Customer
service
needs
work.
The
manager
acts
like
you're
an
inconvenience.
When
I
tried
to
sell
a
foot
locker
worth
of
new
and
used
items.
I
went
to
place
several
items
on
the
counter
instead
of
all
the
items
on
the
small
counter
space.
She
got
such
an
attitude.
This
was
after
I
waited
almost
20
min
for
her.
When
she
did
show
back
up.
The
other
employee
told
her
I
was
there.
She
said
something
to
him.
Then
left
the
store
again
for
another
5
min.
When
I
felt
I
wouldn't
have
enough
time.
She
just
told
me
if
I
had
it
all
dumped
on
the
counter
it
would
have
been
better.
So
I
told
her
never
mind.
And
she
just
told
me
not
to
ever
come
back.
I
should
have
gotten
a
clue
about
not
selling
them
items.
When
an
employee
a
few
days
earlier
told
me
I'd
ge
a
better
price
for
my
items,
if
I
bargened
for
something
I
wanted
in
the
store.
Instead
of
asking
for
money.
They
have
gone
down
hill
since
I
was
last
in
there
prior
to
2010.
