Seems busy almost all day, everyday. This store is equipped with a deli, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, Wells Fargo bank and gas station. There is also a Bank of America conveniently located on the same property. This location has a Red Box (Movie Rentals) too. Self checkout is available and checkout lanes are almost always open. The customer service is pretty good; I never really had a bad experience here.

This store’s customer service is horrible. I have had a few encounters with employees being very rude and acting like you’re bothering them if you have questions. This young girl named Zoey was very rude to me while I was going through the self checkout she was working. She gave me a very bad look and I needed help and she just looked at me and went the other way, ignoring me. The person next to me needed cigarettes and we had to flag down a worker walking through to help us. As I was leaving she was standing by the door on her phone. Very rude and I will be calling corporate.

Rude employee in the deli acted as if I was disturbing her by asking if I could pay for a deli item at her register 😲I drive a truck and pass threw there frequently I’d thought I’d stop and get a coffee from the smiths Starbucks.To say the least it’s more like a water shop not coffee. Mango dragon fruit looked like water. They didn’t have the fruit. I didn’t realize the fruit makes the color. So that was fine I just ordered myself another drink (Carmel frappe) had no coffee it was white slush with whip on top. I will never visit this place again!!

Great store has everything you need at a reasonable price. I shop here around 3 times a week. However this being said there are certain people there that don't belong in customer service. The lady at customer service with the raspy voice refused to cash my money order just because it didn't have JR on it. Which is basically calling me a liar. If I was going to cash something fraudulent I wouldn't do it somewhere I always shop. Not to mention she's already cashed several of them for me with no problem.

I like this store but my review is specifically the deli dept. I tried to by fried chicken at around 4:00 in the afternoon and was told there isn't any more nor are they going to cook any more. I asked why and was told, "because it's on a pallet in the back". How does that prevent someone from getting it and cooking it?! What if someone wants to buy chicken at DINNER TIME!? Too bad? It doesn't make any sense. It would be nice if they pretended to care about the actual customers

Today I was harassed and by a co worker a manger, all I wanted to do was eat my salad at the deli and because I hadn't paid for it yet I was harassed and pictures taken of me. I had JUST cashed my paycheck there minutes prior. I bought groceries put them in my car, forgot I needed rice but had to be at work soon so I sat down at the seating area which is for people to eat and eat a salad. Yes I admit I hadn't paid YET but I cash multiple paychecks there every month, for multiple jobs, because I am a hard working citizen. And to be harassed was degrading. It's not stealing until I attempt to leave the premise without paying. I don't care if they have other people do shady things. To be accused before the fact is not very welcoming and may not shop or cash my checks there anymore she to the fact. I bust my butt and I didn't want to go to the front then pay and walk back for convenience purposes. I am in no shape or form a thief. Never have been. I'd have to be pretty stupid to cash my check and steal in the same few minutes. Disgusted by the staff.

I've been shopping at Smith's for 7 years I always have what I want and I get what I want and I get out quick LOL in the store employees are very courteous and nice I like that

We love our local Smiths! Karen, Gloria, Mikey, Lyndsay, Korbin, & Ronda are so wonderful they know us by name and treat us like family! They always make sure we found everything ok, and they are ALWAYS pleasant.

Very unfriendly almost rude checker, Arthur. Threw our canned goods in the bag. No smile, didn't check for me on an item I came in for. Said, "if we have it it'll be on isle 5". Wow, NO customer service there. On the other hand the girl in the deli was awesome. 5 stars!

Kudos to Kim in customer service and Rhonda the floral manager. I called to find out if this location does online orders for pickup. Spoke with Kim and explained that I live in Colorado and today is my mother's 70th birthday and she's also a breast cancer survivor. I would like to have a bouquet made for her and have my sister pick it up. Explained to her that I called every florist in the area and no one would or could deliver today. She put me in touch with Rhonda the floral manager, when I explained to Rhonda the situation she ask me how much I wanted to spend and said she would make me a beautiful bouquet for my sister to pick up and give to my mother. She went above and beyond! The bouquet was beautiful and my sister was able to pick it up without a hitch. When I am in Bullhead City I will definitely visit this Smith's!

Hancock st store has the best, most helpful staff of anywhere. Always there to get u what u want in a hurry. The deli baked bread is the absolute best.

My experience was exceptional until I got home and realized that 4 of one item I purchased which was a 15pk of beer was undrinkable due to possible damage during transport or employee error. I would like to bring in all the defective cans but my fiance trashed all but the one I happened to save. She along with myself where angry over this issue.

Store was very busy but the deals! Haven’t been to this location in a long time but the store’s flier brought me in for a bunch of bogos. It is an older location and I haven’t yet tried the deli or meat department. Will be back again to seek out more deals!

Pringles did worked in Walmart. You had to use debit/credit to work. I'll shop here but disappointed on the lack knowledge the cashiers have.
