Please do not move here! If you work from home this is not a place for you, walls are extremely thin you can hear everything from your neighbors even they having sex, on the other room I hear child crying all the time, hopefully we will make the fee soon to leave this place, I am getting into a bad depresión with this situation never in my live I ve been so sad on a place as a software engineer it is so hard to work with those kids crying all the time, upstairs neighbor are worse I cant even sleep, it is every freaking day, Shara have been great with us, that why I don’t give them just one start!

I wanted to wait a month before I delivered my review on my experience thus far. Coming from another state, moving in without physically walking the property prior to applying, could easily be a terrible experience. This was quite the opposite. The leasing staff, especially Edgar and Jessica, were unbelievably helpful and patient with all of my needs/concerns. They made this process seamless compared to my past leasing experiences in my home state. The property is kept clean, and smelling nice. All of my neighbors have been friendly, even just in passing. The surrounding neighborhood even has friendly people who don't hesitate to say hello and spread pleasant vibes. I am very pleased with my decision and so happy to call this place my home. Edgar definitely deserves an extra kudos because he ensured I had everything I needed and made sure to follow up with me to see that all my needs were met in a timely fashion. Everyone else I've engaged with in the leasing office has also been vey pleasant and helpful.

Did the tour with Steven and the experience was amazing! So professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable talking to him. Showed us several units, and everything the building has to offer. The building is beautiful! Clean and well kept. I definitely recommend taking a look at this place.

Special thanks to Zulay . Not only did she go out her way & overextend herself by staying beyond work hours to help me complete my application process; But she showed me multiple units, and was patient throughout the whole process. She maintained zeal and tenacity from start to finish! I initially wanted the studio, (which, based on the model is very spacious and beautiful, ) but after I made a decision on the studio, I changed my mind and asked to see a one bedroom. that by far was the best decision ever. The one-bedrooms are absolutely gorgeous with amazing Design. The den is what had me sold!

This place won my heart, all of the staff my husband and I met have been so friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the 1bedroom with the den, it's the perfect size for us and we cannot wait to move in next month. Special shout out to Dianna & Jessica for all their patience and showing us so many options and helping us make our final decision, relocating is always so stressful but they've made it 100x easier

Definitely passed my expectations when I walked into this building, from the moment I was greeted to the moment I left. Camila and Jessica showed me all the amenities, the perfect layout of a 2/2 with den, and answered all my questions! I highly recommend to come check this building out, 10/10 experience :)

Camila was an absolutely amazing person to interact with. She was extremely knowledgeable, she listened to my needs and she offered suggestions. Soleste Seaside is absolutely beautiful. After Sunday I will know if I can this home.

Very happy with the community, location, my apartment, parking & the price! I'm close to family but I'm also in a great area. Zulay was the one who helped me pick my apartment and she was the best, sweet, attentive and personable. All the other staff seems sweet but Zulay really makes you feel like you found your home. Can’t wait to move in soon ♥️
