😠 I just came here from a TikTok video saying a woman who worked here was fired after experiencing racism from a patient. If you’re black or POC stay far away from this location. People often mention care, appointment, time, staff, people, rude, called, insurance, weeks, wait,

Worst place to go for prenatal care, and leaving a review makes no difference but I will anyway. It so pointless giving appointments when you still have to wait hours. 2. I was seen by a doctor and she is white, I was very offended by some of her statements regarding being vaccinated. My husband is but I am not. A mutual decision made because we don’t know how it will affect our baby. The government lies to the public all the time and we don’t want to take that chance. She made a statement saying my husband wants to live but wants me to die. I sort of brushed it off but I was highly highly offended. I do not go to the doctor to reminded how many pregnant women die of Covid I go to receive prenatal care. I’ve been told I should sue but it’s not something I care to do. This place really needs to do better in all areas!

Worst place ever. If I could rate them zero I would. I went to prenatal 2 and the supervisor that sit in the office next to cashier is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn't need to be there., it's already high risk clinic and these pregnant mothers are going through alot. The way she talked was unacceptable. I'm not your friend or companions. She act as if she better than people. Go find another job if you don't want anyone to talk to you. I'm trying to get my prenatal reports and I'm going through hell with them. I wouldn't recommended this clinic to anyone.

This place is such a disappointment. The wait time is RIDICULOUS! As a pregnant woman siting waiting to be seen for 2+ hours is crazy! Then when you get to the point of being seen the nurses treat you like a unwanted fruit in the market. What makes me sad is the fact that the staff here are POC serving their own kind and they treat us pregnant with such disdain. Please do better here! Give this office more funding and priority!

Their front desk staff at the adult care center is a problem. The waiting time is long on the first time visit, even if you have an appointment. Lots of undeserved and homeless people attend this clinic and what they encounter is to add more pain to their suffering. Adult care front desk staff deals with patients in a very rude manner. Front desk adult care staff is very rude and unprofessional. Quite despotic , unkind and antagonist in the manner the way adult care staff talks to patients . It could even fall into verbal abuse “ but it’s just done politically correct”. I am not sure if the health system supports the type of customer service going on the adult care part, but they are very rude. I don’t believe they are necessarily the best people to give customer service to people in need , pain or ailment. While Dr Susana Brandt gives excellent health care and it is a doctor I wanted to keep seeing; the front desk staff on the adult care part has a lot to say. Rude to extremes, if I say the word malignant to describe them ,It would fall into demonizing their character,,,, but my complain is more about them changing and improving the service they give to other humans . The two times I’ve been at Cora center my experience has been the worst, not because of the doctors but due to front desk staff. The front desk staff was rude to extremes. One of the ladies at the front desk was very dehumanizing in the way she talked to patients. When my turn came she walked towards a corner and called me from there, logically I directed myself towards where she was, while I attempted to approach her where she was standing , she walked pretty fast to the other extreme and let me know that it wasn’t there but on the new place, she loudly scolded me for not paying attention to details. What details? And why she had to called me from where she is not intending to see me,, and why she then had to walk so fast to correct herself? Is she playing mind games with patients or is she just trying to hold a narrative from her illusory staff position. Then it came the part where they asked you questions and in an attempt to hold the narrative again their tone and words turned out rude and despotic, but you have to experience that for yourself to understand how rude they are. I had called prior to the appointment twice that week to make sure that Dr Susana Brandt was taking my insurance. The two times I called they never asked about my plan only the name of the insurance. I was very specific in my calls about making sure the doctor would take my insurance and me not wasting my time. Needless to say, this lady yelled at me when I confronted her about why they didn’t let me know the two times I had called prior the appointment whether the doctor was taking my insurance plan or not. Pls , save your time and don’t go there. You will be subjected to verbal mistreatment , yelled at, and approximately wait for quite a loooiong time to be seen by the doctor. The waiting time is not a problem for me , but the unprofessional front desk staff is unbearable . They really make great attempts at you not wanting to go back ever again. Front desk staff rudeness seem to be an ongoing problem on the public sector and clinics all over but here at Cora adult care part rudeness is magnified.

