I
placed
my
order
at
12:16
pm
through
the
mobile
app
and
still
had
not
received
my
food
by
12:50
pm.
By
that
point,
another
customer
pointed
out
that
she
had
ordered
from
the
counter
at
12:29
pm
and
already
had
her
food.
I
asked
to
speak
with
a
manager,
which
is
when
the
manager
Bethany
found
my
order
and
said
they
would
start
on
it.
I
tried
asking
what
happened
so
that
I
could
avoid
it
in
the
future,
but
no
one
seemed
to
want
to
answer
that.
After
I
advised
the
cashier
that
this
delay
was
causing
me
to
get
back
to
work
late
from
my
30
minute
lunch
break,
I
heard
Bethany
say
to
the
employee
(whom
I
had
asked
to
get
the
manager
again)
"What
does
he
expect?
It's
fast
food.
I'm
not
giving
him
his
food
for
free."
I
asked
for
an
explanation,
not
free
food,
and
it
certainly
wasn't
fast.
She
then
told
the
employee
to
give
me
my
food,
a
make-up
coupon,
and
to
apologize.
The
employee
handed
me
my
food,
turned
around,
and
walked
away
without
saying
a
word.
This
has
been
one
of
the
most
disappointing
experiences
I've
had
at
a
Taco
Bell.
