My son has autism and this place has been the best thing for him we are family now they are great with him and after 7 months my son is a different person he went from being depressed feeling down on himself and over weight to confident happy and weight loss very happy with them

This is the best martial arts school you can find in the whole SW FL area. The Sensei (instructor) deserves a gold medal for the huge patience and dedication he has for his class. I'm very glad my two kids go there and are learning not only self defense, but also discipline and respect, that's something very hard to teach without treating the kids like if they were in a military school, and the Sensei Roman manages to accomplish the job while making the kids have a fun time. If you need the best after class activity for your kid(s) without breaking the bank, this is it.

By far the best submission school out there! My entire family had a great experience! They offer classes for all ages... adults and children. Instructors and staff are extremely professional, hardworking, honest, and caring! Perfect for those who want to compete at a high lever or just to get in shape! Highly recommend! This place is amazing! I have a son who has some behavioral issues! They have worked with him and I on these issues! With the Right diagnosis from doctors and discipline from this place, he is doing so much better! They are amazing there they train hard and keep the students in line! They even have glow parties for the students every once in awhile so they can hang out and have fun instead of only going there to train. My sons second family he loves it!!

Both of my children recently started the beginners class and are really loving it. I enjoy the family atmosphere at this dojo. I am hoping my children will turn their high energy into some positive traits with this sport. Sansei Roman is very patient with the children and I can already see a difference in my children’s overall ability to be good sports. I’m looking forward to my children learning better self discipline as well as them taking pride in their accomplishments. By the way, his wife and daughters are all involved daily, they are all wonderful at handling my rough and tumble children. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Love this school. Was a little scared that my little one would be successful because he's EXTREMELY shy, but Sensei Aniva is GREAT with kids and has made him come out of his bubble a lot. I love the patience and love he has for the kids. He truly wants the kids to succeed and you can see that.

I think this is a great establishment. The owners/teachers are such great people. We have our kids enrolled here for 6 months and couldn't be any more happier with the attention and classes. The fact that training goes on for 5 days out of the week in different form of arts is great so the kids don't get bored of learning the same lessons everyday.I was extremely suprised with the unity of parents/kids and this Dojo. Highly recommended for adults and children. The atmosphere is second to none in a mixed martial arts school. Thank you

I've trained at this school and known the owners for years. Great people, great instructors. They are very family friendly and absolutely wonderful with kids. Always ranking high and winning competitions is a bonus as well! I highly recommend this school for both children and adults.

I started coming here to better myself mentally and physically. Out of shape and rather "round" I took to it. Sensei Roman has pushed me since the beginning everyday I leave I feel better and more comfortable with what I do. Between spending time one on one teaching me technique and driving me through cardio I owe many thanks to yall and I look forward to working my way up

If you are looking for a place where your child can both learn skills and have fun, this is the place! I am a student here. Sensi (instructor) Roman is really great! As we all know it has been hard to find a activity for your child to attend to due to COVID-19. No worries because at Roman’s submission school we make sure our students are safe. After each class, we sanitize the mats. We also make sure that each student wipes feet and takes temperature for their and other students safety. Overall, this is a great school. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