The Pediatric Office is TERRIBLE! It need to be closed permanently. A 8a.m. appointment will end being a 11a.m appt. They are slow as hell. That's very challenging to sit that many ours with kids. They get hungry etc. It's just teriible...they call you back into a room just to wait another 30 to 45 minutes. Why!? Hire more help! Or, just close down. I'll be changing my kids to Pediatric Associates.

I've been a patient at this center for 3 years. Unfortunately for me, this is the only place that accepts my insurance. Every time I have visited, I have had to wait 2+ hours for my appointment. Once I had to wait an additional hour after my appointment just to get a referral printed. I've called with questions about my care only to be sent to an already full mailbox. To get a prescription filled or referral, I have to walk in and speak to someone in person (with an hour wait) because they are too incompetent to do anything over the phone. The lobby is small and the nurses can't hear you through the glass so when you check in, everyone in the lobby will hear your personal information as you shout it to the receptionist. I feel like the level of care I receive and the level of interest shown by the nurses and doctors regarding my health needs is a 1/10. Every visit I have made there has given me the same impression. Not once have I felt like this was a good facility to be seen in. This is a worse case option if you can't afford to have better insurance.

This place is terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. They’re withholding MY medical information on MY test results which is illegal. I could have a serious medical issue and I would not know without my tests results

Just read the reviews in here they are pretty spot on, I went here two years ago when my wife was pregnant and we had no insurance. They treat you like you're a 2nd class citizen, separate husband and wife so they can constantly badger your partner about abuse (I guess because that's what they deal with, so they're used to treating everyone like trash). The staff is jaded, unprofessional, I highly recommend if you're not financially able to afford health insurance get motivated and figure it out because this place is the worst S___ show I've ever experienced for what's supposed to be pre natal care. You should be treating everyone like a human being regardless of income but they don't.

The worst place EVER!!!! They’re so slow a turtle would move faster on top of that they’re unprofessional often they seems as if they have no idea how to run a clinic. I went for a prenatal apt that was at 3pm I didn’t get seen until 5:50pm. When the doctor finally came into my room all she did was just check my baby heart beat and that was it. I waited all that time just for that. I asked when will I get ultrasound done she told me the ultrasound doctor is booked for months to come. Google should allow us to give zero stars.

If I could give negative stars or even 0 I would. I'm going to launch a complaint. Ladies I recently relocated to south Florida. I've reached out to 211, babies 4 Babies , called obgyn after obgyn, and was still unable to find an on to take me at 33/34 weeks. The closest hospital to me is Broward med, so they told me when I called to consult cora e braynon. I've been calling cora e braynon for a week. By the time I finally was able to get through they kept putting me on hold and then redirecting my call without saying a word, so the phone would just ring. At the end of the week, I decided to go in person. When I arrived they gave me the sheet to register and then said it would be a while. There were already people there complaining about waiting 4 hours just for an appointment. They didn't ask but I put on the form that Im 34 weeks. The rude Hispanic lady said no appointments for me. Okay fine. She turned her back to me. I asked her for a referral and told her about the concerns I had. She said no we can't help. I said to her please give me a moment and let me explain my needs and concerns. She said well no referral I don't know where you can go. She said the nurse knows but she's in a meeting. I asked her if she can have her call me, she said no we don't do that here and walked away from me. I came from a place where the maternal mortality is high and I wanted to experience quality health care. This place is not free, why are you acting like this and depriving me of my dignity. It was very dreadful.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Currently supposed to be on weekly appointments. Got appointments canceled and then I get calls “ i didn’t show up”. They say they’re too full so I have to stick to biweekly. I got abnormal lab results and nobody called me about them. I had to find out through the lab. Getting in contact with them is just impossible so if you have a situation where you need to speak to your physician, that will never happen. Edit: don’t even bother speaking to a supervisor. They will answer like they don’t care.

