This is the worst Taco Bell in the entire world! Every single time I go here during night shift they say “we are not taking orders right now we are switching shifts” I’ve never heard of a fast food restaurant closing to switch shifts it’s very unprofessional especially when you look in the restaurant windows and you see 5 workers sitting in the dining room relaxing! The whole night shift should be terminated the company is losing so much money every night because they are constantly turning down orders due to various reasons such as “door dash/online orders only” or they are “switching shifts” or “the systems are down” I hope this review makes it to the right Person and they reevaluate the employees on the night shift!

If no stars was an option, I'd rate zero. The parking lot is awkward and not designed well at all. When I went inside no one was at the counter to take orders, finally someone came out and took some customer's orders, then walked away before taking mine. I stood there for 5 minutes and then did the self ordering, which doesn't allow for a printed receipt. I watched someone else wait a good 10 minutes for someone to come back out to take orders. The customer service is HORRIBLE and the wait to finally get food is way too long. I placed my order as dine in, and the worker tossed a bag on the counter said my name and acted like I was in the wrong for asking for my drink cup. Most of the tables and chairs were dirty. I threw away most of my food. The place is NOT well maintained to say the least. Highly recommend avoiding this place!!

Don’t waste your time going here. I usually don’t write scathing reviews, but this place has been consistently awful. You’re taking a risk when you go there past midnight. Their sign says they are open until 4am, but the employees basically dictate their own hours and are rarely ever taking orders. It’s happened multiple times where I’ve gone through the drive thru and they say they aren’t taking orders despite employees just standing around doing nothing. I’ve just given up going back to this place which is a shame and I wouldn’t waste your time here. The managers and employees are getting paid to do nothing which is basically stealing from the company. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place was decent before the pandemic, but has severely declined since then.

5 friends and I pulled up to the drive-through last night at approx. 11pm. By 11:30 we finally got to the intercom, very excited to place about a $75 order. The voice over the speaker told us 3 times that they had to re-stock and it would be another 10-15 before they could take our order. We weren't phased, we'd waited this long, what's another 10 mins. They came over the intercom again and asked us to pull forward so they could notify the cars behind us of the delay. We pulled around as the intercom was on a corner to allow the car behind us to get to the intercom. At that point, the only place for us to go was to the window. Once there we waited another 10 mins. When she finally came to the window she said that she could not take order there and we would have to pull back around and get in line. I explained that she told us to pull forward, and while she apologized (complete with eye-roll) for the 'poor communication', there was no alternative solution presented other than us starting over in the long line, now 45 mins after we'd originally arrived. We left, vowed never to patron this TB again. Very disappointed and frustrated, would not ever recommend visiting this establishment - if I could give ZERO stars, I would.

My bf and I decided to get this Taco Bell and we were very excited. We waited 10 minutes just to order our food. The lady taking our order was not able to simply take what we said we wanted and put it in the computer We pulled up to the window and the manager told us most likely they probably messed our order up. We got home to eat it and our cinnamon bites were hard as rocks and there was no cream in them and our chalupas were so stale. The drive through set up is also absurd.

This place is one of the very worst, most awful taco Bell's in the country. After sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes they tell you that you have to go to the lobby. Wether you're a delivery driver or a regular customer and then they have the lobby doors locked and everyone is lined up outside waiting either for their deliveries or just to order. After probably five to ten minutes and employee comes out with a clip board and takes people's information and then goes back inside and makes everyone wait outside for ever until they're ready to bring out some of the food. Their attitudes are horrible and definitely give priority to people of color. Delivery drivers should stay away from this store

This Taco Bell opens at 8:00. Nearly a half hour later I’m sitting here in the drive through that’s blocked by a staff member who parked in front of the door? What the hell

I have lived next door to this Taco Bell for a few months now, so I have frequented this Taco Bell quite a bit. I have to say after dozens of visits, not a single one of my orders has been accurate. Many times I’ve been here, the line has been very long and I’ve seen 5 or more employees hanging outside and often littering, and can’t get out of line due to a guard rail. Even when I am the only one in the drive through it probably takes twice as long to get my food compared to an average Taco Bell because of the wait at the speaker box for someone to answer and the quickness of the food being made. I’ve dealt with entire orders switching from beef to chicken, missing items and straws, several things being completely out of stock, and it being closed in the middle of the day. They do not serve breakfast as I have tried 4 or 5 times. What finally made me write this review was that I placed a mobile order with them yesterday, and went to pick it up at 7pm and they were ALREADY closed with no sign, so I wasted time at the speaker thinking that they were up to their usual shenanigans. Lastly, the turn to get into their parking lot is ridiculously tight. In my compact car, I usually have to make a 3 or 5 point turn to not hit anything.

The absolute worst service you could imagine. Employees are all rude. The food I get here is 80% wrong every time I go back because it’s the only place open late. They close the store whenever they don’t feel like working. The management here is just terrible. They’re supposed to be open in the morning for breakfast and no one opens the store because they’re all lazy and won’t serve breakfast. It’s crazy this place is still open. Employees treat the place like a trap house. They smoke weed outside the building. They have there kids and friends inside kicking it like it’s the crib or something. Actually cringe and they really just need to fire everyone and start fresh.

