I have been to F45 for a year now. I was so excited to join a gym that I felt like would be family and have some of the best trainers. I had NEVER met a good group of trainers like we had. As the year went on changes occurred, as any business would have changes, however all for the wrong reasons. In a years time 3 of the best trainers that we had at creek got fired for invalid reasons. To say being disappointed, would be an understatement. The good vibes are just not there anymore. You never know who your trainers are and It’s been a revolving door since the new owners. Very disappointing to find out that 2 of the best girls we had have been let go. Good luck on finding decent trainers because we had them. Thanks Sam and Shea for all your hard work and dedication I promise you it won’t go unnoticed.

UPDATE 5/12/22 I've now been a member for 3 years. Unfortunately the great experience in my previous review is not as accurate. While I still love F45's training model and the camaraderie of the people in my class, I am sorely disappointed with the turnover of the staff and trainers. Last September 2021, the gym was bought by new owners. It seemed evident from the beginning that they were more interested in profits than people. Whenever we get a great trainer, they get fired or quit. It's been a constant revolving door filled with empty promises. I go to the gym for good vibes and they're just not there anymore. PREVIOUSLY:Super friendly and knowledgable staff. The workouts are great and trainers keep you motivated and on track. Definitely never boring! I highly recommend for all fitness levels.

I have been a member for about 8 months and I have gone consistently 4x a week sometimes as much as 7 days - I love the workouts so much that a day without F45 just doesn't feel complete. However, I was out of town for 10 days and missed my workouts. Today was my 1st day back and Coach Shauna had my back, she pushed me through and I got that tough 1st day back, out of the way and killed it! The coaches at F45 truly push thru right along with each member, and their personal needs and challenges. F45 rocks!

I love F45! As a busy, working mom, a workout where I can be in and out in under an hour and leave feeling like I worked hard is key! The workouts are always changing, and the trainers are always willing to help with modifications as well as push you to work harder.

Not only are the workouts great, the coaches amazing, the place is clean and the staff is so helpful!

Edit: May 2022: it’s been 8 months since new owners took over and wow, everything changed… for the worst. All the trainers were transferred or fired, while they placed unqualified people in their place. I won’t call them trainers because, at best, they are facilitators. They point to the tv, tell you to follow the prompts, then sit at the desk while they scroll their phones. Whenever a paying customer complains about the revolving door of “trainers” the spokesperson for the owners (because the owners don’t comment) offers lies. It’s a dang shame, because the F45 model is brilliant. These new owners are ruining it as quickly as they can. Trainers who encourage and challenge. A community who enjoy each other’s company and helps each other get better? What else do you need? After 50 years of not stepping in a gym, I love going every single day and literally get sad if I ever have to miss a day

Very nice and clean gym. The workouts are challenging but doable and you can always go at your own pace. The trainers are all great and encourage you to challenge yourself while still being mindful of your limits. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to a foot injury (that did not occur at the gym) but I hope to be back soon.

F45 coconut creek has truly been a blessing! I was looking for a trainer to focus on my goals and get me on track with building a habit to move everyday. I stumbled upon F45 coconut creek and haven’t looked back. The coaches are patient, motivating and help you through any injuries you may have. I have a knee that was injured in an accident and I never thought I’d gained this must strength in just 4 months. I’ve seen drastic results in loss of fat and muscle gains. My energy is on a different level and I am proud to say I no longer take medication for high blood pressure and my mental health is A1. All of that in just 3-4 months of dedication. I started going a few times a week, then 3 times a week but I’m up to 5-6 times and even do two classes on some days. I really love it here more than the traditional gym. Everyone is there with a purpose and are ready to cheer each other on to keep pushing. Thank you, Shelby, Moe, Ashley, Chrissi and fellow coconut creek members…you all are amazing!

Amazing place to work out, professional training and great schedule! Never the same sets of exercises and with the screens it's easy to follow along!

I started F45 about two-and-a-half weeks ago (first did the trial promotion and then became a full member) and have enjoyed it every step of the way! The coaches are encouraging and down to earth. The atmosphere is supportive with "pod buddies" and coaches alike helping members out with making sure you've got the right form/are doing the workouts correctly. It's a great gym with great people!

Best Gym ever with the best trainers! The trainers always find a way to push your limits. +800 classes and still going strong 💪 life changing! Recently remodeled, all new weights and equipment! The new layout makes a great gym even greater!

Best gym in Coconut Creek! Clean, organized, and amazing workouts. F45 is one of my favorite workouts and this location is doing everything right. Coaches are awesome and motivating.

I did the 1 week trial over a year ago and never looked back. I just did my 300th class and I can't imagine ever going to another gym. The coaches are very motivating and also very knowledgeable. Shelby knows just how to push you to your limits. Great sense of community ! I can't say enough good things about this studio. If you are on the fence, definitely check it out!

8/22/22-I have been a part of F45 for a year now and I love the changes that it has brought me. Feeling stronger mentally and physically, the coaches alongside other members help with a push when needed. It is also a clean facility! One word..ADDICTING!! The coaches push you to get better! Amazing environment, there is no room for boredom!

I joined F45 a little over a year ago. I love it and that I can be in and out in an hour. The coaches are great to motivate and push you to do your absolute best. I also love how everyday is a different type of workout.
