I have been to this place with my Dad for the past 5 years and the ladies in the receptionist area and the techs have been very nice, till now. There is a new young lady in the receptionist area with a bob hair cut that is rude. My dad called yesterday to confirm an appointment he had the next day and also wanted to know what he had to do prior to the visit and she pretty much did not give any info. The next day we get to the facility and my dad asked about why didn't they call to confirm and give him info on what to do prior to the visit and she looked in the computer and said yes, we called this number in which is my house no message or missed call, and the other is my sister's phone number in which she is traveling, we'll see if a message was left at my sister's phone, in which it would be worthless. At the time i was at the place she was calling the petients up like if she was at a fast food restaurant, not proffesional. Please train her so she can make the visit plesant. Thanks

The treatment is special. There is an Oncology/Radiation area or Center and another Oncology/Hematology, where they give chemo. The parking lot is spacious and seems sufficient.
