Food was OK Staff was pushy and didn't get the order right. No straws with the drinks either. They screw up orders and omit items it makes a trip thru the drive Thru for fast food a trip back inside to correct the mistakes to come back out to cold slow food not fun.

The drink my daughter ordered had a full cup of ice and next to no fluid. I went inside and asked for it to be refilled since it was not worth it, with all ice like that. THE MANAGER USED A LOUD, YELLING VOICE TO TELL ME THAT WE SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR LIGHT ICE OR NO ICE. He did not refill it.

This is a pic of my 1/2 pound sandwich. I've been ordering these for years and this is by far the smallest sandwich I've ever received. Not worth a return trip. Just very disappointing. They also failed to include my son's entire meal. We e weren't charged for it, but we DID order it. Horrible service at this location.**Update** 2/14/22 Tried Arbys again. They can't seem to tell the difference between a Beef and Cheddar sandwich and a Roast Beef sandwich. One has an onion bun and arby and cheddar sauce. The Roast Beef has a sesame seed bun and no sauces unless added. A second trip for the correct order every time.

By far the worst arbys I have had, curly fries were cold & taste like they have been sitting for an hour. The beef & Cheddar taste off & like it's been sitting on a warming plate to long. Drive thru employee didn't seem happy with her job. Only decent thing out of it was the over priced lemonade.

Tried this new chicken box. Hot sauce. Tasted weird and not good. Asked for regular fries and got cold curly fries. The roast beef sandwich was good but smashed. The drive thru people were not happy with their job it seems. Aggressive with questions from customers.

Well I do work here going on 8 years it's clean and the manager Rikki is great she cares

They are more than happy to make your Arbys the way you want it. I have never received bad service from them. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cashier was really rude. I could tell she was new. She kept saying and and... I just wanted to let her know she'll know when we're done ordering. Had two separate orders and only gave sauces for the first order. Just rude made me feel like an inconvenience. Won't be back anytime soon.

Ordered a smokehouse brisket. Instead of telling me they were almost out they made it mostly out of roast beef. When I called and asked if it was a mistake or just how they make them now, she cut me off and said she watched the employee herself put only brisket on the sandwich. Just straight up lied to me. Zero stars.
