👍👍 5 stars experience! We dive with captain Ben and DM Kristen and James. They are very nice and helpful! It was our first time to the MV Castor and they give us detailed briefing. Special thanks to James for helping me with my sidemount tanks! People often mention dive, boat, dives, Captain, Scubatyme, Boynton, crew,

Well run dive op. Captain Brad and Mate Geronimo were very nice and helpful. Good dive briefings, safety oriented. The diving was good. The boat was clean and comfortable. The only small negative about this dive op is having to carry weights to and from the boats daily. Another nearby dive op that I use has weights available on the boat- this is a big quality of life improvement.

Our group of divers from different parts of the country dived aboard Scubatyme III out of Boynton Beach for two days in late September 2023. Captain Ben and Divemasters Marty and Geronimo were terrific. The boat supplied us steel 100 nitrox tanks for all five dives. One day was a full open boat trip; the second was a private charter, 3-tank trip. For those unfamiliar with Boynton Beach harbor/boat operations, divers can pull vehicles up to the curb alongside the boat, drop gear, and then park in a nearby parking garage (free on weekdays and $5 all day on weekends). Dive groups are required to carry a surface flag as dive sites are in active boating areas. Dive guides are not provided but may be offered at an additional cost. Dive times are 60 minutes surface-to-surface. Scubatyme III has plenty of bottled water on board and offers cut pineapple after dives. There is a camera table. Pricing is competitive; the website associated with Scubatyme III is not intuitive. Nevertheless, if there are rough seas, the crew is right there to help get you and your gear out of the water, up the ladder, and back to your station. You can go out with any number of dive boats out of Boynton, but what sets Scubatyme III apart is its crew. Ben, Geronimo, and Marty are personable, safe, and made our trips that much more memorable. Traveling Diver Tip: Check out Boynton boat operators on weekdays in late September. Water is still 85°F, viz is reasonable, and if you can gather 4-5 divers Monday-Thursday, most boats will run, likely giving you plenty of room to stretch out.

Great boat, captain and crew. The boat is set up perfect for scuba. Easy off and back on. The crew is very safe, patient and, knowledgeable! This was very nice for us as beginners.

When in Boynton Beach, Scubatyme III is the boat to dive on! First of all, I love the Newton dive boats. Wide beam, easy access to the swim platform, and the boat never feels packed. We went out on a day when a lot of the other boats weren't leaving the dock. Captain Ben and Kristen were more than helpful, and provided excellent service on the dives. They were even able to help out my dive buddy who donated a fin to the local cause during the first dive! PS- Parking is $5 in the garage, but you're able to drop off gear boatside and then park. No rinse tanks due to local ordinances, but there's a fresh water hose and plenty of room.

Took two dive trips, one on Sat and another on Sun. Captain Ben was very friendly and did a great job of getting us to the dive sites safely and with a lot of extra info to help plan and make your dive more worthwhile. There were two different crew members each day which both were knowledgeable and did an awesome job of keeping everyone comfortable and safe. On one of our dives we got to see the Goliath Groupers in aggregation on the M/V Castor and wow was that amazing! If you haven't checked something like this out before you need to do it! My only complaint about anything is that I didn't bring my GoPro. Scubatyme III was a comfortable ride also and had everything a good dive ship needs to keep everyone happy and safe. I'd highly recommend this dive outfit to anyone looking for great dives and wonderful customer service!

Super good experience! Captain Ben was great and gave us very detailed briefings. And the DMs are very helpful. They helped me get on the boat when I came out of water. Lots of thanks to all the crew members!
