Second time here, on a thuraday. Husband got the Thursday special- homemade chix and dumplings." Bangin" I order fried chix livers for an appetizer, they were incredibly!! Then I had the 4 PC Fried chix wing, huge wings! And I tried all there special Thursday sides. Corn fritters, fried green tomatoes, green beans. Everything was FANTASTIC AGAIN. Definitely put this place down in our to go book.

Oh my. Fried green tomatoes. The smokiest pork. So many beautiful sides! The freshest lightest biscuits. Toothsome cornmeal muffins. Everything fresh and perfectly seasoned and wonderfully cooked.

Farmers market resturant was a good surprise, really good southern food. Fried okra, cornbread, great cole slaw and to die for chicken and dumplings on Thursdays. The have a full menu but specials everyday.

Good food and service. The fried chicken lunch was outstanding. We will be back.
