    20 minutes before close and all they had was tacos. I only wanted potatoes. So when I waited for 10 mins at the intercom because they where trying to avoid even taking my order, the tacos were COLD when I told her my concerns she said I can’t help you, when I asked for her name she hung up on me. THE WORST!!!

    If I could have given it a 0 star it would have received it. First of all the restaurant is dirty and nasty. The employees are rude. We stopped by and literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes, while the employees had social hour in the back. They new we were there but did not want to wait on us. When confronted, they told us to go elsewhere. They then did it to the next group in line too. They were turning customers away. Clearly, these employees could never make it at any other business. I realize there are work shortages, but these employees should all be fired. Terrible attitudes. We left without placing an order. Probably a good idea looking at the disgusting kitchen area that was unclean.

    We spent almost $70 there and they messed up the order, (it was a group order) and couldn’t fix it bc they shut down their grill early, told me to come back tomorrow to get a refund and then I call back the next day and the manager argued I couldn’t get a refund. Very poor excuse of a “restaurant” they mess up almost every order. And instead of giving you a refund, they want to give you a credit to eat there again at their POS place. Had to go there 3 times to get a refund. The manager argued over “policy is to not give refunds unless the customer becomes hostile” sorry I don’t want to waste my money at your place of business?? Is it that hard to understand. They close their grills early, lock the doors early, managers leave early. I’m not sure what this place does correctly.

    Taco bell did me wrong with the tiny teaspoon of meat they put on my crunchwrap supreme. Now i get to just enjoy a whole lot of tortilla with a splash of meat. Ridiculous!

    The person taking orders at the drive through is rude and incoherent. I couldn't place my order without them getting confused... were they high (probably). When I said I'll just go elsewhere, they started yelling uncontrollably.

    We tried the drive-thru first and they told us to order whenever we were ready. We took maybe a minute to start ordering and then tried to order but got no response. We kept trying to get a response from someone for a few minutes and then gave up and decided to go inside. Once inside, no one acknowledged we had walked in. We stood in there for about five minutes just waiting. At least 3 employees were standing together just talking and looking at their phones. One woman was actually doing her job, so I understand her not being able to help us. After those five minutes, I tried opening and closing the front door to get the doorbell to go off twice in a row. Still no response from anyone. Finally, we just decided to leave and took our business to McDonald’s instead. They had great service. Don’t waste your time with this Taco Bell/KFC.

    It’s a minor complaint, but they don’t have sauces and such out for you to grab. They also just hand you a bag of food instead of a tray for dine in. Just doesn’t seem dine in friendly. It’s a nice dining room though. ***added another star: this place has the urinal cake that turns the “water” blue as you aim for it, making it a productive experience. IYKYK

    I wasn't too impressed on my last visit there. The food tasted different. It was like they didn't change the oil and it affected the taste greatly.

    How is this place still open worst thing in Taylormill. Always waiting 45 mins and they still mess up the food. Place is a joke. Needs new management or just close down and open something better
