My daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons (ages 7 and 9) were visiting and we decided to book an appointment. I can’t say enough about our experience! Manny was their teacher/helper and he went above and beyond what I expected, allowing them to participate as much as possible, always teaching, smiling, and guiding. This is an experience, a product that they will have forever AND a very fond memory of something they did with Grandma and Grandpa! I HIGHLY recommend it. Everyone at Hollywood Hot Glass was wonderful! Thank You! Edit: I’ve noticed reviewers say they had too much help, but honestly did you expect to just go in and make a glass piece by yourself without knowing anything about working with glass and an oven that is 2300 degrees Fahrenheit? We all felt the experience was perfect…some independence and some assistance. It might also help to tip when you pay ahead of time! These people work very hard to help you have a good experience.

‘cause 90 degrees isn’t hot enough for me 😉 Very interesting and complex process. They have professional artists on hand walking you through the creation of your masterpiece. Thank goodness because otherwise it would be a hazard. This place is HOT as heck! Probably will return in the cooler months. Otherwise, it was lovely and I can’t wait to pick up my glass heart ❤️

Another field trip that our school made for our students was to visit Hollywood Hot Glass. For our large group, we were given a showcase of how Hollywood hot glass makes their glass sculptures. Due to our time constraints and the size of our group, we weren’t able to physically make the sculptures with the instructors, but we thoroughly enjoyed the showcase. The staff and the hosts of the showcase were very informative and interactive with the students. The students were in awe watching how hot molten glass was made into a beautiful art piece. I do advise to bring may be a small fan because the showcase is outside in a covered area.

Great way to spend an afternoon! The staff is great. They are definitely in a teaching mode and sharing their knowledge on an art form - glassworks, we knew little about. But the ultimate is creating something to make memories for a long time with family and friends. Kudos to the staff and please don't forget to offer a gratuity, that's Hot work! 🩷

My daughter had brought me there for my birthday gift…and what a beautiful gift it was! We worked together with our delightful instructor Allison. She worked hard to help us make the vase come out as I had hoped it would. All the staff there was friendly and very good at their job. The environment was wonderful and exciting. The whole experience was really great, and I look forward to my next experiences at Hollywood Hot Glass with friends and family.

My friend and I are in town for a week and just happened to find this place on Google on a rainy day. The space is amazing and is open air. Our instructor, Keelin, was fun, helpful, and very pleasant. We were the final “class” of the day so were able to ask tons of questions and take our time. We had so much fun and would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area! Totally worth the time and money to give this a try.

My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday! Such a fun experience with a memento to keep! We loved having Manny guide of through the experience: he was knowledgeable, helpful and allowed more than enough us hands on time! We can’t wait to pick up our tumblers!

Great experience! We had a lot of fun watching people make glass, and also a ton of fun making a tumblr ourselves. Our instructor was very educational, friendly, and helpful. (and ended up being from the same city we were visiting from!) The park that its located in is also really cool and has some massive trees and playgrounds for the kids. The area nearby has lots of options for shopping and getting food or drink. We made a video of our glass blowing experience on our YT channel if you want to check it out. It's under Andy and Rachel. Can't wait to come back again in the future to blow more glass! Thanks guys

My friend and I went to Hot Glass and we had such an amazing experience. We knew it would be good, but we had no idea it was going to be as fun and interesting as it was! Jackie was an awesome and she’s so talented! I highly recommend going with friends or as something to do on a date!

This was a fantastic experience! My daughter and I were in the area for an evening and found an open appointment on the same day. Manny was a great instructor, we learned all about the process while getting some hands-on experience. It was amazing to watch our tumbler take shape, we really felt part of the process and not just spectators. The location was easy to find and navigate and being able to work outdoors felt like a bonus as well.

I've seeing sister/friends doing the Hot Glass class and it looked a difficult thing to do, the teacher/professional guides you step by step through the realization of your piece and since it's a "dangerous " handling you have to follow carefully the instructions. Of course your teacher won't let you down 😉 but still I had some doubts about what kind of experience could turn out because I like to experiment getting my hands dirty and this looked like something that you get to enjoy within specific limits...So today was my turn and I could fully enjoy the class. Very cool 🔥experience I have to say 😎 It's almost magical working with the glass. Amazing material, you can see it changing texture throughout the process from small colored crumbs, gluey and plastic and solid but fragile at the end. Thank you Jackie and the team. ....Jackie answered promptly to all my 200 questions and I'm glad she was able to do that even never stopping doing what we had to do to get my piece done I'll post soon the pic of my piece...waiting to pick it up 😁

We had the best time, you can’t beat the idea for a date night. Allison was a great teacher, really taking the time to explain the process and keep us engaged. Biggest shoutout to her. Judith was wonderful too!

Allison was great, making it an enjoyable experience. As a great instructor she made it seam like a second nature to us. Looming forward to see our works out of the kiln.

What a FANTASTIC experience this was!!! The artists were so welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of creativity and safety measures - it was also fully wheelchair accessible. If you are coming from out of town, make sure you account for the time for your pieces to cool so you can come back and pick them up another day. We can't wait for our next classes!
