You'll
have
a
high-service,
expectedly
costly
production
of
a
fondue
experience
here.
The
ambiance
is
soothing
and
romantic
if
you
come
before
the
peak,
which
hits
at
around
8.
After
that,
it
can
get
a
bit
noisy
and
feels
trendier.
My
wife
and
I
went
in
for
the
high
end
four
course
fondue
selection
experience
for
two
for
our
anniversary:
a
cheese
course,
salads,
the
entree
and
a
dessert
course.
It
opened
with
a
cheese
fondue
and
a
variety
of
dippers
like
apple
slices,
breads,
and
veggies.
My
wife
wanted
the
loaded
baked
potato
variety,
which
had
a
beer
and
cheddar
base
with
traditional
baked
potato
toppings
like
scallions
and
bacon,
as
well
as
bits
of
potatoes.
Several
other
cheese
varieties
were
available.
All
of
them
were
decadent.
Our
salads
were
flavorful
and
well
prepared.
I
had
the
Caesar,
which
came
topped
with
pine
nuts
and
my
wife
had
the
house
salad.
The
vegetables
were
fresh
and
the
toppings
complemented
one
another
very
well.
4-Hour
entree,
we
had
a
variety
of
seafood,
beef,
and
chicken.
We
had
the
variety
of
entree
that
came
with
a
lobster
tail
and
we
had
the
coq
au
vin
fondue
with
it
that
came
with
a
broth
base
and
included
a
variety
of
mushrooms
and
onions,
as
well
as
a
red
wine.
We
enjoyed
it,
but
we
would
like
to
try
another
variety
of
preparation
when
we
come
back.
I
particularly
enjoyed
the
lobster
and
the
teriyaki
beef.
The
entree
also
came
with
a
variety
of
vegetables
that
included
potatoes,
broccoli,
and
mushroom
caps.
All
things
said,
it
was
delicious
and
appropriately
portioned.
After
our
entree,
we
enjoyed
the
dessert
course.
My
wife
loves
chocolate
and
peanut
butter,
so
we
had
the
house
original
which
includes
melted
chocolate
and
peanut
butter
sauce.
Mildly
warmed,
it
is
served
with
pound
cake,
brownies,
pineapple,
strawberries,
and
some
mixed
sweets
like
Rice
krispie
treats
and
marshmallows.
My
wife
had
the
wine
flight.
It
included,
I
believe,
four
separate
small
glasses
of
a
variety
of
white
and
red
wine.
My
wife's
favorite
was
probably
a
surprisingly
bright
variety
of
Pinot
grigio.
I
just
had
tea.
For
many
people,
this
experience
will
be
fairly
expensive
and
only
appropriate
for
an
occasional
treat.
However,
that
may
be
part
of
what
makes
it
so
special.
I
don't
know
if
I
would
want
this
restaurant
to
become
too
regular.
It
always
needs
to
feel
like
a
unique
experience.
