    I placed my order at 12:16 pm through the mobile app and still had not received my food by 12:50 pm. By that point, another customer pointed out that she had ordered from the counter at 12:29 pm and already had her food. I asked to speak with a manager, which is when the manager Bethany found my order and said they would start on it. I tried asking what happened so that I could avoid it in the future, but no one seemed to want to answer that. After I advised the cashier that this delay was causing me to get back to work late from my 30 minute lunch break, I heard Bethany say to the employee (whom I had asked to get the manager again) "What does he expect? It's fast food. I'm not giving him his food for free." I asked for an explanation, not free food, and it certainly wasn't fast. She then told the employee to give me my food, a make-up coupon, and to apologize. The employee handed me my food, turned around, and walked away without saying a word. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a Taco Bell.

    Worse experience ever. All the workers were rude and careless of time. They kept taking smoke breaks with a wait time of 30 mins. No urgency to rush to get food out. Do not even speak to you to greet you or see what you need. Never will go back again 30 mins for 3 soft tacos! Worse service and food ever! Tacos were burnt, lost so many customers from a long wait and they did not care. All the sodas were empty and they refused to change them. Absolutely ridiculous!

    Be cautious when entering the line at this location. Should you decide to take the drive through, hope and pray there isn't a long wait (like an hour) because you will be trapped with no possible way of exiting the line without coordinating amongst the other people in queue.

    Okay tacobell. Has had a few issues in the past, but talked to store owner and he fixed issues. Was there recently and had a Mexican pizza and it tasted like they fried the pizza shell in old oil. Usually decently quick service. Most visits are decent so 3/5 stars.

    They asked what sauce I’d like, then gave me no sauce. Service was rude over the speaker, then this is how my chicken quesadilla was cut…I spent $15 and honestly don’t even want to eat my food.

    Who has 30 minutes to wait for "fast" food? Why are they sealing my walk-in pick up order? Bunch of smooth brains at this location. Forget the free taco coupons they gave. I nearly emptied their packets of sauces and have been using them on burritos at home. Cooking at home is faster than this "fast food" place. Will order again when I need more sauce tho.

    This place is an absolute joke. My wife couldn’t get a refund for a mistake that Taco Bell made. The reason was the manager was clocked out on a break. Really? This specific store needs mangers that’s worth paying. I’ve had issues from them before and stopped going for a while. I have them another shot and what do you know the same ran down place is still the same.

    God this taco bell is such a breath of fresh air to the other ones! food is ALWAYS prepared right and tastes incredible compared to others. you can tell the food hasn’t been sitting!! also i just ordered for three people with the munchies and the speaker person was incredibly on it!

    HOW IS TACO BELL CLOSED AT 4PM ON A FRIDAY??!!? This place has been a horrible mess for the last 3 months. Was told by an employee mgt. had changed but OMG WHY??? I wish that had never happened. After today I'm officially done. Never going back to this one. And PLEASE don't try to offer me any more expired gift certificates!!

    The reason I’m leaving a feedback on here is because I did a survey with Taco Bell but it didn’t let me explain everything I wanted to say. So here’s my review and I hope someone a DM sees this. I walked in to get a burrito. There was a woman sitting down with a headset talking to another lady very friendly and laughing loudly. I stood there for a bit without anyone saying anything. The lady sitting at the booth didn’t pay me no attention whatsoever (her name is Bethany) I seen one girl on drive-through & another making food so just two of them controlling drive-through, dine in and making food at the time. When Alima realized I was there she was very apologetic to me right away, but I completely understood because I seen how hard she was trying to keep up while the other employee just set there chatting away, not helping not asking if they was ok just still chatting away. I thought maybe it was an interview but being able to hear the conversation plain as day, I thought if this is an interview then it’s the most casual Interview I’ve heard in all my years in the restaurant business. For this reason I want to shine some light on Alima because she was extremely polite and instead of being bothered because of the situation, she still keeping such a positive attitude and that showed a lot from her and her professionalism. She offered me a free drink for my wait which she didn’t have to do but I seen how much she wanted my experience to be a good one. I really hope that this young lady along with the other that was helping her on food get some recognition because they definitely deserve it. It was very unacceptable to see that another that lady which I believe was a manager not even be bothered about what was going on. I understand if this was an interview and wanting to give your interviewee your full attention but my self and in interviews I’ve been in if you see that your team needs help you kindly apologize and help them real quick or at least acknowledge your team and make sure they are ok. It wasn’t until I mentioned I was going to do a survey then she started talking about wanting to win a contest that you all have going on and gave her name. I hope that my words wasn’t to harsh and my review is took in consideration and that these girls get a positive feedback for doing a great job.
