    The service was awful. The lady at the counter had no people skills nor customer service. The bathroom was disgusting. Almost all of the tables were dirty. My first and last time there. Oh, the wait was just as bad.

    I gave 1 star to be able to post this review save your money and time, this place is a joke, nobody cares. Place is dirty, trash over filled, sticky floor, and they won't take your order. You have to do it yourself, did not know I was a employee. White girl at register is an Air head, waste of life, can't even fill my drink (keep up the bad job), when the machines were not working. When I spoke up some Uber driver tried to play hero, we all know how that works for the hero in the long run, not good. Order took over 30 minutes, really last time coming here. Save yourself the headache go elsewere. Nothing but parasites that work there.

    Times are tough with staffing. Maybe they were short. I know it's hard to find good people. Lady taking my order last night knew NOTHING about customer service. Twice she told me to pause my order so she could talk to another employee about a non-urgent matter. Another employee came in and was asked why she was late. She replied with a smile that she was busy doing something. A co-worker than asked her who she "was with". Right in front of all the customers. Food took 15 minutes to be made. Giving two instead of one star because I love Taco Bell and the food was good.

    Extremely rude workers all of them. they tried to make me go inside to get my food after waiting in a VERY long line when it was a mobile order and it said pick up at drive-through. The manager was so disrespectful and handed me the wrong order after a good 5 mins of arguing that my order wasn’t in the system and saying that she couldn’t scan my QR code or take my order number because “they don’t do that” . They had Mobil order receipts all over the place and we’re so unorganized. The manager very rudely ask for the wrong order she handed me and snatched it out of my hand. All they were doing was rolling their eyes. I don’t how how many workers they have but each car would stay at the window for a good 10 minutes each. All in all, do not recommend this location.

    Placed a lobby order. Paid for a number one and a number seven with cash. They did not present a reciept. They asked me what I was waiting for. I stated a number one and seven with unsweetened teas for both as ordered. They stated you will have to reorder my order, I paid for, and repay for my order I already paid for???

    Nasty attitude from the manager, I asked for two beef chalupa boxes, when I noticed they had put chicken in them I went right back and because I didn't have the food or receipt she wouldn't own up to their mistake and made me pay for two more boxes. Not only that but the tacos that came in the box were soggy and looked like someone smashed them. Also the chalupa was burnt. Do not go to this Taco Bell it's worth the drive to go to a different one.

    Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been at. When I arrived at 10:40pm, there were 10 people waiting inside and 7 cars outside. I left at 11:50pm. People had been waiting for 40 minutes just to not even get the right order. When we got our order, we checked and saw they haven’t even given us half of what we ordered. Furthermore, the workers were all upset and complaining about time and how other coworkers were irresponsible. Worst experience ever

    The most unprofessional rude and illogical employees work in this taco bell, customer service does not exist here. But discrimination sure does!! Their employees have decided to shut their doors at 9 PM, letting only themselvewho could clearly see my order, yet that same female employee refused to hand me my order when I was there to pick it up. The drivethru line for ORDERING FOOD (not pick up) is filled with 20+ cars, you would think that they would use their common sense and keep their doors open to people who are picking up, like every other place in 2023, instead this girl in dreads and her drive-thru coworker with the red hair shut the door in your face and tell you to park your car behind 20 other people who haven't even placed their orders yet, when my order had ALREADY been placed and should be READY for pickup! I should not have to wait behind 20 other cars, a taco bell with a whole bunch of employees standing there doing NOTHING except shut doors in people's faces and refuse to hand people their food, they were far from shortstaffed yet their drive-thru line goes down to the street. They also went and handed out an order to another customer waiting outside who came AFTER me. This is DISCRIMINATION. I have reported you all and I will be calling corporate👎

    Absolute slowest service of any Taco Bell locations I have ever been too. Been waiting for 4 tacos for over 15 mins and 9 total customers in the dining area also waiting for their food and the manager doesn’t even seem to care. Heard him say….. nothing we can do, they just have to wait.

    This place is hot! The ac must be on 80and the wait is always long! I waited 30 minutes and you can see the workers, they have no sense of urgency. I work in customer service and I know what it’s like to have long wait times, but when I see a dozen people on my waitlist I move a little faster. I got out of the drive thru cause it was not moving to go inside and it move even slower! Also they were out of soft tacos. How it was 9 pm and they are open until 4 am?? How do you run out of soft tacos?! They were also out of large cups for the freeze though they did accommodate me with two regulars,.really think this Taco Bell is one of the worst, not to mention I bought 3 tacos and only had two 😒

    Another Taco Bell that doesn't update their real hours of operation. Why advertise 7 am opening time? They need a new person running the show or need to change their hours of operation. McDonald's is right across from them and ready to serve way earlier!

    Edit: since I posted my original review this place seems to have gotten new employees who seem to care about the job a little. Food has been ready in time more often. Everything got better but every now and then there's something wrong still. Now I can actually recomend coming here at least. Original: Terrible service at this location, workers do a terrible job acknowledging the customers inside the store, I usually order online and expect to pickup my food at the online pickup stand but instead they hide my food at their working station and I can never get the attention from someone who works there because they just ignore me or anyone. Also from my online order they always mark my stuff as ready when it's not or it's actually ready and they don't mark it as such. Go to another Taco Bell, I go to another one close to Hollywood Blvd and I've yet to be disappointed from the service there but in here it's just a clown show.