I placed an online order earlier in the day to pick up after I got off work and I show up to the restaurant just be told they don't have my order in the system. It wouldn't even let me cancel the order as it said it had been completed and the employees could not offer any help. I then sat there and reordered to be told theywere out of baja blast and chalupas. Their idea of a substitute was not even close value wise, so I ended up spending almost $40 for not even $15 worth of food and about 20 minutes. The food I did get, ended up being very good, so that added 2 stars to the review

I'll start with the positives - after a handful of visits my orders have always been correct and well-made. The staff has also been friendly. Those factors are the only things saving this location from a one star review. Now for the big negative - This Taco Bell location is chronically understaffed. And not the same way many other places have been understaffed recently, this location truly has the worst staffing I've ever seen. There are never enough people working and, while I always use the drive through, I've noticed they often close the dining room and go to drive through only. During my most recent visit there was only one person working the entire restaurant - taking orders, taking payments, making the food, everything. She kept apologizing for the wait, I felt terrible for her. It's clear they have at least a couple great employees, but overall this location is ruined by the staffing issues. It should not take near 40 minutes for me to go out and get Taco Bell when I live a mere 4 minutes away. It will be more worth your time to go to any other location in the area, and I will be doing so from now on.

This place is an absolute joke. They open their doors whenever they want to they close their doors whenever they want to. They only have the insight open to the public whenever they want to. They don't even know how to make a taco right I used to work for Taco Bell so I know how tacos are made and she wanted to argue with me about her not making my taco right. It was ridiculous I love taco Bell and I want to come back but this location I will never be back until they fix the management and hire a whole new bash of workers.

One of the more consistent restaurants when it comes to having bad customer service. Nearly every time I come here, something is wrong and I’m left waiting much longer than I should ever have to. I live close so it’s convenient to swing by, but the service is anything but.

Edit 2/2/2022: Missing a chicken quesadilla nothing like paying for an item and not receiving it. This has usually been an okay taco bell but today jeez. Everyone in there joking around not paying attention food came out burnt asked for no tomatos not a huge ask but they put them on everything. Terrible.

Terrible. Ordered 2 Dorito nacho shell Supreme tacos, Fiesta potatoes and a chicken power bowl. Got to the window. Made payment and received our bag of food. Made the mistake of not checking first, but noticed on the way home that the two Supreme tacos were missing. Went back through the line and got to the window. Explained what happened and we were asked to park off to the side which we did. A woman came out a few minutes later with a bag and hands it to us. Still not the tacos I ordered. This time I was given 2 soft shell regular tacos. Went to the window a third time and just asked for a refund.

Thanks to the pandemic I've come to expect slow service at all fast food restaurants in the Clifton area and Taco Bell was no exception. With 6 cars in front of me at 3 o'clock on a Saturday the wait was every bit of 35 minutes. If you're not in a rush or don't mind waiting awhile then it's the same food you'd receive at any other Taco Bell.

I sat in the drive through here for 27 minutes. Unbelievably slow. Got here when it was 10:15 p.m. photo update: still here at 10:52 lol

Consistently bad service. Always out of something but never updates the menu outside. Doesn’t give options for substitutions on online orders. Just gave me flat, warm soda with no ice. Always forgets the sauce.

The food wasn't bad, but the rest of the experience was. 2 out of three of their doors were locked with no signs indicating that they were broken. I came into the restaurant at around 5:30 in the evening. There was only one other person in the restaurant. As they left, they complained that their food took 15 minutes. It only took them about 10 minutes to get me mine, but again, I was the only person in the restaurant. There were no sauces in any of the bins, and the tables were dirty. Definitely would not recommend.

We had to stand outside because the staff was “irritated and overwhelmed” and needed “five to ten minutes” to calm down. Only one employee was helpful, the other two could not be seen doing any work from my view through the glass door in 16° weather. About five other people were huddled around the door, obviously irritated and waiting on their orders. As someone who has worked in fast food, it is a stressful job and it can be easy to get irritated. However, the level of rudeness and attitude we got from the employees, saying “no” when we tried to wait inside and closing the door in our faces was inexcusable.

The worst service ever. Waited forever and they told us they had no sauces for the food. Get home and they made regular tacos instead of supreme. It was impressive that you can make a regular taco as crappie as they did. Show some respect for your job people. Plus, I one time and the last time I’ll ever stop there, they said they didn’t have napkins. I just have to laugh and never stop again.

The packaging was bad and I ordered vegetarian meal, but they delivered chicken quesadillas and chicken burritos instead of vegetarian. I regret buying from this place.

Horrible, I order on the app which is great, but when we arrived the place the service was horrible, we waited in the line like 20 min just because the girl in the window where talking to a friend and feeding a dog, after that they didn’t have what I order so they gave me what they supposed I wanted, I change my completely order just because they didn’t have anything of what I wanted, the went back on the drive line and waited again about 10 min and they again said they didn’t have what I was ordering so they just gave me want they want! Is not the first time it happens to me, that’s why I’m leaving this comment !!!

I'll have to say this is one of the best Taco bells I've ever been to. So I'm outside waiting for my wife it's dinner time she's ordering some food for us. An employee was coming in from getting trash together and asked me if I was doin ok and also bought me a drink.. I don't know about you but I find that rather refreshing in today's age. GOD BLESS

First good Taco Bell I've had in a long time. Everything was on point and the staff was friendly.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. You know exactly what the food will taste like every time you go and you know it’s going to be a solid cheap option. I could eat spicy potato soft tacos till I collapse from cardiac arrest. Service might not always be top tier, but that’s not why you chose to go there in the first place.

Consistently closed during open hours for whatever random reason they choose to give. Just advertise hours and stick to them. It doesn't seem like I'm asking too much!!