Sitting here. 38 weeks pregnant, 220 lbs, sitting on the most uncomfortable chair you’ll ever sit on. Literally crying my eyes out because everything hurts. And waiting over an hour just for an appointment after being here since 9. It’s now 12:50 pm. I went to ask the receptionist how much longer and she was so incredibly rude and insensitive I’m afraid to ask again at the risk of her putting people ahead of me. A short Caucasian woman with white hair. My name is cowan and I pray I won’t have to come back here another week

Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Their process is just backwards, my appointment was at 145 and I didn’t get home until 430. I live 5 minutes away from this location. I just moved to the area so I started my prenatal care somewhere else. I have already had my first prenatal exam and labs done. When I scheduled this appointment, I explained all of that to the person over the phone. And I explained I didn’t need these tests to be done again, I just wanted to see my baby and have an ultrasound as my last one was at 8 weeks and I am now 13 weeks. I had a previous miscarriage. Lady said they’ll take care of all of that at my first appointment. Anyways, a complete waste of my time. They don’t do any ultrasounds until you are 20 weeks nor do they do NIPT until you are 16 weeks. I don’t understand what the point of coming here is before 20 weeks if they don’t even check your baby’s heartbeat. If you have private insurance, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The facility is also very dirty and the woman in the registration desk on the first floor was showing her other coworker a live video of some woman fighting another woman while she was taking care of me! Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I also overheard a nurse or nurses assistant complaining about having too many “intakes” and having to leave work late. Right in front of me! I wanted to run out if this facility the moment I got there but stayed to give them the benefit of the doubt. Just don’t come here, it truly sucks.

I heard they don’t treat their employees well. Especially their long term employees. They just let patience make wild accusations about their employees and they never support them.

In their defense, today they were "trying something new" by opening the downstairs triage section. I can only hope that this will improve their efficiency in time. My grievances about the trials and tribulations of the newness I won't even bother discussing because any new process will have its difficulties (technology trouble and errors in the new process were rampant today). The triage staff was plentiful and attentive, apologizing for the long waits and whatnot and directing all the women where to go. I was a bit concerned about the potential for HIPAA violations (sign in sheet debacle and the patient and waiting area screen sometimes flashing all the patients name) but maybe this was because of the new processes and computers today? After triage, make sure you take your pink sheet and have a bracelet. I didn't receive either and it slowed my process down when I got upstairs and back downstairs. Once upstairs, I enjoyed the staff that helped me there. They were friendly and helpful. They did not perform an ultrasound because I'm only at 10 weeks. This is because of the type of equipment they have, other offices would perform US at this point in time. So just know, maybe not worth it to come before 13/14 weeks to this facility. I was directed back downstairs for labs - here is my biggest grievance! I woke up extra early today to hydrate and make sure my veins were popping. I get to the lab and I'm sure the phlebotomist is nice but she seemed so rushed/frustrated and as someone petrified of needles...I do not want my phlebotomist to be high energy and making big movements - you need a steady hand. She couldn't find my vein and asked if I ate or drank yet today. I had been drinking water the entire 2 hours I've been at the facility (even though signs everywhere saying no outside food or drink!?). I didn't anticipate being here this long so I had not eaten more than a few chips at 730 am (8 am appointment and seen at lab by 1030). But usually it's not food that contributes to my veins, and more so how much water I drank. She stuck me anyway to try and didn't get any blood. I knew she wasn't going to get it so I said I'd come back another time. I haven't had trouble with blood draws in the past so I'm not confident on this phlebotomist's skill level. Then you have to go back upstairs for intake, which at this point I skipped because I am nauseated, hungry, and upset about my blood draw. I'm supposed to be seen again in 4 weeks but my next appointment is made for March. I want to believe the processes will improve here, and most of the people are very nice, but I'm going to try to find a way to get insurance and go elsewhere.

