Food is good, staff was friendly. All in all, no complaints. Been here a couple times already and haven't had any problems!

We went here on our anniversary. It wasn't our first choice, but we're happy we did. My four cheese ziti was very good and my wife had spaghetti and meatballs, which she enjoyed. What can really make a good experience is good service. Our server was Kristin and she did a wonderful job, she even took a picture of us and congratulated us. Made for a good evening.

Normal as all other franchises. Food came hot, server was friendly, fettuccini is good, carbonara pasta was ok… Sangria was ok. They didn’t have the wine I ordered, but I choose other… overall a nice place to eat something that you already know the flavor.

Service was outstanding and the food was great. Even though we got probably, the most popular entry on the menu, the soup and salad, it was very tasty and then price was great as well. So here we have the trifecta of enjoyment, great service, great food and great prices. You just can't go wrong! Check them out! Update: Lunch is great there! We did not wait too long and the atmosphere was wonderful to meet and greet my grandson's girlfriend. Maybe even future wife! It was perfect to be there! Check them out!

Always delicious!! Of course we love the bread sticks, salad and everything pasta. Even tho they’re short staffed you’d never know by how quickly we were seated and the pleasant attitude and attentiveness of our server, Ben. We’ll definitely be back!

There curbside pickup works great. Just like there food. We enjoyed our food and the staff very helpful.

Our waitress Kay S barely came to our table and didn’t fix anything. Hard bread, big chunks of onion. The Marsala I wanted was 86 I ordered something else as she stood there without giving me time to decide. Got my entree it tasted like lemon and mint was nothing close to the description at all. Again server did nothing or cared to even show any interest in serving our section. The only thing positive worth the one star was the delightful host at the front. Would not recommend & definitely a one try and done at this location not worth it at all.

Service was good and friendly. Their staff are always friendly and welcoming. Food was good and the amount that you get is very good for the money. One of my favorite places to eat.

We sat in the bar and even though they seemed a little busy the waiter was nice and polite and the food was hot especially the bread sticks! It was really delicious. Will def go again.

Really good as always. My kids love Olive Garden because of the bread sticks. This visit was really great because if our server. Her name was Kaia and she did a great job. Everyone at the table had good things to say about her.

So I am a big fan of Olive Garden, I travel all over the United States and frequent this chain quite often. The restaurant in Port Charlotte is excellent… i’ve eaten there plus dine out. Food was great, portions were big, everything was tasty and the waiter and waitress were excellent. Just a great overall experience thank you

Stopped for lunch and had the unlimited Soup,Salad and beadsticks. Everything was good and had a pleasant waitress. She was very attentive , never had to ask for refills on food or drink and she was right there asking if we needed anything else when she saw plates or drinks were nearing empty. We will go back!

Much like many other businesses right now, they are very short staffed. The wait for a table was long, even with putting our name on the list electronically. However, the staff we encountered were all friendly and took great care of us. They were efficient and all of the food was delicious. We will be back soon.

Our waiter was attentive. The food looked amazing. Unfortunately, spoons for the soup were visibly soiled. The waiter corrected this issue immediately. Our beverages were refilled repeatedly without us having to ask, and finally, our waiter packed up our leftovers. Great service.

Bread sticks with Alfredo sauce is the best! Zuppa tuscana soup is my favorite!

We had a large party of 35 people. The waitresses were excellent and handled the tables with ease. The food came out quickly for the size of our group. The food was delicious and no one had any issues with their meal. I had the chicken Alfredo and it was succulent. We ordered the calamari for a starter and it was cooked excellently and came with 2 different sauces. We will definitely go back with our group. They had a nice area in the back to handle such a big group easily.

Have not been to an Olive Garden in Years, but OMG the bottomless salad! I ate so much salad, it was delish. The rest of the food was good too. Atmosphere was standard and pleasant, Service was friendly and good as well. Wait time was less than 10 minutes on a Sunday night. It was a very nice dinner and I will return for more.

Food was excellent and hot. Waitress was friendly, tentative and professional. Each course was timed perfectly. The portions were overwhelming. We ended up with dinner leftovers for the next day and still have some left over. We will come back and recommend it to others.

These guys are the most consistent of all the big chains. Olive garden.. soup or salad, lots of cheese. Olive garden, you never let me down. This location is a number one. Our server was fantastic her name was Brittany. Great food, great night, great restaurant.. four stars across the board

New to this area and I took my 5 year old for the first time(and I haven’t been in years myself). Had the best customer service ever from Tianna and then the staff wrote my little one a card thanking her for letting them be one of her “Firsts” in life and the entire serving staff signed it! How incredibly thoughtful! My shrimp scampi lunch was delicious and the kids menu is only $6.99 which I think is a great deal. She loved every minute of her “first time at Olive Garden”.

We had a great time...tried the tour of Italy 🇮🇹 and it was great. Our server Savanah was absolutely fantastic! If only all places had people like her! Thanks for making out evening joyful.

Soups were just warm. Asked for hotter soup but got the same as before. The salad was limp and soggy. Waitress was very slow to react and didn’t come around much. I have had good meals there before but this one was bad. My guest felt the same about the service and food. Too many other restaurants in the area so we will go other places. Regards.

Jessie did an amazing job! I showed up just before close, and the staff did an AMAZING job giving me good service while getting me in and out quickly. I had an amazing experience under unusual circumstances, and will definitely be back again under more normal circumstances! The staff and management obviously understand what's important about customer service, even under extenuating services. Can I rate them 150%? Because that's how good of a job they did, You will not be disappointed here if you have remotely reasonable expectations.

Have been in twice this week for lunch and both times was a great experience. Lauren my server the first time was a doll and literally the sweetest person I've met in a long time. Food is the same as every Olive garden across the country (good!) but the service at Port Charlotte has been fantastic.

In the day of the Pandemic to have parties where not one soul walks around the Business with mask on is alarming. What made it worse is not 1 server spoke up to ask them to put one on and a family of seniors sat where they all walked past. Shameful for Olive Garden! This is how super spreading starts!

The service was great. The social distancing was working. I had the soup and salad which was great. I ate like a bowl and a half of salad and a bowl of soup. I also had two glasses of wine. My daughter had shrimp alfredo and commented that is was very good.

It was our first time and it was AMAZING. The food was good and the wait staff was amazing and so attentive.

Reasonably priced fair food. Breadsticks are microwaved now and not good and fresh like they were once upon a time. You have about 30 seconds to eat them before they are too hard.

Great waitress, great hostess, very friendly greater, even better food. The family had a nice night out in a covid safe restaurant with all staff being aware and safe. Great feeling to get out and have such a great time during this crazy time.

On Monday, August 10, we received a dinner delivery. While it was part of the service provided by Olive Garden, the outstanding service was above and beyond. Our family experienced a tragic event which required family to be in town. Our good friends ordered a last minute dinner delivery to accommodate our family. The service was handled by Bree and her team expeditiously and did not skip a beat. We are very thankful to the dedicated staff for their compassion during our time of need.

Always good food and good service. Went tonight with my family of six, and our server Kyle was super attentive and polite. Treated my youngest sister (9) with respect and was very relatable, making plenty of jokes that made us laugh and had a good night. From appetizers to desert our meal was enjoyable and our night was very memorable. Thank you Kyle and the rest of the staff!

The server was new and very sweet but my alfredo was very bland, in both the appetizer and my meal. The ranch tasted like it had way to much vinegar in it and my friends gluten free pasta was very chewy.
