On a busy Saturday, crowded with customers the shelves were tossed and messy . The cashier's staffed at 5 out of 11, linea were 20 Minutesand the manager was not onsite,I asked to speak with them. !! Lousy for a multi million dollar company!!!

What a disgusting experience to visit this Burlington, not even everything was thrown in the floor and smelling, also the staff is rude and not patient at all, you are not making me a favor, I’m paying, employees are more concerned to remind shouting about at what time they close, than giving a Customer Service Experience or CLEANING THAT MESS, for sure they open the doors with the same mess. The employee in the pictures was the worst, she may identify as the manager, TASHA, she knows nothing about customer service, she gives orders to customers, shoutings and threatening, that’s why this is the worst Burlington in the area, also the security guy, is always playing a bossy rough paper, shouting everyone, even customers, what a terrible experience. And the one in Naples, the same, Burlington employees are the worst, Corporate Office should make an investigation or you will go out of business

Need a better selection in your Big and Tall. I have a son that's 6' 7" and has a hard time finding clothes that fit him. You carry some things but it seems like everything is always picked over or not enough in the sizes.

Definitely 0 stars I walked in today and soon as I got in the door the security guard was starring at me then had someone follow me the entire time in the store. Every time I move to a different area he whistle to alert the secret shopper so she can watch my every move & continue to follow me. I am a store manager myself and don’t have any reason to steal. very uncomfortable and will never go back please do better. Definitely is overwhelming when you trying to shop and being followed stop judging people please!!!!

Bad service no let the costumer go outside with the shopping 🛒 I mean only when is necessary that is a lot staff, like others Burlington and the workes bad conduct. You need to work on it..

I spend more than hour shopping for clothes, Then I was informed by staff at the fitting room that the room is only open on the weekends. Very disappointing I left everything in the cart because I couldn’t take it home tried then come back to return whatever clothes didn’t fit Most of customers don’t have time for this Specifically whoever evaluated times Not sure if it’s manager’s rules or store tile But I am only sure they loosing customers this way

They have good prices and decent clothes but the wait to pay for your items is ridiculous and don't know if they are trying to imitate Walmart having three cashiers for 100 people in line.

Variety to buy, good staff, everything clean. The only thing is you have to do a large line to pay because only had 2 registers open. You can spend more than 15 minutes waiting.

The story has a great variety of clothes,however,the, it is messy and cluttered.

Great store. Bigger than I thought. Walked in and it was so clean and organized. Great prices. Got a pair of shorts for 7.99, a cute dress for 9.99 and undergarments for cheap too. Absolutely love going here.

1st x shopping in this store!!! Overall the experience of the store was not that bad compared to it's the shopping season and comparing it to other stores I would probably give it a 4 *Buttt no 1 greeted me or even really noticed I was there..yes I'm sure I was followed around!! Finally go to checkout and yes there was 4 people behind the counter only 1 employee checking you out then actually walks away from ringing up 1 item but comes back to actually hand slapping other employees? Not sure I even told him this was my 1st visit probably my last!!! But they definitely need classes in customer service

I'm going to be honest this store is a mess it is a wreck they always have what I'm looking for great prices on suits and ties and shoes and I will keep frequent Burlington as I did when I was married to my prior wife and when I lived in Boynton Beach and I went to sawgrass Mall location

I love shopping there, all the varieties stuff they have, clothing size for all, and good quality too. There are so many things to choose from, and the prices are amazing low

I’m putting five stars because they have better hours than Walmart

If you have the time to dig through clothes. Might found a lot of good stuff in there . Hate the lines. Cashiers are kind . Never had an issue there.

Of the three Burlington stores in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area, the Fort Myers store has the best selection in terms of available stock and organization. The racks are well stocked and fairly well organized by size. The store looked relatively clean on my most recent visit. The checkout is always slow, but worse so on the weekends. I usually try to avoid shopping here on the weekend for that reason. Otherwise this store is one of my favorite bargain rack/hunt for a treasure type stores.

This store is often time filled with newness & you never know what will be awaiting. Organize & the wait time wasn't bad at all to check out of course it was early morning hours that I visit. My favorite housewares & infants department just loving it all!

always have to dig to find stuff, if you have time you can find some great deals but be prepared to wait in line

The best discount store ever!!! Great selection of jackets for children and adults. Best for shoes, clothes and accessories for all!

Belive it or not but this place actually has better deals on baby and toddler clothes than those used stores for kids. When it comes to getting clothes and shoes for my son I come here.

This place look like a dumpster. And it’s not even busy for the holidays yet.

Wonderful... Found a little something for everyone on my list. The line may be long but all 15 registers have someone checking everyone out. So don't be discouraged just have patience during your holiday shopping. Wait time is not long at all. Great customer service.

I have no words to express how much I love Burlington!! You'll find everything you need starting with fancy Handbags for as low as 12 dollars and Cute outfits for a little as 3 dollars.

Pretty messy store. Items left all around.... on the floor, on top of racks and not orderly in the departments they should have been left in. ... Dressing room had clothes hanging everywhere. But I will say the employees were friendly and helpful and I did find a couple of good bargains.

Absolutely no selection of coats or jackets. Could not try on any shoes since they were all tied together and was told they would not remove them so I can walk with them and see how they fit. The worker who was working by the shoes that day what's playing music on his phone which was the most vulgar nasty rap music I've ever heard and he was doing so while children were around. I notified the manager about the music and she was reluctant to do anything about it. What a low-class establishment

Absolutely great food and amazing service. When in Fort Myers Florida eat here and you will feel like you are in Paris.

Great place to shop for just about everything you need from clothing, home goods, shoes, luggage and decorations.

Its always clean here, staff is always helpful and respectful & I LOVE THERE HOURS, ESPECIALLY SINCE WALMART ISNT 24 HRS ANY MORE

Wow! Highly impressed with this management and tram overall! Jim is attentive and in it with his people 100%! The casheirs were raving about him and how wonderful it is to work for him. I had an issue and explained my case to him and although it was a struggle, he handled it and took care of me. I am grateful to see there are still quality leaders in retail environments!! This store is well stocked and well merchandised! If anyone is looking for wirh, I'd go there! He's a great leader and the store team is upbeat.

This Burlington is awesome. The store is always well organized and they are open from 8am- midnight. The management seemed to have gotten rid of the homeless beggers that use to stand in front. Since they have been removed this is once again a great place to shop.

Wow....this is one very busy store! The associates were kind and very helpful, but the store was a mess and I am positive it's because customers really rifle through the items without a care. Every associate I saw was working hard to put things right or help with check out. Don't bring your family here, it's just a lot of people! Also the super late store hours brings out some unique customers too.