Horrible place, the staff is just unprofessional people. Prenatal 1 is the worst all the staff is full of unprofessional women and rude they treat people really bad. Is just a waist of time and for the appointments you will have to stay at least 4 hours. Not recommend at all. Horrible place and service.

This is suppose to be a prenatal clinic. they don’t do your first ultrasound until you’re over 20 weeks as if the gender of the baby is the only thing to look at.. if u can’t afford better healthcare do yourself and ur baby a favor and go somewhere else.

The worst place to go, rather someone's garage with rusted instruments. Nasty, mean, unorganized and rude. You have reached the depths of hell walking in here. And if you have an appointment ha, good luck cause you will still wait two hrs past. The doctor I had Brandt is nice, can't understand her, doesn't know why your there even know she insisted on a follow up. They use you as a guinea pig when it comes to prescriptions too. Very sad place, scary

I can't believe these people have a license to treat women for prenatal care! I have only been there 2 times and both times were horrible: 1) 2+ hrs wait and nothing useful for me to know about my baby or my health - just more paperwork and blah blah (total waste of time!) 2) Nurses chit-chatting about going to the mall after work and how they can't wait to finish their shift in front of us! 3) A bunch of us ladies went in at the same time and it almost felt like we were just being "branded like cows", it felt like a "bulk-treatment" instead of personal care and touch. Currently looking for other places - not going there anymore! This place is insulting! I hope they take these 1.8-average reviews to heart and really try to improve.

Horrible, new dentist was rude and unprofessional when my elderly mother told him it was hurting. Told her “she was a kid”, not only that but WE PAY to get her dental treatments, she was not rude just letting him know. Told her she was not welcome anymore… seems like he’s the kid unprofessional and outright entitled. A disgrace!

This place is the worst ever. No point in having them assigned to you thru your insurance, I have a dental 🦷 emergency that they should care for and they said we will call in October to assign an appointment. Terrible in every way.

Handle my prenatal visits fine but once my four months old needed a referral and I couldn't set up an appointment via the phone for multi days without one single call back? I QUIT THIS PLACE. MY INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED AT BETTER PLACES.

The worst clinic ever!!!!! Do not go there! My mom was a patient there (I’m not taking her back), her doctor ordered CT brain two months ago. The day before her appointment, they call her and tell her the order was placed incorrect and because of that Medicaid didn’t approve it. I personally go there myself, they say now it’s fixed , we make an appointment and sure enough, the day before, they called us and said unfortunately it’s not approved as the clinic didn’t put their number for Medicaid to approve the test. Then the guy on the phone, who called to say she can’t have a test tomorrow, has the nerve to offer us to pay $192 out of pocket so she doesn’t miss the test. The manager refused to speak to us as she said it’s out of her hands. It’s just very very fishy that two months straight they keep rescheduling her appointment. And she needs CT brain ASAP. We found another doctor outside of broward health system. I’m a Registered Nurse and I wouldn’t not take my dog there. Avoid broward health by any means possible!!!!!!

I give this place no star. My son was going here and it was emergency because couldn't breath, legs swelling and they said that they couldn't see him for to come back on his appointment time. They urgent care there and they wouldn't see my son. I rushed him to emergency room at Broward General. My son know longer goes there. They are supposed to be there to help and care about people regardless of how they look or what kind of insurance they have. They should treat people the way they won't be treated. I won't recommend everyone to go there.

Dentist Dept is RIDICULOUS! They have people without masks...coughing and congested and still allowed to have things done even showing symptoms that their CLEARLY SICK!!! Disgusting, rather than limiting the number of patients they have families all huddled together in 1 open space...if ur not the patient, wait OUTSIDE. Disgusting!

The employees should be sent back to the cotton fields instead of trying to harass harmless citizens with the police. It may be that this behavior is genetically determined in slaves, but it is UNKNOWN in free people!