    There was a little error with one of my items, but everything else was fresh and hot. We went back in the line (this is 11pm) and the employees were very kind and understanding and fixed the problem without hesitation. We came here after having to get a full refund from the N Park Road for having a nasty attitude after forgetting an item and making the other incorrectly. Shout out to Joe, manager on duty, for handling the situation with care and Luna for being kind throughout. Mistakes happen, it’s how you recover from the mistake that makes a difference between good service and bad.

    Never in my life have I been more irritated at a fast food restaurant. They practically need you to walk behind the counter and put your own order in if you want it taken, seeing as none of the employees can even bother to make eye contact. They gave us a wrong item and I waited for 15 minutes standing at the counter getting avoided before I FINALLY get a grumpy lady that’s irritated she has to fix her mistake. It’s an absolute joke of an establishment.

    The worst ever. Cashier found not get order right. 4 employees standing by drivetgru window not 1 said a word to me. Also I got the Doritos taco pack over $21 and they were like they had sat there all day wet greasy they didn’t even have the cardboard wrap they usually do. Probably someone rises forgotten order. So disappointed sound never give them my money again. You can have all the ads you want. You still suck!

    The most horrible Taco Bell in the world it does exist and it's right here.... Order the taco box and it was the most disgusting thing I ever seen in my life the tacos were all mush the crunchy tacos had no bottoms to them they were so mushy I never seen tacos look this disgusting in my whole entire life this place should be blown up with a bomb it is the most disgusting Taco Bell on Earth it's really a shame but congratulations you're there

    Bad experience today, I ordered my foods online and came to pick up 20min later, I’m coming to the drive thru to pick up and the girl told me to come inside, she asked me what is my name, I told her my name and she said my order probably not on the system yet but I did ordered 20min ago, she just said I have to wait and she walked away and avoided me, I called her second times to tell her check for me and she said she doesn’t know and I have to wait then she walked away again. I stayed there and call another lady to please check for me and she said my order is ready just right there in front of me. I was very upset about the customer service that the girl gave me.

    Avoid at all costs! Nothing more annoying then sitting down thinking your food is correct after waiting a hour in drive through and its not. After stating NO SOUR CREAM so many times your either 1 hard of hearing 2 like wasting product 3 brain dead employees. So people cant eat things like that. Hate your job and cant do your job get out. Got a bad attitude most time as well. Next time I'll go through the food at the window and take my time cause they also like to hide it in the food. Maybe if you made the food right the first time you wouldnt have to be upset when we customers coming rolling thru the window. Your hour wait time is terrible. Your staff acts like gas prices isnt crazy right now. At what point do we get accommodated for your lack of care and consideration? Waste of gas and money. Dont get me started on waste of time.

    I am usually in the drive thru.. But I am not reviewing based on the food or even service. What appalled me, was the manager putting her employees in record temperatures outside to take my order. When in fact the intercom was working! Asked the employee and was told she just makes us go out there. I don't allow my dog outside during that time of the day! This is still America.. That made no sense. There was no line at all. That is just wrong! Management clearly is not cutting it at this location.

    Drive thru was down today for some reason. I tried ordering through the app but it wouldn't let me complete due to unavailable items. Went inside, they have 2 giant touch screens, pretty good for customization. Order was complete, just added nacho cheese sauce to my fries when I didn't want them. Overall pretty good location.

    I requested use the bathroom. They told me they lost the key after that son other customer request the bathroom key and they open. Also, the place is so dirt employer. Just See look around and nobody clean

    My favorite Taco Bell. I've been coming here since 2004. They keep the homeless out of the locked bathrooms and dining area, that other fastfood restaurant fail to do making this a great location for tourist. Quick,fast,hot food-spot,ideal walking distance to Dania Point outdoor mall and Oakwood Plaza, Hilton,Double Tree,Marriot, La Quinta,Hotolos (and many more). Marked and Unmarked police are in the Oakwood Plaza watching the lots. Safe for families to walk across Stirling Blvd while hoteling or shopping.

    The service was slow. The staff was rude. Customers were waiting 20 or more minutes for there food. It was faster to use the in store self order board. A Hatian employee sat in the dining area on the phone soeaking hatian so loud with no respect for customers trying to eat. Two staff members got into arguments with a customer because they waited 20 minutes for their order y were paying in cash. It was $17.00 for 6 tacos y 2 drinks. Outrageous

    I haven’t eaten in a Taco Bell in about 5 years… I’m vegan and saw they have vegan cheese now … I was excited to try. Went to Taco Bell and you can only order from a kiosk… which really sucks. But after about 5 minutes I somewhat got my order down. Order came, I got my bag, and went back to work… when I got to work the nacho chips weren’t in the bag…. The vegan cheese is like a rubbery glue, I’m attaching a photo , tastes gross and looks like it has been cooked down to this consistency… so let’s recap… order from a kiosk …NO… missing items in the bag…. NO…. Vegan cheese …NO …. Taco Bell , you need to do better…

    September 1st at 10pm in drive through -gentleman was polite. Food was ready hot and fast and seemed particularly fresh as well, not only that but it was modified correctly too. Big improvement tonight compared to other times. Staff was great tonight so just wanted to give them a compliment!

    This place is the worst. The moment you step inside there is huge urine smell that I vomited outside the store. The employees provide terrible service and the condiment section always empty. When you come in to.pick up the order they have a lazy attitude as if they wish they want to get paid without working. Corporate needs to fire everybody in this store

    Been going here my whole life BUT on occasion and have issues occasionally...nothing unforgivable. But I will just ask for one thing: please please be careful with spicy sauce when the customer asks to not have it (especially the quesadilla). Some of us are buying food for our kids and sauce isn't always removable/seen before they start eating.
