Dr. Hiraj is very Unprofessional and Inconsiderate doesn't value her patients time. I had a 10a.m appointment and wasn't seen about 5 hours later, no explanation, no apology, I walked in on her & co-workers unannounced in another room laughing & chatting carelessly about my time wasted. I would NEVER recommend anyone to be worked on by her (Vicky Fran)

Excellent attention

The dentist is alright, but the staff didn't bother to allow me to ask questions. They kept leaving me alone over and over, which made me feel unimportant. The poor patient experience here has led me to find other offices.

This place is terrible. I had them do a filling a cavity and they did a poor job, my mouth just didnt feel normal for months afterward. so I went to a different dental office 6 months later for my cleaning and the new dentist let me know that same tooth has a cavity. She couldnt tell that it had a “filling” before. Insurance didnt cover it because it was the same tooth they already paid for. I eneded up paying full price to get this corrected.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Westland mall dental P.A. Dentistry. The staff was friendly and professional, the facility was clean, and Dr. Novo was exceptionally thorough and gentle. I appreciated the detailed explanations of each procedure, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommend this dental office for anyone seeking top-notch care!

Took my son here a couple years back and happened to leave the room to take a call and upon my return I caught the young male dentist being rude to my child. And to make matters worse I found out the dentist unnecessarily put silver caps on his teeth. Found out by new dentist how much of a horrible job and unnecessary procedure was done. I would not recommend this place at all. I would just walk on by. STAY AWAY!

They recently replaced one of their dentists and the male dentist is superb. I had 2 crowns done. Wait time for crowns are typically 3 weeks give or take. The new male dentist is very professional and attentive to my needs. I understand the negative reviews but the new dentist has made a much needed change for the better. Finally they are on the right track. I reduced a star because i personally feel that crowns should be done and ready in a quicker time frame. The staff and dentist are great though.

Diana was the receptionist that helped me make an appointment. She was the sweetest and very accommodating when making my appointment. The dental service was great, no pain, and very friendly! Viviana was very helpful with the fees and with the insurance process, she was very attentive every time I needed anything! Highly recommend!

The place looks a little rough, not gonna lie. There are no decorations or entertainment for the kids. Just plain white walls everywhere. However, we were seen for our appointment on time with very little wait time. Our Dental Assistant Curtis was fantastic with my 2 year old in his first visit to the dentist. He literally turned his frown upside down. The doctor was quick but clear in his exam and also friendly with me and my son. I also appreciated that despite having signs of a possible cavity, the doctor did not rush or try to pressure us into doing a more extreme treatment.

I am very happy with the treatment they gave my son today, it was the first time. The front desk are very nice, excellent treatment👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
