Midtown Dental in Miami is first in class. Every visit is met with a smile and professional courtesy. This office is punctual (a plus) and service is impeccable. Lenny (hygienist) is amazing. Her bedside manners are second to none. Based on prior dental experiences I was expecting my cleaning to be rough and painful. It was quite the contrary. She was able to do the job without me having to say "it hurts" one time. Dr. Nelson has been attentive and very responsive and shown he cares for his patients. Dr. Nelson and staff you all are doing a great job! Keep up the great work. Happy holidays and look forward to my next appointment in the new year!!!

Very friendly and experienced staff all around a great experience and they do outstanding work. My mother was my dental hygienist for most of my life so I'm pretty picky when it comes to good customer service and an experienced staff. This place is legit and I would recommend it fully if you are new to town like me or looking for a new dentist.

Do Not Go to This Dentist, You will thanks me later!!!! You deserve -10000000 stars!. Lack of professionalism, only care about money. I went to the dentist that they can fix my filling and cleaning the same day. When I got there, they only can do filling and made me to come back for cleaning. When the lady explained the charge and I asked that my insurance covered 80% twice, she said there is no cavity and considered as cosmetic so they only cover like 50% but she didn't` explain clear. I paid $266 what they asked and came back home and talked to the insurance and they said mine covered 80%,sent me the bill next day.I sent email about it and no one respond.A week later, I went back for cleaning and the dentist made a poor job filling my tooth, made the huge gap between teeth.She said, they will look into it and send me the check for difference but it will take 4-6weeks. I showed her bill that I got from insurance and she said that doesn't`t count. And then they charged me for cleaning office visit for $5 and they will deduct from what they owed me. Never paid office visit fee before, whatever. I asked my teeth between the gap. The dentist told me he did it right and I told him that there was no gap between teeth before the procedure. He was not happy about it and made m come back next day, added more material. He was rude and not professional. on top of that he tried to charge me extra $50 for extra material. I told the lady that if he did it right for the first time, I wouldn't`t need to come back. I am already annoyed coming back, tried to charge more? She said, leave it there and anything changes, will call you. Even after 2nd visits, he did such a poor job. Still have a gab and every time I eat, small piece of food stuck in that gap, need to floss every single time I eat. The amount I paid : $266 The money actually I am suppose to pay: $101 The difference is $165 If I really need to pay for office visit for $5 then deduct that and refund me $160, back to my original payment immediately not the mail check.Also, Charged extra $44 for limited oral evaluation that I said no to them when I came back for cleaning. Been waiting 6 week now and nothing!No Check, no one pick up the phone,no respond to my email or text. Total Scam! Don`t ever go to that dentist. That was my biggest mistake!Don`t fool for the good reviews, they only post 5star reviews!!!!!! Look at the picture: After he filled the tooth.He said he did it right and I am being sensitive. Don`t you see the gap? You must be a blind. Updated: they changed the words that they had to charge for sensitivity medicine, doesn't cover the insurance so I had to pay $165 for that. He didn't`t explain before the procedure. So be careful! The worst decision I've ever made to this stupid place.Nelson and the whole team,You failed your job and what goes around, comes around.Good luck with that. I love this office. They never keep you waiting and everyone is so kind and professional. I fall asleep when they clean my teeth. Their Spotify playlist is the best!

Was recommended Dr. Nelson and Midtown Dental by a friend - very helpful and friendly from the first phone call, to my first visit, and the remainder of my visits. Dr. Nelson is very professional, which reflects his knowledge, accuracy, and quality of work. Same with the front office, Daisy and the rest are friendly and helpful.

Who wakes up and says, "I can't wait to see the dentist"??? NO ONE! I am glad that I found Dr. Nelson. He shows patience and compassion for my severe anxiety. He makes recommendations (which I typically follow) and allows you to take responsibility for your dental health.

I definitely recommend them! They offer parking for the patients, the clinic is beautiful, the staff is so caring and friendly. They explain everything thoroughly and with respect.

Outstanding Team! Dr. Nelson runs a very efficient and highly professional dentistry. The staff are the most friendly and they do a great job researching coverages with insurance to ensure I am well advised of my coverages & financial responsibility. Angie is a wonderful hygienis! Especially appreciate that they consistently operate on-time with no waiting. The complimentary parking is a rarity! Great job!

Was so happy during COVID I located this office everyone is so professional , my hold family is patients now.. would not change.. highly recommended …😄
