3 hour wait time was ridiculous enough (what’s even the point of making an appointment?!) , minus the rude employees yelling at each other through the wall as I waited in my desolate patient chair. Dentist, who I forgot his name unfortunately, was very nice, but they told me my intermediate cleaning would be a crazy amount of money that should’ve, but wasn’t, covered by insurance. They tried to prod me into rescheduling but I walked out. After wasting three of my hours (when I had an appointment!), y’all should’ve given my cleaning for free. Don’t go here. PS in the waiting room there’s a painting of birds over a horizon placed vertically instead of horizontally, as it should have been, that I was forced to stare at for hours. Orient your paintings correctly at the very least, people!

Manager is very professional & kind; front office staff was very detailed about my insurance coverage. The office even gave me a discount just so I could get my procedure done the same day!!!ALSO- Doctor Rayan was so gentle handed and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. I would recommend any of my family or friends to be seen here. Thank you for a positive experience at the office :) 07-08-2023

NEVER GO HERE!!!! If I could give them a minus stars, I would!!! Waited over two hours and decided to leave while my poor daughter was in pain with her wisdom teeth!! They kept calling people in ahead of us and we had an appointment!!! Asked for my paperwork back and the very rude young girl argued with me that our insurance may need the information!!! FOR WHAT??? We were not even seen!!!!! I demanded it back because it had my ss# etc and we will NEVER go back there again!!! Filing a complain’t with the insurance company and the Better Business Bureau!!!

I highly recommend this location for teeth extractions. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE here yesterday. My appointment was with the general dentist. Lexi at the front desk explained everything to me prior to my procedure. The staff was very professional. I had a wisdom and a regular tooth extracted. I was very nervous about how much pain I would feel during the procedure but I LITERALLY FELT NOTHING. He was very quick and everything went very smooth. Thank you so much everyone CONTINUE TO BE GREAT❤️

I had great experience, front desk was so welcoming and very polite, also I was so concerned about my bone graft falling out so I kept calling asking questions and they were very patient with me and even scheduled me another visit to make sure everything was going well. Dr. Ryan was polite and answered every question I had clearly and gave me advise on things that had nothing to do with him like my braces. Highly recommend!!!

I thought they did a great job however I'm still in a lot of pain and I have to go back for more extractions but they did an excellent job and very fast so I'm very pleased

racist and only will take your money and not tell you anything about an appointment being changed! front desk is very disrespectful and specialist are very unprofessional. very unorganized and rooms are filthy and crawling with roaches and ants! i don’t know how they’re still in business

EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. The wait time is over 3 hour or more. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. The WORST medical service. My son is special needs and they are NOT welcoming to disability clients. PLEASE DON’T GO THERE!!
