We
are
existing
tenants
for
last
11
months
of
this
place
and
occupied
in
3rd
floor.
So
far
so
good
as
noteworthy
words
and
values
shared
by
other
fellow
tenants
or
past
tenants
of
this
place
here
as
feedback
in
terms
of
amenities
and
prompt
services
from
maintenance
team.
But,
things
went
wrong
over
the
course
of
time
from
last
2
months
since
we
wanted
to
renew
our
lease
contract
into
other
apartment
(transfer)
in
the
same
building
at
2nd
floor
as
we
have
health
issues
to
climb
upstairs
everyday.
Also
at
that
time
that
was
only
apartment
available
in
2nd
level
across
this
community
as
mentioned
by
the
leasing
(front)
office
persons.
Even
at
the
time
of
our
1st
contract
we
could
not
get
a
place
in
2nd
level
since
it
was
the
peak
time
in
Florida
and
so
took
the
lease
on
3rd
floor.
Notable
item
here
is
there
is
no
elevator
in
this
community
and
that
makes
you
more
tips
to
offer
for
any
vendors
to
deliver
your
orders
at
your
door
step
and
the
higher
the
floor
level
and
so
the
tips.
We
started
our
renewal
process
from
September'17
and
experienced
hampering
delays
since
existing
tenants
of
that
(my
transfer
to)
apartment
had
extended
their
lease
by
a
month
and
so
we
waited
eventually.
Legally,
both
contracts
as
apartment
tenants
expires
by
end
of
Oct'17.
In
the
due
course
of
time
the
rent
of
the
(transfer
to)
apartment
is
hiked
than
that
it
was
communicated
at
the
start
of
the
process.
Despite,
We
also
got
frustrated
walking
many
times
to
get
this
simple
thing
(transfer)
done
and
what
we
expected
is
prompt
notifications
/confirmations
about
the
movement
from
the
leasing
office
than
we
walking
all
the
times
to
check
everything.
Also,
i
had
to
detail
every
person
i
meet
in
the
meetings
from
the
beginning
of
my
request,
which
is
waste
of
my
time
and
acted
as
their
reminders.
In
this
process
it
had
happened
to
meet
front
office
team
many
times
and
their
manager
too
(3
times
over
the
period
so
far
with
the
Manager).
Though
the
staff
are
doing
good
i
feel
they
lack
a
bit
of
knowledge
and
experience
to
make
(even
simple)
things
done
on
time,
especially
my
case.
I
clearly
see
the
Bossism
is
applied
and
so
they
seek
the
approvals
for
each
and
every
simple
thing.
In
such
case
we
could
have
better
dealt
directly
with
Manager
to
avoid
delays.
And,
the
highlighting
point
is
that
the
kind
of
experience
i
got
when
i
interacted
with
the
Manager
in
the
office
was
so
terrible
and
ill
treated
way.
Totally,
Manager
has
attitude
issues
which
none
of
the
paying
customer/tenants
will
agree
to
face
off.
To
mention
particularly
i
had
couple
of
times
bad
experience
with
Manager
though
i
did
not
react
in
her
way
and
i
had
been
very
polite
so
far
with
all
front
office
team
including
the
Manager.
My
point
is
tenants
can't
be
treated
as
a
person
passing
by
on
the
road.
We
are
Customers..
Period!
As
a
customer/tenant
we
expect
some
sense
and
ethics
applied.
