I’m Impressed, When I walked in for my appointment I was greeted with friendly smiles From two beautiful intelligent young ladies, Made me feel very comfortable from the start. Dr. Chandler is one of the most caring and professional Dentists I have ever been to, His assistants were Very Professional and we’re always there helping with the doctor. Once a person finds a dentist that he feels is the best, there is no reason to go to any another place. I would Strongly recommend Dr. Trumbler to be your primary dentist. There is NO better !

Don’t usually do these ratings but I have to say that Dr Chumley is one of the best dentists I have seen as a patient. He explains what is needed and why, what is NOT needed and why. He is very concerned about not causing pain, explains what he is doing and what is coming next. My wife and I have recommended him to several people.

4th dentist I've had since moving down here and I will never go anywhere else. Finally an honest, normal dentist. I didn't even feel the ultrasonic cleaning Savanna did so well. It just seemed like water being sprayed in my mouth. Then Dr. Chumbler examined my teeth and said I DIDN'T have 5 cavities on the top of my teeth like scam dentist #3 had said I did 6 months ago (see my other reviews for details). He said I had a few fillings that might, might need redone sometime in the future but not now. A cautious, conservative dentist that should be the norm. Who knew they existed in SW FL? I'm so glad to have been recommended to them!

I am an old timer, 78 years old. I remember when root canals used to be feared because of the pain. Perhaps you can imagine my surprise after a root canal from Dr. Chumbler a couple of days ago, without any pain during or after the procedure. He told me there has been tremendous advances in previous years to alleviate pain during the process. I was impressed with the technology he used and the entire procedure. His assistant was very solicitous of my well being, before, during, and after. I was surprised when the numbness of the (painless) injection wore off and I still didn't feel any soreness in the area. I wish all of life could be as painless as a root canal. Never thought I'd say that.

This is the best Dentist by far that I've been to in my entire life!!! Dr Chumbler, Hygienist Savanna, Receptionist Melissa and everybody at Backbay Dentistry makes us feel so welcomed when we walk in for every visit. I want to get my teeth cleaned every month because I feel so welcomed every single time I walk in the door!!! Quality and Professionalism of their work deserves 10 Stars!!! I recommend them to absolutely everybody that I know!

Very amazing staff and overall great experience every time!! The office is very relaxing and inviting. The entire staff is outstanding. They are very friendly and professional. My CRDH Stacy is really precise, friendly, and professional which put my experience at ease as I am not one that enjoys going to the dentist. Dr. C is knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend this team to all my friends!

Dr. Chumbler and the staff are personable, caring, professional and explain every step. After I had a dental emergency at work, he immediately saw me, as a new patient, and temporarily fixed my issue til we could schedule an appt. for a permanent fix. He’s very concerned about the patient’s comfort and doesn’t subscribe to a costly “treatment plan” like some do. If you don’t truly need the work done, he doesn’t try to talk you into doing it. I found my forever dentist!
