it’s
been

months
since
new
owners
took
over
and
wow,
everything
changed…
for
the
worst.
All
the
trainers
were
transferred
or
fired,
while
they
placed
unqualified
people
in
their
place.
I
won’t
call
them
trainers
because,
at
best,
they
are
facilitators.
They
point
to
the
tv,
tell
you
to
follow
the
prompts,
then
sit
at
the
desk
while
they
scroll
their
phones.
Whenever
a
paying
customer
complains
about
the
revolving
door
of
“trainers”
the
spokesperson
for
the
owners
(because
the
owners
don’t
comment)
offers
lies.
It’s
a
dang
shame,
because
the
F45
model
is
brilliant.
These
new
owners
are
ruining
it
as
quickly
as
they
can.
Trainers
who
encourage
and
challenge.
A
community
who
enjoy
each
other’s
company
and
helps
each
other
get
better?
What
else
do
you
need?
After
50
years
of
not
stepping
in
a
gym,
I
love
going
every
single
day
and
literally
get
sad
if
I
ever
have
to
miss
a
day
