This place is awesome... ! My kids love this place. We drive 35 minutes to get here , and it's always worth it. The new staff is awesome, specially Tyler , he's always super kind to everyone, professional and keeps the place clean and safe . I recommend everyone to come check out this place and be prepared to stay here at least 3 hours , my kids never want to leave.

We love coming here for something different. They added a new attraction in the past few months. The no outside drink policy is stupid, especially when you are in Florida and kids need water. Your prices are too high, especially when it is so busy that kids cannot get on all attractions. The membership is good deal, but make it 6 months, not a year!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Urban Air tonight! The Glow party was so much fun! Our host, Trace, was amazing! Such a nice and very attentive gentleman! We couldn’t have asked for a better party for our daughter. A big thanks to all of you at the Urban Air- Viera that made my daughter’s 6th birthday one she and her friends won’t forget ♥️ -Charley’s Mom

So much fun! There are a lot of options here and the laser tag and bowling are great and not offered at the competition up the road. The staff should also be given congrats. They were excellent with questions and enforcing rules, yes actually enforcing rules!!!! Thank you!! We attended a birthday party and the young lady helping them was amazing. She was so kind, interactive with the children and spot on getting everything done. The pricing is also excellent if you are not with a party crew. Monthly is an amazing deal also. We can’t wait to return!

Urban Air has been our go to indoor trampoline park for years! There are 3 trampoline parks in the Melborne area but the kids ALWAYS choose Urban Air. It’s clean, the music is appropriate and the kids never want to leave. Highly recommend.

Not a good place if you have younger children. I paid for 7 and under pass but it’s a tiny little spot in the corner , nothing to it for my 3 year old. I tried to take him in the ball pit but they said they have new state regulations and he isn’t tall enough. Waste of money in my opinion. Basic trampolines are $17.99 then the price goes up from there with all the add ons. Rock climbing, bowling, virtual reality, laser tag, zip lining and more. I paid $76 for three kids basic tickets. Overpriced in my opinion. Bunch of teenagers working there walking around talking about the latest gossip, up each others behind instead of working. You can’t walk around with your water bottle, it has to stay downstairs or in your bag.

I was told the gentleman’s name was Matthew, and he was great on the rock wall with my two kids. Having only 4 people allowed in at a time, he made the transitions good and is truely great with kids. He helped my kid for her first time and told her she did great even though she was terrified to even try the rock wall. Huge thank you to you Matthew for giving my kids confidence and making it a good experience. Urban Air is lucky to have you !

The Kids had a blast at Urban Air tonight and can’t wait till we go again. They have laser tag, bowling, sky rider and trampolines. Thank you for the never ending fun evening.

Outstanding experience today, with my daughter at Urban Air today with my 5 year old daughter. Lacy, the store manager went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best experience possible. Very clean facility with attentive staff! Highly recommend, will be back often!

Wednesday Dec 27th, 2023 we took our 4 year old and 2 year old to urban air. We have been here many of time and have always had a good experience. This time was strange. One young girl employee was be very difficult to many parents. I ask her if my son could go on the trampoline with the post that swing and she told me I don’t want to work this station anymore so you will have to wait until I feel like it again. Later in the ball pit she comes over and yells at my 4 year old that he cannot play in here because he is small. My 4 year old of course started crying. I informed her that he is 41 inches tall. Then she said oh it’s okay then. But by that point I had to calm my 4 year old down because she screamed at a young child for nothing he did wrong. It was very disappointing.

Lacey was so kind and so helpful and did it all with a smile! Wonderful customer service! My family had a blast there! Yall have no idea how much we needed that little bit of kindness and family fun. 💓

My 4 kids ages 9 and 11 love this place above all of the other indoor trampoline parks in Brevard. The manager Lacey is always so sweet and friendly, our kids remember her every time we come! They place is clean and will keep your kids busy all day!!
