I ordered flowers this morning and they were delivered within 2 hours! Arrangement was beautiful.

Terrible experience don't ever go here. They false advertise and flowers are old and look terrible. Ordered flowers for mother's day and spent 70 dollars for weeds basically with a few flowers. They never even apologized. Don't ever go here. My wife felt horrible because of how bad the flowers were.

I ordered my wedding bouquet from Tina. I was supposed to stop the day before and make sure it was what I wanted. I was sooo busy so I didn't get a chance. The morning before the wedding they cake to say there was a mix up with the main flower and did I want to use something different. I left the decision to her. My husband picked the bouquet up the morning of, so I didn't even see it until 10 minutes before walking down the aisle. And it was EXQUISITE!! I could have not asked for anything more perfect!!! Thank you!!!

This place is brand new and absolutely fabulous. It is a little bare because they are getting things together, but the service was awesome and the cash and carry concept was affordable and my roses and carnations opened up so amazingly. I’m hooked! These flowers don’t even look real 🙏🏾❤️🦋

My daughter has prom today, 4.15.2023 and we realized at the last minute that we did not get her a corsage. I found this florist on a Google map search called and placed an order. The young lady that helped me on the call was very sweet. She told me that it would be ready at 3:00 pm. I arrived at around 3:30 pm and the corsage was ready and beautiful! I will definitely make future purchases from here.

Wonderful experience. Customer service, top notch. I walked in on Saturday for a quick last minute arrangement for my parents and Erin did a fantastic job with my request! Then my daughter surprised me Monday with a floral arrangement that Keira (forgive me if I misspelled your name) made, also upon request. I am very pleased and happy with their work! Design of the Times is the best florist in Melbourne. They have a great space with lots of different selections. They’ve got friendly and knowledgeable staff and even let me place a personalized bouquet order the day before Mother’s Day. I went in and gave them an idea of what I wanted and they delivered! It was such a beautiful bouquet with so many different elements. Really made my mom’s day. Thanks so much!

One of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever gotten. Thanks to my husband and this wonderful florist. The arrangement got better as the days passed. Roses, orchids, bird of paradise , orange lilies, and proteas just to name a few of the flowers. The flowers lasted a good 10 days. See pictures attached. Thank you for making it special.

Definitely recommend them! I ordered flower arrangements for my dad's funeral and the girl I spoke with on the phone was very professional and kind. I then received a voicemail the next day stating they were not going to get the delivery in time for the type of flowers I ordered but that if I was okay with them upgrading to others, no additional charge, they would do so and I didn't even need to call back, they just said consider it taken care of. I was fine with it so I didn't call back and the day of the funeral I walked in to the arrangements they sent and they were absolutely breathtaking. I love their flowers and their prices are very reasonable. We bought flower bunches for three people and spent $30 total, about $10 per bunch. They beautiful arrangements as well. Edit: went back today to let my son pick all the flowers wanted. $40 and flowers to fill the house

It is always a tradition of mine to get my wife non-traditional flowers for Valentine's. This place was close to our relatively new home and they had a nice variety ready to go for some of the most reasonable prices I have ever seen for bouquets. The service was friendly, and most impressively, It has been 8 days and the flowers I bought are still holding strong. This place is the real deal for quality, service, and price.

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and the arrangement was beautiful! I placed my order online and was able to pick my delivery date and time with no extra charges or fees. The staff called me to discuss the exact blooms and color preferences and were really helpful, highly recommend this shop!

The people at the shop are amazing. I like that they are a non-network florist. It allows them to be creative outside of some corporate structure. If you call them, you will really enjoy talking to them. Awesome. Oh...and their flowers are super too!!

Throughout the process they were always easy to get in touch with, and Erin was more than understanding of all my changes. I went here several months ago for the first time on recommendation from my father. I'm 22 and my partner is 23 and we went in and the lady asked what we were searching for and we just said we were browsing the selection and generally seeing the quality this florist was. The woman gave us a weird look and I can only assume it was because we were young, probably looked like we didn't come from a place of money and said we weren't looking to purchase immediately. Well they had this glass case that had a sign saying that you could walk in and browse the pre-made selection of bouquets that were probably already purchased. And we were looking around and she comes in and says "actually you guys aren't allowed in here" I'm not sure why she said that as if we were going to mess with the flowers... I'm not sure but it overall seemed like the woman there was judging us for not placing an order immediately. So we pointed out the sign which said we could enter and we apologized and she just kind of brushed it off. She kept watching us the entire time as if we were going to mess with something so we left. It left a bad taste in our mouths. And a poor first impression on their part. I let my father know and we as a family will not be purchasing from them further.

The flowers were perfect. Placing the order was easy and quick. Also, they were helpful and friendly on the phone. I did same day delivery and the flowers were dropped off on time. I will definitely be using Designs of the Times Florist again. Thank you!
