This is one amazing place. I received a gift card on Mother's Day and I received my massage today (07/02/22) and it was amazing. The staff is friendly, the gentleman that worked on me name was Robert. You can choose who you want when you book an appointment online. It also give you some history of each person. I had an amazing 90 minute massage at the Crofton location. He explained everything to me and I came out feeling like jello. This was my first real massage compared to Massage Envy. I'm telling y'all get excellent service hands down at Elements. You won't be disappointed and Ms. Karen didn't force a membership on me either and I really like that as well.

Our experience was wonderful, very professional, relaxing music, and they only uncover the part of your body that they’re massaging. A nice warm bed and the lights are turned down. I had a couples massage and both of our beds are at the end of each side of the room and they gave you necessary privacy and they walk into the room after you’re under the sheet/blankets on the bed, so amazing experience

The massage was incredible and the whole experience was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly. The gentleman that made my appointment even contacted me back when there was a cancellation to change an appointment for a later time to accommodate my sitter. Latasha was very skilled and really took her time with my problem areas and even discovered areas I didn’t know were in need of attention. 10/10!

Nice establishment, have sent my wife here multiple times.. nice relaxing atmosphere .. my only issue is that appointments go so quickly but they make by sending you last minute openings via email

Great area for a business. Unfortunately you can't see it from the main street. It's located in a health conscious business area with behind the diner.

If you’re looking for a serious deep tissue massage, go see John! My muscles get seriously messed up. I KNOW I need strong pressure in order to get them to release. John’s training in physical therapy really helped to identify those trouble spots and to work them out. I wanted to only focus on the areas that were causing me problems, and I appreciate that John only focused on those areas instead of doing a whole body massage with a little focus on what I needed most. He was also very kind and enjoyable to chat with. Can’t wait to return!

This place is amazing. Staff is SO friendly and professional. Massage therapist do an amazing job and are fantastic with dealing with specific issues you may have. Can't wait to go back and will definitely be considering a monthly plan!

I visited Elements Massage in Crofton, MD for the first time and I had an exceptional experience! The staff are welcoming and the environment and ambiance were calming and hospitable. My massage therapist was Dexter! Dexter provided a phenomenal service as I felt light, relaxed and relieved of tension after my massage. Dexter is very professional, personable and is very skilled with the massage techniques he utilized. I highly recommend Dexter for massage services!

I came in today with serious pain in my SI Joint. I’m talking needing assistance from sit to stand and limping while walking. John was my therapist and he was hands down amazing. He treated the muscles around my hip and low back looking for the root cause of my pain. He found deep muscle spasms and was able to release them. If you are looking for someone strong to give you a fantastic deep tissue massage, John is your guy! I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. Upon leaving, I was already feeling relief and able to walk better. I highly recommend John. In addition, the location is clean, the rooms are very relaxing and the pricing is reasonable.

From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment, the staff at Elements were very professional and friendly. The spa setting is absolutely wonderful. I had a fabulous massage by Dexter, who is very skilled and adapted the massage to my needs. I highly recommend Elements and Dexter!

Incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful staff. I felt welcomed and appreciated the minute I walked in the door. The facility was very clean, relaxing and comfortable. The receptionist (I do not recall her name) answered all of my questions about the membership calmly and patiently, despite multiple phone calls and visits from other clients during our conversation. My masseuse, Jenn, was very skilled. She asked the appropriate questions to determine my key issues. She made me feel extremely comfortable discussing my health history and activities, as well as providing helpful advice. Jenn made sure to use the right amount of pressure. She didn't talk my ear off (I've had therapists who have chatted throughout the whole experience, and I hate that), but made sure to get the information she needed from me to make the massage beneficial and perfect. It was a wonderful experience overall and I've already made my next appointment.

Do not start a membership here if you think you may ever stop that membership. They have failed to give me a refund for 6 MONTHS at this point. We had a membership and decided to end it Nov last year. My husband was charged extra for his appt in Dec because it was just outside the one month window from date of cancellation. Then we got charged in January for a membership we ended over a month prior. I've called 2-3 times and gone in person as well. They keep saying the system won't let them pay out a refund to my card because I got a card with a new date. 0 offers to pay out some other way and 0 contact from an actual manager or owner. We ended our membership due to what sounded like unkind practices to staff. No one reported any issues to us, but in speaking with them during sessions you could read between the lines about scheduling issues, forcing them to work dates they specifically requested not to, issues with health insurance, etc.

I have been a client here for years. Every time I come I feel like Cheers. They know my name, and they take such good care of me. My regular masseuse tends to book up fast, and I was having challenges with the system, and the owner took the time to help me out scheduling me several months out. Karen at the front desk is one of my favorite people. She just makes you feel so taken care of. Am my masseuse is the best…but I am not saying who they are because it is hard enough to book lol! But I will say, even when I sub in with someone else- the treatment is always amazing. 10/10…highly recommend.
