This business is the "real deal"! I hit a deer while driving our 2007 Toyota Yaris. A neighbor recommended Bob's, so we decided we'd have them do the repair. Boy, what a job they did! Even though the car is an older model, Bob's has it looking brand new again. Communicating with Ashad was easy and professional. He really went above and beyond what we expected. I would definitely recommend Bob's Auto Works for all of your auto body needs.

Updated: 06/23 We brought our minivan in for repair after a separate accident in 2022. A few things - #1 they did not prime the new body parts. #2 I care for my car. Now, the front bumper is chewed up from regular driving... the rear bumper doesn't match the van at all, and it's the original bumper! We had them paint it, and I wish we didnt.. We tried to have this shop paint the entire vehicle, and the owner refused, stating my van was not worth it.. it has a new transmission and has a lot of life left.. now I'm stuck spending a couple grand elsewhere to finish this nightmare because of their poor workmanship I'd give zero stars if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ashad and the crew at Bob's Auto Works did a fantastic job repairing and repainting my car. Ashad is very easy to talk to, his crew is very friendly, and the work is very professional. Every time I see my car it makes me smile, I just had to write something as a thank you.

An update to my previous review. My door handle was already broken when I had my 2003 Acura TL repaired and painted last month at Bob’s. Ashad did give me a price on replacing the handle at the time but I figured I didn’t need my rear door fixed. Well, after I got my car back I was so impressed with the paint job and repair, so many people commented on how new my 17 year old TL looks, that I decided to fix anything that I could. My friend got me a door handle but it was black. I didn’t want to have this as an eye sore so I started looking around for a way to paint this small part. I had some paint that Ashad gave me after the paint job so I went to PPG on Saturday morning as I heard they will put paint into a spray can for you. However not only do they not do this their store is pick up only. The door was locked. Now almost noon, I was frustrated and figured I’d call Bob’s. Ashad answered an I explained my problem and he said without hesitation to bring it over as he was open until 1pm. He did offer to do the installation but I have decided to try and do it myself. When I dropped off the handle and the paint he said he would paint it and should be ready by Thursday the latest. To my surprise on early Monday Ashad called me to pick it up. WOW!! When I came to pick it up later on Monday it was pouring rain. Ashad noticed my car and brought the handle to me. I didn’t even have to get out of my car. That kind of service you will not get elsewhere. Very pleased. Take a look at the pictures. It looks amazing. Thank you again Ashad!!

I had hit a tree stump and mangled the left front wheel well and liner, running board, and door dent. The estimate was wonderful, the manager (Ashad) was terrific, the car looks flawless and I could not be happier. I highly recommend them to all in need of car body work. I think they even cleaned my floor mats!

Outstanding customer service. Had my whole car painted and Ashad worked with me for me to be able to get as much work done as possible by myself to save some money. The paint match was off on my front bumper and I took it back and they repainted it free of charge. Highly recommend this shop
