He is more focused on his laptop than on me. Perhaps He needs a long vacation or better yet retire. One of his staff hung up on the phone not caring at all regarding my concerns over prescription renewal.Something so simple turned ugly and Scanell’s attitude was unprofessional. Dr Scannell is the best. He takes his time and he really listens to my concerns. His staff are also really nice and helpful. I will recommend Dr Scannell to anyone. He’s great!

I have been seeing Dr. Scannell for the last several years an have been satisfied overall. There were staffing challenges with COVID and some of the nurses and reception desk were rude and condescending. HOWEVER, they are no longer there and it's a much improved atmosphere. In particular, Richard, a nurse who assists the Dr. has an excellent attitude and always pleasant to interact with. Keep up the great work!
