Although I have not been to any other dispensaries yet, I don't know if I will ever be urged to. Every staff member that works here is incredibly friendly, informed, and patient. Wait times are never bad and there's always some kind of deal to save you some money. There will be more names to come but someone who went above and beyond is Gabriel. He has a very formal, yet relaxed tone. When working the front desk he does an amazing job of making you feel welcome.

This place is always a great place to go! The staff is always helpful and are always quick to answer any question you have! Highly satisfied! Far better than any of the other companies also! Quality product! Quality customer service! Quality A+ across the board! I won't go anywhere else!

All the staff are super nice very qualified and make you very comfortable I know there’s dozens of dispensaries in this town but this is the one I will continue to use. And Mira is super friendly and super cute I give her a 100. And I hope to see you guys soon

Great experience, our first time to go to a store like that. William was wonderful and explained everything well. We will be back. The muv store is our favorite and William is great, very knowledgeable and a good guy. We enjoy seeing him.

The employees here are so nice and helpful. It was my first time back in a while and they have amazing deals, so many new products and an app to help gain points for discounts. I’m just so happy with my visit yesterday I couldn’t let it go unnoticed

Love Müv and their products! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue is with their return policy or lack there of. I’ve gotten shatter that was melted and a weird consistency and just all over the inside of the packaging.. I was not able to return or exchange. Makes me hesitant to purchase this product again knowing I may waste more hard earned money on a concentrate I cannot use. Contacting support doesn’t help as the store policy is no returns or exchanges so buyer beware. Medical marijuana is not cheap and you don’t wanna throw money away.

At first, my first impression of Laura was not remarkable . But, when we reached the counter she was was so very patient about answering all of my questions. She was kind and thoughtful and really cared about what I needed. This is a rare quality. She was impressively knowledgeable about your product. Keep her on MUV and you'll do well.

This place is the best pick up times are unbeatable I placed an order online and it was ready in in about 5 mins it’ if I could only find COA’s on line this would my only place to go

Wrote a review on my other google account few months ago, but my thoughts on this dispensary are still the same! I still love this dispensary, there’s not a single employee here that has a bad attitude. The employees here are very polite, very helpful, and pretty funny too! Always feel comfortable walking into this place!

This is the best shop in Cape Coral and they have lots of variety in products to choose from. I noticed that the team takes their time to answers any questions you might have unlike a lot of other stores in the area. I have never met a rude employee here or been unsatisfied with a product. William is my favorite advisor here he is such a nice guy! 😀

By far the very best dispensary in Cape Coral!! Their products and staff are top notch. I love MUV. Trulieve should close down with making their patients wait 30 plus minutes to get their medication. My only complaint is you need to place a medical order 24 hours in advance. The life of a medical patient varies. To wait an entire day for delivery is quite ridiculous. Hiring drivers? I’ll get patients delivered what they NEED in less than an hour after placing an order, as it should be. Thanks MUV.

Great place. Anthony rises above with his knowledge and pleasant demeanor. As someone who’s recently moved to Cape Coral, I visited several places just to be disappointed. I enjoy MUV and will continue visiting thanks to the amazing staff.
