I sent my Mares Nemo Titanium in for a battery change and check out. Through a shipping mistake on my end, it got to Dive Watch Doctor about five days later than expected. Arturo expedited it through without even being ask to. His communication was top notch through the whole process. Arturo was an answered prayer. When the battery in my 28 Yr. old Citizen Hyper Aqualand died years ago, the only option was mailing it to a Citizen service center and the repair price was ridiculous. This review is long overdue! Arturo is incredible. I contacted him to check on a new battery for my girlfriend's Tag Heuer watch. He replaced the battery the same day and also gave me a detailed tutorial on the watch capabilities. Arturo waterproofed the watch to 200 meters and provided a personal guarantee of efficacy. His engineering background combined with exceptional customer service enabled him to provide highly-technical information with an easy-to-understand explanation. He was not prompted to but he also replaced a pin in one of my watches, which he did not charge me for. The battery replacement cost significantly less than what I expected and his turnaround time was only 1 hour!!
