Stopped in to eat at the restaurant. Noticed there was a dog in the restaurant. The animal had no identification it was a service animal. Watched the family feed the dog from the table. Watched the dog sit in the seat and eat from the table. Asked the manager to ask the family to remove their pet dog. Manger stated it was okay for the dog to be eating from the table. Will never come back. Disgusting and health hazard that the pet dog was allowed to eat from the table.

I went here to try the new chicken sandwich. It definitely wasn’t cooked fresh, it had been sitting around a while and just reheated. The chicken breast was very dry. I did however like the different kinds of lemonades as they do not use sugar or high fructose corn syrup to sweeten it. I did speak to the manager about the food and she said there was nothing she could do. Panera breads slogan is this is how food should be. I disagree. Also the college kids use this place as a Wi-Fi workstation as they are there for hours at a time. The problem is they take all the available parking spots so you have to park a little bit away and walk.

Healthier than average faire for a sightly elevated price. Plenty of sensible salads, soups, and sandwiches. The bakery specializes in breads and sweets. The You Choose Two option is good for a bit of portion-controlled variety. Service is okay. Don't look for table visits. You'll be taken care of at the counter and serve yourself. The men's restroom was a bit messy, but that's likely owed to an unaccompanied child that didn't aim properly... Left restroom feeling a little dirtier than when I entered not just because of that, but also because the sink faucet scarcely released a trickle of water. Hopefully, they'll fix that soon Clean, full of natural light, and relaxed.

All 5 stars to Savannah for going above and beyond for me and another customer today. I was pretty upset about an order I placed that was wrong. But she fixed it for me and was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to do something she didn't have to.

So this panera bread is in a good spot as it's one of the better paneras it hasn't been updated or renovated liketheve done to the Panerai in coconut point but hasn't been to much of a hassle because the original layout never really bothered any of us anyhow. The staff an gm are all cool looking dudes and seems like a fun place to relax for an hour or so

Fugi apple salad was delicious too expensive. My social security check isn't up to the economy increase

In the passed 2 weeks I've noticed a remarkable downturn in the offerings..On mid morning visits there are no bagels, hardly any pastries to choose..The coffees are routinely luke warm at best necessitating the use of their microwave..Even the soup was not hot..Something is definitely wrong in this location.

Horrible. Wrong order via early drive-through order. No one answers the phone locally. Extremely aggravating. The main Panera number sends us to, apparently, a very loud and sketchy trailer in Bangladesh (yes, it is the official number). Impossible to convey a complaint. Just a bunch of barely audible nonsense about some retail gift card they sell (seriously, it is Panera) and constant transfers. So now the wrong food is cold. And I am hot. Buyer beware. Never again, Panera. Mistakes are certainly understandable. Blatant disregard — actually, worse than that — of paying customers is not. I will enjoy messing with you for a very long time now.

This is not a good location to order from. This is also my second sandwich incorrectly made. The first sandwich was the take chicken sandwich. There was no garlic aioli sauce on the sandwich. It was very dry. The second sandwich, I just bought a couple days ago, and I purchased directly from the Panera website. I customized this sandwich to have chicken added, extra cheese, and extra tomatoes. When I unwrapped the sandwich after delivery, there was no chicken to be found in the entire sandwich. There was also no extra cheese or tomatoes. I contacted the store that afternoon and I was told somebody was going to call me back the next day. No one called me back at the end of the afternoon so I contacted the store again. I was told someone was going to call me back today. So far, it's 1:00 and I've had no call. When I spoke to the associate on the phone, she said that there looks to be a note in the back and they should be calling me back to give me a partial refund. Partial refund? They ruined my sandwich. I have other locations around me that are similar and distance and I wonder if they'll be better quality. Very poor service. I will be contacting the headquarters to handle my request to get a refund.

A lot of the times I go there, things are wrong. I ordered a chicken and wild rice soup and I got chicken noodle and I ordered a salad with NO grated Parmesan and of course I got cheese on my salad. So disappointing.

For the most part I usually don't get a bad meal here. But if you are paying over 10.00 for a salad that has disgusting wilted lettuce in it this is your place. Not to mention hardly any lettuce at all. I will definitely think twice next time I want a decent salad for lunch.

Where is my soup. I ordered the soup & half sandwich. That tiny cup, half filled with soup, is a joke. If you force me to work for free serving my family, then at least give me a FULL cup of soup, and maybe a tip😆

Very disorganized. You're going to wait way longer than you should for your food, so just know that going into it. Half hour, really...36 minutes.

always good food but EVERY TIME i order a salad i ask for extra dressing and NEVER GET IT. there’s never enough dressing in one thing and i even started to double check at the cash register that they got the extra dressing part and THEY STILL FORGET

Their ice machines are dirty. I went through the drive through a couple months ago and my ice had mold/mildew in it so I started going inside since the ice was clean. But I came back today and I noticed that there was debris/mold in the ice in the inside machine as well.

This place has the most hospitable staff that always caters to your individual needs. The way that this establishment will go out of their way to satisfy the customer is unbelieveable. This place deserves 100 stars

Aaked the girl at the cash register for help on the menu and she replied " i don't any of this" ok what sandwiches do they ask more of and guess what she did have a clue. I was amazed of the lack of attention to the customer. The two stars are for the kitchen. Defenetly not coming here again.

Panera is a good spot for a light lunch. I would say panera is pretty middle of the road in terms of pricing and options. Their menu is built more on the side of trying to be fresh and healthier, so keep that in mind. Lastly, their bakery is actually pretty solid and the breads are also worth mentioning. All around a must try if you've never been.

Ordered soup for my sick grandchild on 6/8/2022 and picked it up at 5:15- when I opened it at home the chicken &wild rice soup was ONLY LIQUID, no chicken at all and not a grain of rice! Needless to say it was a waste and I learned my lesson!

Due to my lack of attention, I placed a wrong order. The staff and the manager were super nice and went out of the way to refund me and fix my order at no extra cost. Double thumbs up on customer satisfaction

We love our “ duets” from Panera! Yesterday, due to a “misbehaving cash register” our order was not correct… the great staff got the manager immediately and our order was made perfectly! The sweetest manager ever here! Thank you so very much !!

Eva was impressive with regard to her customer service. I'm assuming she's the manager, if not she should be. She went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. Any concerns were addressed as if they were her own. Great positive attitude! I would definitely come back.

Ordered chicken salad sandwich and it had no meat on it, nothing but bread and lettuce. Paid $12 for nothing. Side order was incorrect, told them twice and still got it wrong. Cashier does not even say hello to customers. Waste of money and will never go back.

Eaten here maybe a dozen times in the last few months. In restaurant experience is great, but every time I do UberEats or takeout half the order missing. No confidence in staff when there's a takeout order. Will not get takeout from here again.

$8 bucks for a coffee and cinnamon roll? When asked if I could have it warmed up I was instructed there was a microwave behind me I could use! Are you kidding me! Makes sense why no one was there on a Sunday morning! Go to Starbucks, at least they will heat it for you. Next time one of my customers come in for an oil change I’ll have them pay and instruct them, the lift is right there you can change it yourself.
