is
not
a
good
location
to
order
from.
This
is
also
my
second
sandwich
incorrectly
made.
The
first
sandwich
was
the
take
chicken
sandwich.
There
was
no
garlic
aioli
sauce
on
the
sandwich.
It
was
very
dry.
The
second
sandwich,
I
just
bought
a
couple
days
ago,
and
I
purchased
directly
from
the
Panera
website.
I
customized
this
sandwich
to
have
chicken
added,
extra
cheese,
and
extra
tomatoes.
When
I
unwrapped
the
sandwich
after
delivery,
there
was
no
chicken
to
be
found
in
the
entire
sandwich.
There
was
also
no
extra
cheese
or
tomatoes.
I
contacted
the
store
that
afternoon
and
I
was
told
somebody
was
going
to
call
me
back
the
next
day.
No
one
called
me
back
at
the
end
of
the
afternoon
so
I
contacted
the
store
again.
I
was
told
someone
was
going
to
call
me
back
today.
So
far,
it's
1:00
and
I've
had
no
call.
When
I
spoke
to
the
associate
on
the
phone,
she
said
that
there
looks
to
be
a
note
in
the
back
and
they
should
be
calling
me
back
to
give
me
a
partial
refund.
Partial
refund?
They
ruined
my
sandwich.
I
have
other
locations
around
me
that
are
similar
and
distance
and
I
wonder
if
they'll
be
better
quality.
Very
poor
service.
I
will
be
contacting
the
headquarters
to
handle
my
request
to
get
a
refund.
