Elias at Congress is EXCELLENT. I’ve gone through him and Congress multiple times for Jewelery, and most recently he helped me replaced a lost earring. They’re my go to for all things Jewelery, and I can’t say enough good things about their customer service, quality and pricing.

This was our second purchase at Congress Jewelers and it was as excellent as the first. Michelle helped us find the perfect band design for my original diamond. She was patient and got exactly what we were looking for within our budget. She was also very communicative, and gave us updates throughout. We also met the owner, Melissa, as well as many other jewelers when we would come in. They all were so welcoming and excelled at customer service. I see why they have an amazing reputation.
