I contacted the pharmacy at West economy and they didn't have no prescriptions in for so I contacted urgent Care back to ask them what's going on and the doctor apparently is not sending no prescription and they're said that he said he's not doing it so my daughter has to live with a rash and being pain because this doctor don't want to do his job I advise that no one takes their infants or their children to urgent care in Muskogee Oklahoma on the 33rd Street one the doctor does not do his job and he does not seem to care too much about the pain and suffering of an infant child under the age a year old As much as it pains me to say this Saint Francis would probably be your best bet at least they actually send out prescriptions of medications that will help your daughter

Called this one right after talking to press wellness on east side. The lady who answered was really nice and acted like she cared and wanted to help even over the phone. I’ll be going to this one for now on!

Loud obnoxious unprofessional staff. Did not clean between patients. Dirty exam rooms. Definitely will not return.

Would not recommend. Had a allergic reaction to the meds he prescribed. They don’t have room for voicemails. No one answers the phone. Now strep is back.

If you love your family don't let them go here! Very rude all they were worried about was if they were getting paid or not! No discharge paperwork no diagnosis NOTHING!

As a husband of an ER nurse, I will say this place was awesome and super convenient while we were traveling. First off, there was pretty much no wait and listening to the horror stories of 8-10 hours in an ER lobby, this thrilled me. Secondly, the staff was experienced and they really took the time to listen to my compliant. The facility was super clean and they got us out of there in no time. I would definetly recommend it to anyone in that area.

I took my wife here tonight to get tested for the flu and possibly coronavirus. She tested negative for coronavirus, and they tested her for strep which she also tested negative for. The doctor still insisted she has strep. My wife told them she was allergic to amoxicillin, yet the doctor still prescribed her amoxicillin. We didn’t know this until we picked up the prescription. I called the doctor and he told me “If you knew she was allergic, why did you pick up the prescription?”, and then he hung up the phone. Do not go here. My father was also given the wrong medication by the same doctor. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. My wife could’ve potentially been put in the hospital because of this sheer negligence. That doctor has no business being in this line of work, because he clearly does not care about the wellbeing of his patients.

Very sweet staff i will say before i continue. Although, me and my mother walked in this afternoon around 1, due to a fall i had and hurt my wrist. They got us in and out fast considering there was only a couple people infront of us. However, we have waited almost 3 whole hours for them to send the prescription over to the desired pharmacy of our choice. we ended up getting ibuprofen and calling it a day. Because who wants to wait all night with a hurt limb?? maybe more consideration in the patients should be enforced.

The worst place I’ve had to come to since the original doctor was here this so called new doctor they have is so slow I’ve been in this room for a hour and 15 mins and still haven’t been seen. I’ve always been in and out when the food doctor shekel or however it’s spelled was here. Please come back and she this dude to checotah we want the best back fast and caring
